Forget that one-world-government types who wish to control all farming methods and hydrocarbon energies have depended on climate models that have been consistently wrong.

Forget that race relations had drastically improved during the last century before the callous race-hustlers re-emerged with new intensity to divide human beings again.  

 

Forget that paper money backed by gold once had value.

Forget that warrantless government surveillance is a sign of tyranny.

Forget that J6 election protesters have been persecuted as “insurrectionists” while Antifa and Black Lives Matter domestic terrorists have been protected from prosecution.

Forget the lies told to justify earlier wars so that new lies can be told to justify the next.

Forget that a government’s legitimacy comes from the people’s consent.

Forget that freedom of conscience outweighs orders to comply.

Forget that censorship is a weapon of oppressors.

Forget that free speech is the hallmark of liberty.

Forget that a person’s life and labor do not belong to the State.

Forget that art, culture, imagination, and innovation all give civilizations enduring strength.

Americans are just beginning to see the tip of the iceberg of their own trillion-dollar Ponzi scheme, Social Security (“SSA”). Signed into law in 1935 by FDR during the heart of the Great Depression, workers were told that Social Security was intended to provide a safety net parallel to retirement systems that existed in Europe. The retirement age was set at 65. Americans were required to pay into the fund through payroll deductions their employers collected. Most Americans were “covered” by the system, and it was later expanded to cover household workers and others who were excluded initially. The system is structured to be a regressive income tax covering most workers’ wages up to $160,200 per year, with no limit on the parallel Medicare withholding.

When FDR was garnering praise for helping the working class, the average life expectancy in the United States was only 60.7 years. So, while most workers would pay into the system, few would live long enough to collect benefits.

In contrast, by 2020, the average American life expectancy had surged to 78.81 years. This is just one of the problems with the SSA’s structure that has brought America to the current financial cliff. Obviously, if most of the alleged beneficiaries would not live long enough to collect, it was a near-perfect scheme for its operator. The “baby boomer” generation, by expanding the system’s benefits and living longer, is tanking the system.

Certainly seems that in today’s “Only Fans” world, women have diminished themselves into mere “sex workers”, units of production, or shrill harpies.  #METOO has exposed some of the elite’s “sins” and horrible exploitation.  Epstein’s Clients have yet to named and shamed.  Injustices seem to be hard to prove or rectify.  Some cases are absurd on their face, but do nothing, when prosecuted, to make it harder for real victims to come forward and be believed.

A sad day for the USA when we fail to treat the “weaker sex” with the respect they deserve.

It’s a sad end that the American Experiment seems to be ending with a quick sinking into bankruptcy, perversion, and crime.

I’ve ofter railed about how the “King” wants to destroy the “Church” as an alternative authority.  Pedophilia in the Catholic Church was allowed to continue and thus erode any claim to “moral authority”.  

So too, the Gooferment was allowed to undermine thrift, self-reliance, and a sense of community with welfare paid for by future generations.  Get everyone on some sort of dole to enhance the “King” (i.e., politicians and bureaucrats).

Decadence used to be shamed and hidden mostly in Hollywood has now become front page “news”.

As the few good people man the battlements, let’s go down if we must.  But go down fighting to the last soul speaking the truth to the Powerful and their befuddled troops.  

When it comes time to pick up the pieces, those recording history will say “this was their finest hour”.

Just say no to everything that goes against the Spirit.

In the past, America was feared by its adversaries because of its sheer industrial might. During WWII, we built over 300,000 airplanes and 99 aircraft carriers. Now we can’t keep store shelves stocked with basics like baby formula. Unloading ships in a timely fashion seems to be a skill beyond our ability.

We’ve sacrificed the reliability of our electric grid in a quixotic attempt to control the weather. In pursuit of renewable power sources, we have allowed far more reliable sources to become vulnerable to sabotage and poorly maintained.

The Biden administration has depleted our strategic petroleum reserve in a failing attempt to control prices at the pump — something the reserve was never intended for. The reserve is now at its lowest level since 1984. At the same time, the administration has restricted domestic energy production. We are now energy dependent on some of the most unstable regions in the world.

Much has been made about California leading the country: the Golden State is said to be America’s future, and to some extent, that is happening.  But in other respects, as a nation, we’re becoming more like Chicago, and Chicago is our future unless we struggle against progressive policies.

