‘This changes absolutely everything’: Glenn reads rediscovered ORIGINAL draft of the Declaration of Independence

The history of the present king of Great Britain is a history of unremitting [repeated] injuries & usurpations, among which appears no solitary fact to contradict the uniform tenor of the rest but all have [all having]in direct object the establishment of an absolute tyranny over these states.

*** and ***

He has waged cruel war against human nature itself, violating it’s most sacred rights of life and liberty in the persons of a distant people who never offended him, captivating & carrying them into slavery in another hemisphere, or to incur miserable death in their transportation thither. This piratical warfare, the opprobium of INFIDEL Powers, is the warfare of the CHRISTIAN king of Great Britain. Determined to keep open a market where MEN should be bought & sold, he has prostituted his negative for suppressing every legislative attempt to prohibit or to restrain this execrable commerce. And that this assemblage of horrors might want no fact of distinguished die, he is now exciting those very people to rise in arms among us, and to purchase that liberty of which he has deprived them, by murdering the people on whom he also obtruded them: thus paying off former crimes committed against the LIBERTIES of one people, with crimes which he urges them to commit against the LIVES of another.

*** end quote ***

In Glenn’s rant, which I’ve always enjoyed, he asks the question “Why wasn’t this taught in history class?”  An excellent question.  I never knew there was such a significant “original draft”.  Or even suspected such.

He points out that the DoI had to be unanimous and was blocked by South Carolina and Georgia.

The coalition of the thirteen original colonies was so fragile that the issue of slavery couldn’t be addressed at that time.  So sad. A missed opportunity.

It’s a shame that the Left has so politicized the issue of “slavery” that they have obscured what the Dead Old White Guys want to have posted.  Th USA would have been a different country if this was common knowledge.  Even today.

Media clash over acetaminophen and autism: NJ families deserve answers
Bill Spadea
Published: September 24, 2025

*** begin quote ***

According to one of the sharpest and most respected minds in medicine, Dr. Marty Makary from Johns Hopkins, now serving as the FDA chief, there are 27 studies that in fact do show a link between the commonly used pain drug and autism rates.

Even the company itself posted on X (then Twitter) saying they do not recommend their product for pregnant women.

*** and ***

Anyone questioning the elites behind big medicine and big pharma are painted as “conspiracy theorists” and dismissed. This is a real disservice to families with children with autism.

We should be questioning every vaccine, every drug, every poison in our water and food supply. We should welcome the scientific studies being promoted despite the millions that the big guys have to suppress real information that threatens their profits.

*** end quote ***

Spadea reiterates what I first heard from Sharyl Attkisson

“Do Your Own Research. Make Up Your Own Mind. Think For Yourself.” — Sharyl Attkisson

It’s not that you have a tin foil hat; it’s because you can’t trust anything you been told!

The celebrities, politicians and bureaucrats are all speaking like “authorities” on a topic.  And the inet just amplifies their ignorant propaganda.

A famous line from the inet is that “all the folks that were vaccine experts last week are now experts in ballistics”.  Wish I could create a pity encapsulation of that.  Best I can come up with is:

“Well, I’m not a <<<insert profession that requires a lot of study>>>, I have never played one on TV, and I didn’t stay at a Holiday Inn Express last night, but here are some simple thoughts.”

I don’t pretend to be an expert in anything, but as fat old white guy retired injineer who’s a poor old senior citizen on a fixed income I think I have common sense.

For example:

  • The Amish don’t have obesity or autism.  Therefore, I suspect that we don’t know <synonym for excrement> about why that is.
  • No office tower has ever collapsed from a fire.  Therefore, I suspect that there maybe other explanations.
  • An intact terrorist passport is presented as evidence; how could that have survived in perfect condition.  Therefore, I suspect that there is more to the story than we know.
  • I don’t believe in the JFK “magic bullet” theory.  Therefore, I suspect a conspiracy.
  • The size of the Pentgon damage and the size of a plane don’t match up; the missing money evidence was destroyed and no videos? Therefore, I suspect that this is not the truth.
  • 7 WTC had financial records evidence that was destroyed in the collapse. Therefore, I suspect that this was too convenient.

  • The OKC bombing destroyed all the HRC WhiteWater evidence. Therefore, I suspect that also this was too convenient.

