A case being brought directly to the Supreme Court will likely have some far-reaching effects for state governments. Recently the state of New Hampshire filed a petition with SCOTUS to curtail neighboring Massachusetts from taxing its residents. The issue is that a large amount of the citizens commute to nearby Boston, and other areas inside the Baked Bean state, and in the days now of office closures and remote working those citizens are now working from home. That is, they are working inside New Hampshire.

Sounds like we need a Constitutional amendment limiting the total taxation that may be imposed.

* Aug. 3, 2020 after the legislative session, Nevada legislatures made changes to election law that included universal mail voting without sufficient safeguards to authenticate voters or ensure only one ballot was sent to each legally qualified voter.
*The number of such ballots rocketed from 70,000 in 2016 to 690,000 in 2020.
* 42,000 people voted more than once, as determined by reviewing list of voters and comparing it to other voters with the same name, address and date of birth.
* At least 1,500 dead people are recorded has having voted.
* 19,000 people who didn’t live in Nevada voted, not counting military or students.
* 1,000 people voted using nonexistent addresses.
* 15,000 people cast votes from disallowed commercial addresses.
* Almost 4,000 noncitizens illegally voted.
* Two technical experts came forward independently and reported that the number of votes changed overnight while the voting machines were stored.
* The Trump team was denied examination of the relevant USB drives.

Inherent in this thinking is the fact that believing or trusting any ruling individual or entity without absolute verification at every level, is the basis for societal destruction at the hands of the few due to blind obedience to falsely claimed authority. Lies and deceit are the tools of tyrants, and come in the forms of outright deception to manipulative propaganda. These traits are always evident, but today they are completely overt, as lies and truth are both used in devious ways in order to gain compliance and control.
This can be seen in that a non-existent virus pandemic has been used to instill great fear in the unsuspecting minds of the masses to such an extent, that most have been willing to give up all normalcy and sanity in their lives and the lives of their families. They have due to false trust been duped into behavior that can only be described as psychotic in nature. This has led to voluntary self-imprisonment, isolation, business and job destruction, mask wearing, travel immobilization, and total lockdowns. It has led to greater sickness, death, and economic devastation as well, all in the name of ‘health security’ and obedience to power at the expense of all freedom. This should serve as the final valuable lesson learned by even the most common of men, because it should be obvious that relying on the state in any capacity whatsoever can only lead to an enslaved society dependent on a master class for its very existence and survival. This of course is what is sought; a communistic based technocratic ‘civilization’ controlled by the few.
Everything that happens with governments and the entire state apparatus is planned in advance. Nothing concerning the ruling class is organic or natural in any way. All action and reaction to any event by the government and its controllers is by design. Most everything that happens has been foretold or predicted by the state oligarchic perpetrators. This is usually done by very deceptive means meant either to create a false crisis, or to use indoctrination methods in order to plant in the minds of the people what to expect from some imagined future adversary or terrifying event that has already been devised or created. These tactics of course are psychological in nature, but if the psyche of the majority can be captured to such an extent as to cause the proper desired reaction, then they can be easily controlled. In a world of logic and reason, this current situation should serve as definitive proof of this hypothesis, but sadly, I doubt that any such mass revelation by the people at large will be forthcoming. I base this on Einstein’s statement that doing the same thing over and over again while expecting a different outcome is insanity. This seems to sum up the mentality of the American herd.

Bought a brand new GE washer from Lowes.
Had to wait for delivery.
Finally got it installed.
Came in one day and it sounds like it’s draining. Unplugged it and plugged it back in. All quiet. A fluke?
Came in another day and the same thing, Left it unplugged and scheduled service.
Service guys came and said: “Oh yeah they should have know that this model needs a software upgrade to fix random draining. The upgrade should be available between mid and end January. You just have to install it. We’ll leave the report open in case that it doesn’t fix the problem.”
Argh!
No one’s problem but mine!

