I keep running into the problem of 10K limit also and it is caused by the fact that due to synching many calenders throuh Plaxo the amount of doubles is building up. Even doing dedup all the time does not help. Is there any alternative to Plaxo?

    >Even premium members who are paying money are stuck with this limit.

It’s dumb, but that’s what happens when “organizations jump the shark”. They are off chasing illusions. Plaxo trying to be Facebook when they had a winning offering.

    ?

  3. tsnedeker says:

It’s ridiculous that a service designed around networking and efficiently managing addresses goes out and puts a limit on those who are the most prolific networkers. Even premium members who are paying money are stuck with this limit. Why not offer greater contact numbers to the premium members like myself . . . I want my money back . . .

  4. reinkefj says:

MY gripe is with Plaxo. Today from Outlook, it said sync error and cited the 10k limit. Then, it refers you to the page with all the service limits. Like misdirection. Plaxo has a limit and then points at all these other limits. :-(

  5. John McCrea says:

Most of those limits come not from Plaxo, but from the services themselves. The various webmail services have not been built to handle large address books.