  • The East Palestine, Ohio, train derailment, a chemical disaster covered up by Governor Mike DeWine’s Ohio EPA and the media has “memory holed” it. Therefore, I suspect that this was a conspiracy.

  • The Government’s Decades-Long Cover-Up of TWA Flight 800 was eventually uncovered but no one was punished. Therefore, I suspect that this is not unique.

  • SSN# 042-68-4425 is used by BHO44. Therefore, I suspect he was born in Kenya.

  • DJT47 assassination attempt in Butler PA needs an impartial investigation; what did CNN know and when did they know it. Therefore, I suspect that this was either propaganda or a conspiracy.

  • Was Epstein CIA or Mossad and who killed him. Therefore, I suspect this whole story id one big conspiracy.

  • The “ballot dumps” in the same key states at the same time elected Biden. Therefore, I suspect a conspiracy.

And on and on and on and on.

If I had the power, I’d pick out the “little people” at the root of the event and offer them a plea deal.  Just like how they roll up drug gangs, the Mafia, or bribery scandals.  Keep working up the “food chain” until you get to “the truth”.

“Son, we live in a world that has walls, and those walls have to be guarded by men with guns. Whose gonna do it? You? You, Lt. Weinburg? I have a greater responsibility than you could possibly fathom. You weep for Santiago, and you curse the Marines. You have that luxury. You have the luxury of not knowing what I know. That Santiago’s death, while tragic, probably saved lives. And my existence, while grotesque and incomprehensible to you, saves lives. You don’t want the truth because deep down in places you don’t talk about at parties, you want me on that wall, you need me on that wall. We use words like honor, code, loyalty. We use these words as the backbone of a life spent defending something. You use them as a punchline. I have neither the time nor the inclination to explain myself to a man who rises and sleeps under the blanket of the very freedom that I provide, and then questions the manner in which I provide it. I would rather you just said thank you, and went on your way, Otherwise, I suggest you pick up a weapon, and stand a post. Either way, I don’t give a damn what you think you are entitled to.” Colonel Jessep in A Few Good Men played by Jack Nicholson

RANT: Socialist Insecurity — not a Secure Retirement Plan — is a Ponzi scheme

Revealed: 5 More Dangerous Myths of Modern Finance (#11–15) Exposed
by Nick Giambruno

*** begin quote ***

Myth #13: Social Security Is a Secure Retirement Plan

Social Security is often sold as a “safety net,” a dependable program where you pay in during your working years and collect later in life. It sounds responsible, almost like a personal retirement account managed by the government.

In reality, it’s nothing of the sort.

The money you pay in today doesn’t go into some locked box with your name on it. It is spent immediately to cover current obligations—mostly to today’s retirees and other government programs.

Social Security isn’t voluntary, it isn’t market-based, and it doesn’t offer real security—especially not for younger generations who are coerced into funding a system that likely won’t support them in return.

That’s why the more accurate name is Socialist Insecurity.

 *** end quote ***

“Social Security Insurance”, (note the word insurance — even though it bears no resemblance to real world insurance), is a de jure Ponzi scheme paying current takers from current workers. What could go wrong with that (i.e., scope creep; aging population; longevity discoveries; political corruption; moral hazard). And, de facto, a wealth transfer from poor minority men to rich white women. All set up, by the D’s to create another permanent class of dependent voters (i.e., the third rail of politics). Also, it’s a “political axiom” that one someone gets a “benefit” it can never be taken away. Argh! What a load of “barbara streisand” aka <synonym for excrement>! Argh! Argh!

“For those looking for security, be forewarned that there’s nothing more insecure than a political promise.” – Harry Browne

I’ve read rants by some about if they had had their “voluntary” “Social Security Insurance” “contributions” and the return on “investment”.

Specifically, “A person retiring at age 65 will only benefit more from Social Security relative to a private investment in the S&P 500 if he is a low earner and lives to be at least 96 years old. For those retiring at age 70, the only individuals that benefit more from Social Security are low earners who live to be at least 94 years old and average earners who live to be at least 108 years old.”

https://www.cato.org/commentary/social-security-vs-stock-returns-no-contest#

Wish I could find that Facebook post that compared ROI on voluntary” “Social Security Insurance” “contributions” versus DIY investing.  The difference was huge.

The Gooferment politicians and bureaucrats are drones and parasites on “We, The Sheeple”!

