RANT: Doesn’t Walmart remember I HAVE one of their credit cards

So why do they waste my time, electrons, and processing power when they have ZZEERROO chance of converting it to a sale?

    Laugh…it’s probably an old COBOL program, and the data containing info that you have a credit card is on a different data base, or file! And the cost to pay someone to make the logic and/or data change is more than just blasting out to everyone on their file! Are they getting as bad as the government?
