Richie is survived by his loving wife and soul mate – Lacie D. Dickson & their baby girl – Sophie A. Dickson. He is also survived by his Mother Rebekah (Kelly) Pratt, Grandmother Martha Reinking, Sister Erron Poole, Brother Chad (Michelle) Dickson, Nephew Riley Paber, Niece Rachael Paber, In-Laws Robin & Lawrence Gueths, many Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, Friends & fellow Airmen.

Richie proudly served his country in the USAF from June 2006 until April 27, 2013 as a Airborne Intelligence Systems Operator. Richie was an amazingly loving husband, father, son, brother & uncle. Richie was a kind, loving soul who accepted everyone for being exactly who they were and he will be greatly missed by all who’s lives he touched, may his memory live on in our hearts forever and ever!!!

Tuesday, the FDA lowered to 15 the age at which girls and women can buy the emergency contraceptive without a prescription _ and said it no longer has to be kept behind pharmacy counters.

Instead, the pill can sit on drugstore shelves just like condoms, but that buyers would have to prove their age at the cash register.

While police in Watertown, Massachusetts closed in on the boat in which 19-year-old terrorist suspect Dzhokhar Tsarnaev had concealed himself, FBI investigators in Chicago were snapping handcuffs on 18-year-old Abdella Ahmed Tounisi as he attempted to board an airplane bound for Istanbul. He intended to travel to Syria to fight on behalf an Islamic rebel group that seeks to overthrow the regime of Bashar al-Assad.

There is reason to believe that the FBI had advance knowledge of the Boston Marathon bombing plot. On the other hand, we know that Tounisi was a pure product of the FBI’s terrorist factory: He was the latest in a long procession of socially alienated teenage Muslim males who have been lured into an FBI-orchestrated plot by the Bureau’s roving troupe of “terrorism facilitators.”

What makes the terrorism charges against Tounisi more remarkable is the fact that he is accused of seeking to enlist in the service of a terrorist group that is presently receiving material aid from Washington.

Tounisi had been targeted by the FBI last fall after a friend named Abdel Daoud was snared in one of the Bureau’s prefabricated terror plots.

Every time the Feds mount another false-flag operation-sorry, every time another tragedy like the Boston Marathon Massacre hits, the corporate media solemnly assures us that mayhem and murder are “the price we pay to live in a free society.” Balderdash. Mayhem and murder are the State’s hallmarks; the freer a society is, the less of both there will be. Imagine America without her ruling socipaths: no wars overseas or at home; incredibly little poverty absent the Fed’s inflation, professional licensing to create unemployment, and taxation; virtually no crime since the well-regulated militia would defend itself from all criminals, free-lance or official.

Meanwhile, the latest of the media’s morons to blame Boston’s horror on liberty rather than Leviathan is Tom “The Babbler” Brokaw. First, The Babbler calls the police-state currently tyrannizing Americans an “open society.” If warrantless wiretapping, waterboarding and other torture, NDAA, gate-rape, secret No-Fly Lists, and the NSA are The Babbler’s idea of “openness,” well, spare me from what he considers tyranny (actually, we all know how he defines “tyranny”: these same evils when practiced by other countries’ politicians and bureaucrats on their hapless serfs — usually financed with Uncle Sam’s “foreign aid”). Second, at best, the State apparently knew an attack was likely and did not prevent it, despite the overwhelming resources at its command; at worst, it actively participated in it.

Stevenson said he saw law enforcement spotters on the roofs at the start of the race. He’s been in plenty of marathons in Chicago, D.C., Chicago, London and other major metropolitan areas but has never seen that level of security before.”

And the police-state still couldn’t get it right.

Hmmm. Or did it? Be sure to catch the readers’ comments: plenty of other skeptics out there, flinging terms like “false-flag” and “psy-ops.”

I too don’t trust the mainstream media not to be a lapdog for “group think”.

Within hours, the liberal press (CNN and MSNBC) were indicting the “right wing”.

Sorry, but I have no idea who did it.

I’m not even sure there was “extra security”. 

What I do know, deep in my heart, that we haven’t gotten, won’t get, may never know the “true story”.

A political attack on the right, or the left for that matter, from the pulpit is unseemly.

To a President, who seems to thrive on being a spendthrift and creating division in the country, a better sermon might be about the “brotherhood of man”, the parable of the talents, or the admonition to save for a rainy day. 

