The Income Tax is Illegal – You Still Need to Pay It
There is perhaps no finer piece on hidden history than the book The Law That Never Was which makes a compelling, perhaps even unassailable, case the 16th Amendment to the United States Constitution never even came close to being properly ratified.
The “Income Tax Amendment” as it is commonly known was, as one might suspect, never very popular to begin with being in direct contravention to the intention of the Constitution itself. Hence, the need for an Amendment in the first place.
Those with a legal background will recognize certain…idiosyncrasies…of the court system. Particularly, that you can never – under any circumstances – imply a Judge reaches a foregone conclusion and then “fits” the facts to his intention. Clearly, that would never occur in America and you will be sanctioned by the Bar for saying so aloud.
All the same, there are circumstances in which everyone knows something and at the same time everyone pretends not to know that very thing. This is much the case with the 16th Amendment.
Any honest legal scholar or legitimate historian who has examined the facts must ultimately conclude at bare minimum there exists a strong argument the process of making the law was flawed in the extreme.
Except, what is the remedy?
The Federal government could never allow it to be decided the “Income Tax” was illegal. How would the leviathan then be funded? Would massive reparations to defrauded Citizens be in order? Under what conditions could another “Income Tax” Amendment be reinstituted under proper processes?
Clearly, all of the above are in practical terms impermissible. While the balance of the facts may be obvious, Lady Justice is going to tip the scales.
There will never be an admission the 16th Amendment was fraudulently recognized. Court historians, in the sense of being loyal to the prevailing system, will feverishly assent to the official narrative. Legal actors with any stature, or hope of professional advancement, will never acknowledge the charade.
It is quite simply an “agreed upon lie” which is pointed out at your peril – which means anyone reading this should know the 16th Amendment is not legitimate…and at the same time absolutely pay every single cent the government assesses you under that farce.

Is this new eye test dangerous? Or is it a cheap and efficient eye care alternative?

Well, when first I heard of it, I thought about my last eye exam. It was done by an ophthalmologist; not an optometrist. He scanned my retina. Reminded me to stay on my RX for high blood pressure that he’d detected more than a decade ago. As well as, noting that my cataracts had not progressed any further.
So there is a fine point on this. Although I’m not sure what an “assessment by an eye care professional” would mean if that “professional” is an optometrist?
YMMV, I recommend seeing an ophthalmologist for your annual exam. It may cost more but it could save your sight and even your life.

The law, enacted by a GOP-controlled Congress, limits this $10,000 for individual taxpayers and married couples filing jointly, and $5000 for married people filing separately. Jonathan rightly notes that the case never had much merit, which is why it was uniformly rejected by the lower-court judges who considered it (all of them Democratic appointees).

i object to the entire concept of the “federal income tax”. The Dead Old White Guys must be rolling over when SCOTUS affirms the income tax and all the host of other confiscatory taxes that the central Gooferment levies on the people.
“We, The Sheeple” are just stupid cowards. The Revolution was fought over the King’s taxes which were a fraction of what we pay today. If the Blue States really had their acts togeter, they’d secede from the Union. If the Red States really had their acts togeter, they’d secede from the Union. Now here’s a good question for a “Conspiracy Theory”. Apparently, there are four good alternatives for what happened. It’s seems to be a well proven “fact” that something did happen. But, since I have not touched the hull or have someone reputable touch it, I can’t know for certain.
The author makes a plausible motivation for why NATO might have done something, but that is not evidence. And, one can’t really expect any reliable dikw (i.e., data, information, knowledge, wisdom) from Russia on the topic.
The whole Ukrainian tale about sneaking cruise missiles in while the crew was distracted by drones seems less likely.
So we just have to wait and see what “leaks” out.

If an attorney says one size will fit all, get another attorney. If someone says “do it yourself online at http;//… …”, get your legal advice from someone with a valid law license in your state and who specializes in estate law. Don’t fall for the 99$ advertisements either. Doing it correctly will entail at least two visits to a lawyer and a few hundred dollars in legal fees.
P.S., the will should have “self-proving” affidavits. If it doesn’t, find another lawyer.
P.P.S., the lawyer as part of the fee should “vault” your original will for you and just give you copies. One of which is for your executor.
P.P.P.S., Do NOT put these papers in a safe deposit box in YOUR NAME. It’ll be sealed on your death. I paid for my executor to rent a save deposit box in her name and my stuff is in there. Easy cheap work around.
Remember all the famous people who died without paperwork and left a mess to get sorted out in the courts. Wills bring out the worst in nice people.

More than 769 athletes have collapsed on the field during a game from March 2021 to March 2022. The shocking statistic was revealed by One America News Network (OAN), which also found the average age of the athletes who suffered cardiac arrest is just 23 years old.[1] The unprecedented surge in cardiac arrest and other heart issues among elite athletes coincides with the rollout of COVID-19 jabs.
The Miami Open made headlines in early April 2022 after 15 players — all of whom had reportedly received COVID-19 injections[2] — dropped out. Among them were favorites Paula Badosa and Jannik Sinner. Badosa left the court in tears after becoming unwell, and Sinner’s opponent said he saw him “bend over” on the court, noting “it was very strange.”[3] Even the fans were confused, with one stating, “What is going on?”[4]
As Pearson Sharp of OAN explained, “These are just two of more than 769 athletes who have collapsed during a game, on the field, over the last year.” He continued:[5]

Where is the Gooferment, corporate establishment, or anyone reporting on or debunking this.

A friend got a check “washed” that had been mailed in a drop box, altered, and cashed.
Needless to say, they didn’t even conceive of such happening.
I suggested a few follow ups on what to do.
First and foremost, immediately file a police report.
He’d notified bank and changed accounts Updated on the credit reporting agencies (transunion, experian, equifax, etc).
Then, he’s going to notify all the places he hold accounts.
Argh!
I think IMHO the banks should have the ability for account holders to “pre post” the checks they write with the check number and amount. In effect, “write” it twice — once on paper and once on line. Then if the check gets altered, the bank will no to reject it. Seems simple enough to me and would be a great “value added service”. I’d think it would be real popular with business. After all the bank’s bill pay is almost that already.

Once again we learn that the Gooferment has really really messed up “health”, “health care”, “health care insurance”, or something else like our lives.
Just separate “health insurance” from employment by making health insurance premiums deductible from the top line, just as it is for businesses, and level the playing field.
After all you don’t lose your car insurance when you change jobs. Why should health insurance be any different?

The Biden Administration understandably rolled back the transparency regulation very quietly. Biden’s Labor Department killed the rule without fanfare on December 30 — the day before the New Year’s Eve holiday, when most union members and the press enjoyed Christmas vacations.
President Biden proclaims himself “the most pro-union President leading the most pro-union administration in history.” He is actually leading the most pro-union boss administration in history. As UAW members can attest, those are not the same thing.