I remember that Gooferment employees would tell me that they’re 100% secure in their Gooferment GS13 position.  Wonder how they would evaluate that now with DOGE chainsawing whole departments and agencies.  I used have heated discussions with those poor confused souls that “Nothing is 100% risk free”.  I pointed to my and my mother’s experiences at AT&T.  We both had “gold watch” syndrome (i.e., the good corporation would care for its valued people from cradle to grave).  I took the buyout and she didn’t.  And she never realized that the “rules” had changed.

Seems like a past prediction is coming back to haunt Gooferment bureaucrats.

No matter what you want to believe, reality intrudes.

Sad to say, “told you so”, but as a recovering “gold watch” syndrome victim myself, you can’t trust your future to anyone but yourself.

POLITICAL: Term limits and some other limits!

Gunther Eagleman™ @GuntherEagleman

There should be a way Americans could vote for term limits and bypass Congress.

If 90% of the American people support term limits, it shouldn’t be blocked by 500+ corrupt members of congress.

*** end quote ***

Of course, I’d add a few:

  • Maximum age for politicians and bureaucrats should be the full retirement age of social security
  • Minimum age for politicians and bureaucrats should be 21
  • Only politicians, who are vets, can vote to send the military in harms way
  • ALL politicians MUST be native born in the USA with each parent being a US Citizen
  • ALL bureaucrats MUST be a US Citizen
  • Politicians and bureaucrats may NOT hold “dual citizenships”
  • All politicians and bureaucrats must publish all “investments” 90 days before executing them
  • Politicians and bureaucrats must publish ALL tax returns for the last 20 years
  • Politicians must publish ALL campaign contributions and “gifts” within 7 days of receipt
  • Bureaucrats must publish ALL “gifts” within 7 days of receipt
  • All politicians and bureaucrats must disclose all employment agreements within 7 days of receipt
  • Any Federal Budget deficit makes ALL Federal politicians ineligible for reelection

That’s all that I can think of off the top of my head!

MONEY: What to hold and in what form?

Thursday, October 9, 2025
<<PRICES ARE AS OF 2025-10Oct-03>>

In my mind, what form of “gold” should I be buying?
  • Dollar cost averaging into ₿ at Swan.com has been an easy winner.
  • GOLDBACKs despite a significant seigniorage  —  now with 1 oz gold spot $3,892.75; then 1000 GOLDBACKS is about $7,820 per ounce equals about 100%  —  makes it unsuitable for holding any significant amount of gold in GOLDBACKs. But one can have extremely small (i.e., ½ GOLDBACK = 1/2000 T Oz. for $3.91 for 0.0005 of an Oz) amount of gold that can’t be replicated in a physical form at any price.  Smallest physical gold product is 1 gram = 0.0176 of an ounce for about 90$ which equates to 15K$ per oz.
  • SILVERBACKs have even a worse ratio.
  • SILVER can be held in 1 ounce rounds or pre-1964 US Coins aka junk silver.  One ounce rounds can be bought at about $50 per oz which is about $2 over the spot price.  Seigniorage is about 4.25%
  • GOLD can be bought in 1 ounce generic rounds for $4,002.85; spot is 3,893.85. Seigniorage is about 2.79%
It’s a hard call because of the high cost barrier to entry.  To be practical, 20 oz of gold (one sleeve) is 80k$ and a sleeve of silver is $1k.

Feels like silver is the way to go.

YMMV

GUNS: In a life and death situation, do something . . . It may be wrong, but do something!

FROM FACEBOOK

*** begin quote ***

Terri Dufrene

Some words to the wise. Shooting Advice from various Concealed Carry Instructors. If you own a gun, you will appreciate this. If not, you should get one and learn how to use it:

  • Guns have only two enemies: rust and politicians.
  • It’s always better to be judged by 12 than carried by 6.
  • Cops carry guns to protect themselves, not you.
  • Never let someone or something that threatens you get inside arms length.
  • Never say “I’ve got a gun.” If you need to use deadly force, the first sound they hear should be the safety clicking off. (I prefer the sound of a round being chambered when you load a shotgun)
  • The average response time of a 911 call is 23 minutes, the response time of a .357 is 1400 feet per second.
  • The most important rule in a gunfight is: Always win – cheat if necessary.
  • Make your attacker advance through a wall of bullets . . . You may get killed with your own gun, but he’ll have to beat you to death with it, cause it’ll be empty.
  • If you’re in a gun fight:
    1. If you’re not shooting, you should be loading.
    2. If you’re not loading, you should be moving,
    3. If you’re not moving’, you’re dead.
In a life and death situation, do something . . . It may be wrong, but do something!
  • If you carry a gun, people call you paranoid. Nonsense! If you have a gun, what do you have to be paranoid about? (I call it being prepared)
  • You can say ‘stop’ or ‘alto’ or any other word, but a large bore muzzle pointed at someone’s head is pretty much a universal language. AMEN!
  • You cannot save the planet, but you may be able to save yourself and your family.

If you believe in the 2nd Amendment, please forward.

During the FRIST WTC bombing, when the alarms went off, I was away from my office.  My second-in-command called me and said: “The alarms are going off and we have been told to ignore it.”  My first words to her were: “You evacuate our people NOW.  Ignore everything and leave PDQ.”  She responded:  “ said we can’t and won’t get paid.”  I said: “Evacuate now and I’ll take the heat.”  To which I got: “Yes SIR” in a very snotty tone, Laugh!  Later when my team was home safely, and were checking on a conference call that we always had set up, she reported that as they were leaving so was Honcho So and So. In our “after action” meeting in our “lessons learned”, it was entered on the board by her, “If an alarm sounds, evacuate first and then figure out all the other stuff.”  N.B. Not that I was smart or a great leader, I just didn’t want to kill anyone with stupidity.

“Yesterday, I learned, that when someone makes a decision based on their heart, mind, soul, and experience, — good or bad — agree or disagree, the time for me to opine, cajole or even argue is OVER. And the time for support, understanding, and “damage control” has begun.” — Ferdinand J. Reinke 2019-Sep-22. I don’t remember why I saved this quote but it seems always appropriate.

GUNS: When governments disarm the people, freedom does not survive

Lockstep: Digital ID, Canada’s Tyranny Deadline, Christian Persecution Rises | Daily Pulse Ep 117
ZeeeMedia

*** begin quote ***

STORY #2 – Canada has given citizens one year to surrender their firearms, calling it a “voluntary” buyback. But the reality is clear—by October 2026, anyone who refuses will face criminal charges.

Officials claim no one is being forced, yet once the deadline passes, simply keeping your own property will make you a criminal. That isn’t voluntary—it’s mandatory thinly disguised as choice.

History leaves no room for doubt. The British disarmed the colonies before the Revolution. The Ottomans before the Armenian genocide. The Soviets and Cambodians before mass killings. Even Australia, long praised as a model, later sent soldiers into the streets during COVID—dragging citizens into quarantine camps against their will.

The warning is unmistakable: when governments disarm the people, freedom does not survive. The question now is whether Canadians will defend their rights—or watch history repeat itself on their own soil.

*** end quote ***

Adolph Hitler famously said, “To conquer a nation, first disarm its citizens.”

“…if you will not fight for the right when you can easily win without bloodshed; if you will not fight when your victory will be sure and not too costly; you may come to the moment when you will have to fight with all the odds against you and only a precarious chance of survival. There may even be a worse case. You may have to fight when there is no hope of victory, because it is better to perish than to live as slaves.”
— Churchill, The Second World War, vol. 1, The Gathering Storm (London: Cassell, 1948, 272, on the British guarantee to Poland in Spring 1939.)

“Victim Disarmament” is the first step to the trains and death camps.

“And how we burned in the camps later, thinking: What would things have been like if every Security operative, when he went out at night to make an arrest, had been uncertain whether he would return alive and had to say good-bye to his family? Or if, during periods of mass arrests, as for example in Leningrad, when they arrested a quarter of the entire city, people had not simply sat there in their lairs, paling with terror at every bang of the downstairs door and at every step on the staircase, but had understood they had nothing left to lose and had boldly set up in the downstairs hall an ambush of half a dozen people with axes, hammers, pokers, or whatever else was at hand? . . .” — Alexander Solzhenitsyn

Look at England and look at Australia.

How many genocides do we have to have in recorded history before we learn the lesson?