If he claims not to have heard anything from Reverend Wright, then it probably doesn’t matter what is said.

Shame to waste the day on divisivness.

This is a tough one.

I don’t usually care what folks think of me.

Egotistical?

Yes.

Sadly, I’m a very shallow person. I only care what I think!

FOr example, there are two parents in a local dive with their two young children.

One younger girl and one slightly older boy.

“Celebrating” saint patricks DAY, with green face paint and hats.

Why do I feel that this is NOT what saint pat would want?

When I read all the jokes about the Irish, facebook posts, and assorted stuff, I think “pioneer society”.

Padriac, I am thinking of you.

I wonder if I’d have been better off following in your footsteps / example.

We’ll ever know.

I have this vision of hitting Saint Pete’s Gate and finding out what could have been?

The contempt for the market and the freedom of the average individual seems to have no bounds for some of our politicians. They have absolutely no understanding of the natural order of things, or efficiency, or innovation, or creativity. They always want to manage. They want to get into everyone’s business. They want control.

 

And that’s what it really is all about folks- control. Many people in Washington DC do not consider you capable of making your own decisions. You are little more than chattel, serfs, drones (the non-flying kind) to be shuffled and prodded to do the will of those who know what is best for society.

A free individual? Don’t be so naive. You are not free. Frankly you should give up such quaint notions and capitulate. You’ll be much happier as a cog. You’ll see.

Let’s plan everything in this country. And let’s let Tom Harkin and the President do it. I am sure it will all work out great.

Employers are bracing for a little-noticed fee in the federal health-care law that will charge them $63 for each person they insure next year, one of the clearest cost increases companies face when the law takes full effect.

Companies and other plan providers will together pay $25 billion over three years to create a fund for insurance companies to offset the cost of covering people with high medical bills.

We’ve written before on the militarization of police departments across the country. From big cities to tiny towns the police are receiving funds and equipment from the federal government for armored vehicles, military grade weaponry, armor, training, and nearly everything else needed to militarize the police.

 

It certainly makes sense for police departments to have the tools they need to meet evolving threats. However, since the September 11th 2001 attacks all caution has been thrown to the wind, and nearly $34 billion in federal funds have found their way to local police departments. That equates to big business.

DHS grants to LPDs have totaled $34 billion as defense contracts continue to come without fail. Riot gear, military-grade weapons and training are becoming common place in cities and townships across the nation.

Timothy Lynch, director of the criminal justice project at the Cato Institute,states: ‘What is most worrisome to us is that the line that has traditionally separated the military from civilian policing is fading away. We see it as one of the most disturbing trends in the criminal justice area — the militarization of police tactics.’

A group of free-speech advocates is rallying behind an Indiana inmate serving two years for his online rants against a judge who took away his child-custody rights during a divorce case.

There’s no disputing that Daniel Brewington’s words were strong and angry — found in hundreds of emails over the course of the related, two-year divorce case.

But the group is asking the state’s highest court to decide whether they indeed amounted to criminal behavior.

Brewington was convicted in 2011 of perjury, intimidating a judge and attempting to obstruct justice — with the attorney general’s office successfully arguing that his threat was to expose the judge to “hatred, contempt, disgrace or ridicule.”

However, the group recently filed an amicus brief with the state Supreme Court arguing an appeals court decision in January upholding the felony intimidation charge threatens constitutionally protected speech about public officials.

Defense Secretary Leon Panetta testified this morning on Capitol Hill that President Barack Obama was absent the night four Americans were murdered in Benghazi on September 11, 2012: Panetta said that Obama left operational details, including knowledge of what resources were available to help the Americans under siege, ‘up to us.’

Don’t forget FOUR insidious taxes that you don’t see: (1) the inflation tax — the FED has destroyed 99%of the value of the dollar in the last three or four decades; (2) the gas tax — gets added into every product sold and into every capital good used to make products, or deliver them; (3) the corporate tax — corps don’t pay tax, people do, they just pass it on; and (4) the estate tax — that turns productive assets into legal fees and schemes to avoid it as opposed to capital investment that improves society’s wealth — say goodbye to the family farm or a families’ small business. I’d assert that (a) the true tax rate is incalculable because it’s so well hidden; (B) it crushes the poor and middle class; and (c) some years we pay more than 100% of an annual year’s earnings in taxes! The loss of purchasing power means real savings goes down DESPITE rising account balances!!!!!!!!!
