Interesting. Is this the long awaited foray into the “banking business”?

Seems beneficial to sign up for it to get “grandfathered in”, when stuff changes.

    No accounting for bedfellows when there is money to be made.

    Walmart desparately wants to be in banking.

    AmEx need the minority and Hispanic growth.

    Seems to work for me.

    It just seems like an odd pairing for AmEx. They sort of cater to a more affluent crowd and wal-Mart is just the opposite.