Let’s itemize some.  Just off the top of my head:

  • The genocide of the American Indians glorified in Hollywood films
  • The people of Melos were slaughtered after refusing to surrender to the Athenians during the Peloponnesian War (learned that in High School)
  • The massacre of Cathari during the Albigensian Crusade in the 13th century (also High School)
  • 1915 Armenian massacre by the Turkish-led Ottoman Empire (learned from Armenian neighbors)
  • Nearly complete extermination of European Jews, Roma Gypsies, and other groups by Nazi Germany during World War II (from neighbors who survived)
  • the killing of some three million Cambodians by the Khmer Rouge in the 1970s
  • the killing of Tutsi by Hutu in Rwanda in the 1990s.
  • The Iraqi regime of Saddam Hussein, for example, portrayed its use of chemical warfare against the Kurds in the 1980s
  • The slaughter in former Yugoslavia
  • Killings in the Darfur region of western Sudan.
  • Myanmar persecution of its Rohingya Muslim minority.
  • The Yazidi genocide was perpetrated by the Islamic State
  • Persecution of Uyghurs in China
  • Stalin’s starvation of the Ukrainians

Right down to present day … …

… … both Israel and Hamas fighting to control of the Gaza Strip and killing innocent women and children.

Sorry, but giving up your guns to any gang is a recipe for disaster.  Even if that gang is the Gooferment!

NOTRECOMMENDED: Any KINDLE or ebook “purchased” from AMAZON

Your Kindle e-books just got locked down even tighter
With stricter DRM in place, your Kindle library is now even harder to back up.
By Matt Horne aka @SalvaCash
September 25, 2025

*** begin quote ***

For Kindle owners, this continues a pattern of losing personal control over purchased books. Earlier this year, Amazon removed the ability to download titles for local transfer via USB. Old versions of the Kindle Android app also no longer support downloads, which cut off another method people used for saving e-books. With this latest move, the company has tightened its grip on Kindle e-books even further.

*** end quote ***

As much as I linked my old Kindle, which I have misplaced, I can’t understand why AMAZON has locked it down even more.

Until the Gooferment cracks down on AMAZON for its FRAUDULENT practice of “SELLING” books when it’s really just delivering a “LICENSE” to you, we’re stuck with a BIG BROTHER “librarian”.

I’m tired of what I call “CONTENT FRAUD”.  I don’t know how many times in the past I’ve had to rebuy content.  Paper books, books on cassette tapes, books on CDs, and “audio” books are all the same content that we’re stuck buying and rebuying,

Never mind that Disney and Amazon do a big business in “SELLING” streaming content that you don’t have control over.

Maybe I’m just an old curmudgeon, but I’m now at the point where I’m not BUYING content where I don’t control the MEDIA that I’ve purchased.

I want my CONTENT without DRM so I can put it in CALIBRE and enjoy it anywhere anytime.  I want to burn that into a MEDIA that is virtually eternal and that I control.

Sorry, but I’m not LICENSING anything anymore.

Thunderbird’s spam filters need some better training, that’s for sure, as even after marking so many of these repeat offenders as spam, they reappear. I’m not even sure how some aren’t flagged, as they’re clearly scams.

It’s also interesting that there is a range of tolerance to the spam that lands. Some are clearly phishing emails waiting to snag my data, while others look less dangerous but have hidden threats.

It makes it all the more important I know what to look out for to keep my inbox and computer free from threats—and you should know, too.

SPAM emails seem to be a fact of life.

Google GMAIL seems to do a pretty good job of catching them.  Especially after I’ve marked them.

What really annoys me is spam text messages. And, no matter how many times I mark and report they still keep coming. Is anyone at APPLE, AT&T, the FCC, or anyone listening? Argh!

Maybe if I got paid for each email message, except for pre-approved senders like family, friends, and email I asked for, then we could use “postage” to stamp out this annoyance.

Richardson didn’t stop there. He drew a straight line from the opioid crisis to cancer, arguing both come from the same corrupt system—one that buries natural solutions because, as he put it, “there’s no money in the big pharma world, in this big medicine world.” Instead, drug companies push petrochemical products, many of them patented and even co-owned by Pfizer and government entities.

Then came his boldest claim: “Cancer is 100% an immune deficiency disease. Nobody has to die of cancer.” To drive the point home, he compared it to scurvy, which once killed millions of sailors until they discovered the power of citrus. “All they had to do was suck on a lemon or a lime and they would never die of scurvy.”

