Most want a big central system tied into “human resources” and annual performance appraisal “systems”. Unfortunately, it’s about productivity; not “gotchas”. Might be just my impressions, but the honchos were worried about bad press. As opposed to getting all their “human resources” in alignment. With the appropriate categories and tags, anyone in the Enterprise could tap into status information.

Might be interesting to work that idea up for some one?
