I always thought almost any kind of “product insurance” was a scam.
Especially on any item that costs less than 200$.
You really have to self-insure anything below where it would hurt to have to replace on your own (i.e., home, auto, an “unbrella”).
Argh!
As for poor “customer service” or “tech support”, that’s the norm today. Disgraceful, but no one seems to care.