If scurvy existed today, he argued, regulators would deny the obvious. “The FDA would be telling us no vitamin C… we’re going to give you drugs to straighten out your bones or to tighten your teeth. And how do I know that, Maria? Because that’s what they’ve been doing with cancer, to the detriment of millions of Americans.”

*** end quote ***

Now, I don’t know if this an “inconvenient truth” that’s only now leaking out or is he a “stopped clock” (right twice a day).

I thought his comment about scurvy and regulators was probably very spot on.

He does highlight the conflict of interest between Big Pharma (if we cure it, we don’t get a revenue stream) and the supposed “Gooferment Regulators” (who are getting “royalties” on taxpayer funded research).

To quote an old comic strip “There oughta be a law” aka (TOBAL!)

DISCOURAGING: A a fast way to a Darwin Award

Everyone is suddenly an expert, and every statement about public health must be politically weaponized. Suppose you had any doubt that Trump Derangement Syndrome is a real thing. In that case, all you need to do is watch the Instagram reels of left-wing pregnant women downing large doses of Tylenol, which is a high-speed route to the emergency room promptly followed by a potential rather unpleasant death from liver failure. Quod erat demonstrandum (QED).

*** end quote ***

“Well, I’m not a <insert profession that requires a lot of study>, I have never played one on TV, and I didn’t stay at a Holiday Inn Express last night, but here are some simple thoughts.”

In this case, a doctor, pharmacist, or maybe a drug creator.

I’m amazed at the behavior of some pregnant women.  Most Moms-To-Be that I’ve know even just in passing are fastidious to the point of mania about what they do, eat, or drink.  I know one who went on what she called “a no chemicals lifestyle” that eliminated “everything”.  While that is a little extreme, taking any drug to prove a political point or make an example of yourself seems like a fast way to a Darwin Award.

I don’t understand.  There are many people with real world medical conditions that need help.  For anyone to go out of their way to create a completely avoidable “medical problem” is beyond stupid.  For all its faults, the medical community does NOT need your stupidity making work for them and taking up valuable bed space.

ENCOURAGING: Hegseth’s Speech “Those who long for peace must prepare for war.”

READ: Hegseth’s Speech to Generals and Admirals
Sept. 30, 2025

*** begin quote ***

Mr. Chairman, the Joint Chiefs, generals, admirals, commanders, officers, senior enlisted, NCOs, enlisted and every member of our American military, good morning. Good morning, and welcome to the War Department, because the era of the Department of Defense is over.

You see, the motto of my first platoon was, “Those who long for peace must prepare for war.” This is, of course, not a new idea. This crowd knows that. The origin dates to the fourth century Rome and has been repeated ever since, including by our first commander-in-chief, George Washington, the first leader of the War Department. It captures a simple yet profound truth; to ensure peace, we must prepare for war.

From this moment forward, the only mission of the newly restored Department of War is this: warfighting, preparing for war and preparing to win, unrelenting and uncompromising in that pursuit. Not because we want war. No one here wants war. But it’s because we love peace. We love peace for our fellow citizens. They deserve peace, and they rightfully expect us to deliver it.

*** end quote ***

I was interested in his 10 points. Could find it reported anywhere on the inet.  I wonder why?

I like the line that “in with the Stockdales, the Schwarzkopfs, and the Pattons.”

I hope he can make this culture change stick.

Would I want my eldest son, who is 15 years old, eventually joining the types of formations that we are currently wielding? If in any way the answer to that is “No” or even “Yes, but,” then we’re doing something wrong, because my son is no more important than any other American citizen who dons the cloth of our nation.

Seems like he, or his speech writer, hit the nail on the head.

“To be prepared for war is one of the most effective means of preserving peace.” – George Washington

Still very true.

SECESSION: Let’s restore sanity to our political policies about separation, drugs, mental illness, and addiction

How Can We Amicably Separate?
By Eric – September 24, 2025

*** begin quote ***

The subject of civil war comes up a lot lately. How about an amicable separation instead? People do this all the time in their personal relationships. You have two people who loved one another once and maybe still do but just can’t live together any longer. At least, not without some sort of accommodation that neither can agree to.

And so the parties agree to separate.