Chicago is perhaps the most solidly Democrat city in America.  It has not elected a Republican mayor since 1927.  And what it has created in the past 95 years is a society that suffers from inequality, corruption, and violence on a scale beyond anything seen elsewhere in America.  Chicago ought to be a case study in what not to do, but liberals like Obama and Biden seem to think it is a blueprint for success — and it is, if only for the political elite who rule over a helpless underclass.

That blueprint involves transforming citizens into clients of the State, a process that progressives have begun calling “democracy.”  Progressives intend to establish a socialist totalitarian society with a permanent underclass ruled by a small elite — the so-called vanguard of the proletariat that Lenin said must rule indefinitely until workers were prepared to govern themselves, a day that never has arrived in any communist state.

It would seem that every Gooferment political entity my be reformulated into a bicameral form in which one part is elected by citizens and the other part is elected by taxpayers.

In the Pepuls Republik of Nu Jerzee, property owners pay “property taxes” but don’t get to vote on those that spend it.

Wasn’t “no taxation without representation” one of the catch phrases of the American Revolution.

Seems like a “national divorce” is the only solution.

Innocent people are thus being deprived of their commonsense civil rights under a false pretense: that you will be safe and won’t need a gun because no one else will have one.  

The problem is that the gun-grabbing ghouls contradict themselves with this “logic” because there will always be a surrounding area that can be a source for firearms.  (They can’t seem to explain this with island nations like Australia, New Zealand, or the U.K. — are dolphins smuggling AR-15s?)  Thus, the only solution is to simply stop depriving people of their rights and let them deter crime themselves.

The idea that anyone is being fooled by Democrat assertions that our elections are “free and fair” is not believed by most of the American people.  Problems with the election in Arizona have Republicans furious, and a majority of nationwide voters agree that our “sacred right to vote” is at risk.

Sad to say, but “elections” are just window dressing.It’s been exposed in numerous examples since LBJ in the 60’s thru to the recent election.

All of this raises a simple question. What is the best way to deal with this sort of natural disaster? Where I live, it’s an inconvenience from which I can easily recover. That’s a lot like Tornado Alley where some people die each year, but most are unaffected. And even though California gets a lot of earthquakes, most people aren’t seriously affected and, contrary to Red State fever dreams, California won’t slide into the Pacific Ocean with the next temblor, thus favorably altering the political balance of the country. In short, there are natural challenges everywhere. But a few places are more challenged than others.

If every property owner had to purchase flood/hurricane insurance on an open market, it’s likely a lot would not be able to come up with the scratch. It would be just too rich for their blood. But in 1968, the Feds decided that it would be good to “help” out coastal communities. They would have to do some land use planning, but ultimately, the lure of higher local tax bases won out. Over time, subsidized rates became the norm as President Obama finalized them in 2014.

Subsidized flood insurance means that sensitive barrier island ecologies are disrupted by massive cancers of concrete, steel, and lumber. When a storm at sea leads to high waves and beach erosion, the State of Florida dumps millions of dollars harvested from inland on those beaches in the form of megatons of sand. “Someone’s home is about to be washed out to sea!”

We must get the government out of the flood insurance business. Stopping it overnight is probably a bad idea because current owners have a legal “reliance interest” in the program. So a stepwise approach must be found. The simplest approach might be called the “Hurricane Ian” solution. Every building wiped out by the storm would fall under this proposal.

If you lost your home or business due to the storm and were covered by Federal flood insurance, the Feds should pay you the full pre-storm value of the property, including the dirt. Then, the Feds would turn the property over to the state for full demolition and return to nature with a deed restriction that prevents construction on the site. Obviously, there would be an exception for basic park facilities such as parking lots and restrooms, but residences of any sort would be completely forbidden. In a subsequent storm, those would be relatively inexpensive and easy to rebuild.

In our current example, Sanibel Island would become a State Park nature preserve instead of a high-end residential community. The high rise resorts would go away, either because room rents were too high for most or because storm damage was severe. Much of Fort Myers Beach would undergo the same treatment. But neither area would be eligible for building.

The only losers in this approach would be the people who simply “can’t” give up their beach lifestyle and the municipalities that would see their tax base shrink. I’ll shed a few crocodile tears for them.