We’ll likely have to carry around papers to show we were vaccinated in order to live, even unfreely with masks, in this society, but illegal aliens can vote. That is the upshot of the latest insidious Supreme Court decision to allow lower courts to shred all voter verification processes in election law.
For the past few weeks, we’ve been told “states’ rights” force us to pursue a “live and let live” policy toward state governors who violate the state’s election law to weaken voter integrity laws. However, this principle is evidently a one-way street and doesn’t apply to governors who want to follow, not break, state voter integrity laws. Then, the federal courts have every right to get involved and nullify those laws, and the Supreme Court doesn’t seem to be concerned about the 10th Amendment and Art. I Sec. 4, which dictate that state legislatures prescribe the “Times, Places and Manner of holding Elections.”

Tom Goldstein writes that the Supreme Court should do more than dismiss Texas’s original jurisdiction case in a summary order. He says that the Supreme Court should “decimate” the motion with a written opinion.
It is perfectly ordinary and appropriate for the justices to write an opinion explaining the various reasons why they are rejecting Texas’ request. . . A simple five-page per curiam opinion genuinely could end up in the pantheon of all-time most significant rulings in American history. Every once in a long while, the court needs to invest some of its accumulated capital in issuing judgments that are not only legally right but also respond to imminent, tangible threats to the nation. That is particularly appropriate when, as here, the court finds itself being used as a tool to actively undermine faith in our democratic institutions — including by the members of the court’s bar on whom the justices depend to act much more responsibly.

Disclaimer: I’m not any kind of a lawyer. As a little L libertarian, I don’t like either the d’s or the R’s, but I have followed the anecdotal stories and the statistical analysis of the 2020 Election carefully.
If SCOTUS doesn’t address the blatant fraud in SOME fashion, I fear we will never have an honest election ever again. Why shouldn’t the “political parties” lie, cheat, and steal in ANY election they can? NO ONE is ever held to account, especially the rich and powerful politicians and bureaucrats. Maybe a few peons will get their wrist slapped but that’s about it.
Corrupt elections have been a national joke since the JFK’s dad stole the Presidency from Nixon. We joke about the “graveyard vote”, non-citizens voting, and all sorts of scams around registering to vote. Never mind, “harvesting” the nursing homes, homeless, and felons. And don’t forget the “walking around money” that gets distributed.
No, if SCOTUS punts on this, then it sends the wrong message to the power players to clean up their act. If SCOTUS was to disqualify the five or so States from sending electors, then that, by itself, would send a STRONG message about “law and order”. Anything less, means that the Republic is lost until the next revolution.

Guns are a big part of my life… they make me money, they keep me safe, they encourage a particular set of values and lifestyle….but sometimes it gets difficult to remember that there are other aspects of preparedness that may actually be more paramount.

If someone asked me what to do to increase resilience for 2021 I’d say “Wargame a scenario where you lose your job and can’t find another one at all or at the same wage and prepare for that”. That means clear debts as quick as you can, and start holding cash. Sure, you’ll lose some to inflation but I don’t see a Wewimar-esque hyperinflation coming yet. If you want to hedge your bets, split it among cash and metals. Here’s what I wold not do: I would not buy big ticket items just because I can, I would not buy anything on credit, I would not plan any expensive vacations, and I would not plan on having kids (because do you really want to take the hit of three months without a paycheck and have the added medical expenses and the additional stresses all at a time when things are so uncertain?)

Yeah, it’s easy to be an optimist, and if you’re lucky, it’ll always work out for you.
But when planning for contingencies, assume the worst, and all surprises will be to the up side.
When as the Big Fat Old Turkey couselling Fat Old White Men, who were laid off or fearing for “their” job — even though “your job” is really NOT yours — I would urge them to figure out their “burn rate” of mandatory monthly expenses and depending upon their situation of age, education, savings, debts, and skills — hot in great demand or not — then realistically plan for how long they would be out of work.
Sometimes the answer was that they’d never get another job like their last one. It’s a brutal honest truth that comes to all of us sooner or later. (In my case, it was later; I’ve see some who just turned 50 and were stunned to be unable to find work at all.)
So a word to the wise, be prepared. In this economy, an emergency fund of two years burn rate is NOT out of the question.
AND, YOU MIGHT NEED MORE.