One party does not (usually) try to force the other party to remain in the relationship and rarely tries to kill the other party when a separation is asked for. Most people understand that while it hurts to say goodbye, it’s wrong to hurt the other party for saying it.

Why can’t this work on a political level?

*** end quote ***

Because there is a class of parasites — celebrities, politicians and bureaucrats —  who can’t survive on their own.  They need ALL “We, The Sheeple” to pay and pay keeping them in the style that they are accustomed too.

We have the crazies shooting and killing.  Sooner or later, it’s going to get out of control and start a fire fight.  That’s how the American Revolution started.  That’s the history of “bloody Kansas”.  And on and on.

We are experiencing the beginnings of a race war with “black fatigue” and revolving door justice.  The mental asylums need to be reopened and the jails filled up with violent felons.  Any judges that can’t abide by that directive need to be impeached.  We don’t need “hanging judges; we need ones that protect the public.

We need to stop the “War on Drugs”.  We lost.  Empty out the non-violent drug offenders and allow the “free market” to drive the “drug gangs and cartels” out of business.  We can’t save every “lost soul”.   Put Walmart, Amazon, CVS, and Walgreens back in the business of “drug distribution”.

Argh!

Anything is better than Civil War or turning the streets into shooting galleries.

You don’t need quantum hardware for post-quantum security

You don’t need quantum hardware for post-quantum security (15 minute read)

Organizations can prepare for quantum computing threats (Q-day) using post-quantum cryptography (PQC) deployed on existing hardware without needing expensive quantum technologies like quantum key distribution (QKD) or quantum random number generators (QRNG). Being “quantum ready” means systems remain secure after quantum computers can break conventional cryptography. Beware of vendor claims that quantum hardware products are necessary for quantum-resistant security. Organizations should prioritize implementing PQC algorithms on current infrastructure rather than investing in quantum hardware solutions that are neither necessary nor sufficient for protection against quantum adversaries.

Chinese Network Selling Thousands of Fake US and Canadian IDs

  • New investigation exposes a China-based ring that sold over 6,500 fake United States and Canadian IDs using well-planned covert packaging. Learn how this operation threatens national security and enables financial crime.

Chinese Network Selling Thousands of Fake US and Canadian IDs (3 minute read)

CloudSEK exposed a China-based operation called “ForgeCraft” that sold over 6,500 counterfeit US and Canadian driver’s licenses and Social Security cards to more than 4,500 buyers, generating over $785,000 in revenue through 83 websites and using covert packaging methods to ship fake IDs hidden in everyday items. The sophisticated fake documents feature scannable barcodes, holograms, and UV markings and pose national security risks by enabling financial fraud, bypassing border checks, and potentially facilitating voter fraud. CloudSEK researchers identified the main operator’s location in Xiamen, China, and shared evidence with authorities to disrupt the operation.

So how do we stop this?

Clearly, this is an “epidemic” and undermines everything that needs “security”.

Must be a way to create a crypto hash and block chain implementation to compare it with.

HEALTH: My favorite heuristic (rule of thumb) — “factoids” but not “evidence”

Saturday, September 27, 2025

FROM A REPLY TO ONE OF MY FORWARDED MEME-FILLED EMAILS

*** begin quote ***

FJohn, do you actually believe that vaccines are a hoax?

*** end quote ***

Well, … … … …

… … … … Just off the top of my head:

  • “Covid vaccines” are not what we knew as “vaccines”. Certainly not studied for “safety”.
  • Older “true” vaccines have a track record. But again never studied for “safety”.
  • Flu “vaccines” are of dubious value; I never took them. Many times I’ve heard people bitch that they took it and then got the flu. To me that’s was an “interesting factoid”, but not real “evidence”. But enough to make me skeptical.
  • Hep B vaxes are given to ALL babies even if their mother is NOT carrting the Hep B infection? That is at least unnecessary and maybe worse.
  • As far as the autism vaccine link, it’s reported that the Amish don’t get vaxed and they have zero cases of autism.
  • Japan doesn’t vax children until 4.
  • My middle age niece remarked, when discussing this, that when her boys were young vaxes were spread out over time; not bunched up at once.
  • Throw in that Big Pharma is legally immune from vax injury damages.
  • And that hospitals are incentivized to give them.
  • And, doctors are paid based on the percentage of their practice that are vaxed.
  • Recently, the Gooferment under RFKjr reported that there was linkage between autism and young black males.
  • The “advisory panel” for vaxes were merely a rubber stamp for Big Pharma. “Regulatory capture revolving door. They were replaced with respected people with no ties to Big Pharma. Now they are being more circumspect in their recommendation. This maybe be better, but not assured.