William Rusher, the editor of the conservative National Review, quoted economist Milton Friedman as saying that “if the government were to take over the Sahara Desert, there would be a shortage of sand in five years.”

Here we have a Gooferment taking over water and now there is a shortage?

Like anything else, the invisible hand of the fee market would do  much better job of allocating a scarce resource.  If folks paid for water and the price went up, the usual behavior would be conservation and alternatives.

Anyone in the Pepuls Republik of Kaliforkneeah considering desalinization?  I hear is works well in Israel.

Gun rights are women’s rights, but they are also human rights. No person — regardless of sex, size, color, nationality, or any other phenotypic reality — should ever be forced into a position where self-defense is not an option. Any person walking down the street should be in near total control over whether that walk will be his last. Police forces, no matter how vigilant or dedicated, do not supplant a civilian’s sacred duty to fight back when pressed.

When my sainted paternal grandmother was asked by a social worker if the rifle over her fireplace was loaded, her typically terse response was “weren’t be no good if it wasn’t.”

When the author wrote “No woman on the frontier protecting the family’s homestead was complete without her rifle”, I immediately thought of her as twelve year old new married woman with her thirteen year old husband leaving Germany dirt poor and eventually traveling the Oregon trail in a Conestoga wagon to meet and settle down with relatives in Portland Oregon.  I never got the chance to ask her his she had to use that rifle.  But I have no doubt that she would.

In the past few weeks, I have received numerous inquiries about ten-year Navy veteran William Henry Teele III. After years of quietly providing information to me and other investigators into the July 1996 destruction of TWA Flight 800 off the coast of Long Island, Teele has gone public and is naming names.

I shared some of Teele’s information in my 2016 book, TWA 800: The Crash, The Cover-Up, The Conspiracy. Teele did not claim to be on the ship that fired the missile. He was on the USS Carr, a guided missile frigate that was one of the “combatants” in the battle group that destroyed the unfortunate 747 and killed the 230 souls on board. Everything that I could verify about Teele’s account back then checked out.

In the six years since, Teele has reached out to many of his fellow sailors and fleshed out his account. Although he has appeared on several podcasts in recent weeks, his uninterrupted narrative on the Duke Report is the most compelling. I would welcome those with relevant experience to contact me through my website, cashill.com, to offer your assessment of Teele’s account or to provide additional information. My research suggests Teele is the real deal but I remain open, as all journalists should, to contrary information.

When do the courts martial begin?  

As always, the cover up is worse than the crime.

What about the poor passengers and their families?

Who prosecute all those in the various Gooferment agencies that covered for the Navy?

On March 30, 2010, Obama signed the Health Care and Education Act charging the U.S. Department of Education to make 100 percent of all government-funded college loans, effective on July 1 of that year. In 2010, student loan debt totaled $760 billion. In 2022, the total outstanding student loan debt will more than double to a record $1.7 trillion. In 2017, a study by the Federal Reserve Bank of New York concluded that “more federal aid to students enables colleges to raise tuition more.” Raising U.S. higher education tuition costs to a level middle-class families cannot afford is not a problem as long as the government makes the taxpayer pay the price.

It’s Unconstitutional for starters.

The Gooferment is immoral, ineffective, and inefficient. As well as untrustworthy.

We once criticized Communist countries for their indoctrination camps; failing to recognize that the Gooferment Skrules here are the same thing.

There already exist many programs for the poor and uninsured. These could be streamlined and sensibly expanded. What would classify as a necessary addition to the equation would be possible assistance with deductibles and expansion of catastrophic insurance policies for the rest of us. Improving the portability of Health Savings Accounts, making them easier to understand and obtain, would address the former. A creative solution merging government assistance with HSAs and catastrophic insurance policies could go a long way toward appeasing both sides, even though they would scream that this “solution” is wrong. One avenue for saving is the cost of administration of the health care dollar. Private insurers’ administrative costs are surprisingly much higher than the government’s. There must be a “happy medium” there, with less bureaucracy in the former and more effective administration in the latter.

I think you can look at ANY Gooferment program and see a disaster.

As a first step, the current deductibility problem (i.e., healthcare expense is deductible to employers but not employees) has to be SOLVED.

Then let that work itself out by removing the Gooferment from the “health care system”.