Again to repeat my favorite heuristic (rule of thumb) — “factoids” but not “evidence”.

I remember thalidomide when a “harmless” drug cause birth defects in mother’s  GRANDCHILDREN!

So I don’t think they are a “hoax”, but they are not “innocuous”.

Hope that helps understand my thoughts about them.

Jasmine Crockett Provides Head-Scratching Explanation About Law: Committing Crime ‘Doesn’t Make’ Person ‘Criminal’
Jason Cohen
DCNF Reporter/Clipper

<< EDITOR ADDED DATE 2025-09-19>>

*** begin quote ***

Democratic Texas Rep. Jasmine Crockett claimed on “Getting Better with Jonathan Van Ness” Wednesday that committing crimes does not make a person a “criminal.”

*** and ***

“I do want people to know that just because someone has committed a crime, it doesn’t make them a criminal,” the continually entertaining congresswoman said. “That is completely different. Being a criminal is more so about your mindset.”

*** end quote ***

Most amusing quote.

I hope the voters in Texas take this to heart.

Maybe it’s me, but that seems “stupid”?

No wonder that the D’s are losing with quotes like these.

Maybe “three strikes and your out” is harsh criminal policy.  But surely “14 strikes and you’re still out” is just stupid. “We, The Sheeple” need the Judges to step up and protect us.

MONEY: The Federal Reserve has been unable to “provide the nation with a safer, more flexible, and more stable monetary and financial system”

Thursday, September 25, 2025

FROM 1440 https://join1440.com/

*** begin quote ***

Federal Reserve Cuts Rates

The Federal Reserve announced a quarter-percentage-point cut in benchmark rates yesterday, bringing the range to between 4% and 4.25%—the lowest level in almost three years. The bank signaled the possibility of two additional cuts this year.

The decision saw the Federal Reserve prioritizing a hiring slowdown over inflation. A sluggish 22,000 jobs were added last month; weekly jobless claims reached their highest level in four years last week. The US has also downwardly revised job growth by 911,000 for the one-year period ending in March. Those concerns trumped sticky inflation, with consumer prices rising 2.9% annually last month.

The bank voted 11-1 in yesterday’s decision, with the only dissenter being newly appointed Fed Governor Stephen Miran, who preferred a half-point cut. Governor Lisa Cook participated in the meeting after an appeals court ruled the White House lacked authority to fire her. The White House plans to appeal to the Supreme Court.

*** end quote ***

“Only government can take perfectly good paper, cover it with perfectly good ink and make the combination worthless.” — Milton Friedman

"Paper money eventually returns to it's intrinsic value, zero ...

Why do we have a “Federal Reserve Bank”?

The Federal Reserve Bank is a misnomer. IT ain’t “federal”. It reserves nothing. And, it ain’t a “bank”. It is a private cartel of the elite banks run for their benefit and that of the entrenched politicians.

Why do we need them to “set” interest rates?

We don’t,  In essence, they are “price fixers”.  And, as we know, no one can know the correct “price” of anything.  The free market allows buyers and sellers to set a price where they are both “satisfied”.  Otherwise, it “win-win” or “no deal”.

Why is there one “prime rate” of interest?

Because that allows the Gooferment to manipulate the market.  By hiding the “true cost” of money (i.e., the interest rate), buyers and sellers are making decision based on a fiction.  Everyone loses.

Why do we have “inflation”?

Milton Friedman: ‘Inflation is taxation without legislation.’  The FED “prints” money and the market reacts to the change in “the supply of dollars”.  It’s a silent thief that steals wealth from everyone who has an “old dollar” especially the poor, those on fixed incomes, and savers.

# – # – # – # – #

As gun-owning pro-life pro-choice little L libertarian, the market for money should be free from Gooferment.  The Federal Reserve has been unable to “provide the nation with a safer, more flexible, and more stable monetary and financial system” which is its intended purpose.  So let’s follow Andrew Jackson’s lead and end the Federal Reserve Bank.

FYI, he was the last President to have zero debt.

Argh!
