Gold and Silver Investors Greatest Secret Weapon
Commodities / Gold and Silver 2013 Jul 18, 2013 – 04:01 AM GMT

By: Steve_St_Angelo

*** begin quote ***

As the FED turns up the heat in the central bank frying pan, the frogs (public) don’t realize they are being cooked to death by inflation. I am quite amazed how loud the sizzling sound has become, but for some odd reason hardly anyone notices it.

Unfortunately, we are well past the point of no return. It’s only a matter of time now before the whole “Financial Cliff” falls off the mountain side. Until then, gold and silver investors will have to put up with some of the worst analysis ever to come out of government and MSM.

*** end quote ***

Another indication that “someone” is cooking the books.

In a free market, commodities don’t diverge from glacial trends.

Of course, as a tin foil hat, I suspect manipulation.

The FED can print “dollars”, but they can’t print gold, silver, oil, land, food, water, bandaids, or bullets.

This is all a fraud being pulled on the Sheeple and Clovers.

TINFOILHAT: TWA 800 still has unanswered questions

Sunday, July 21, 2013

The Mystery of TWA 800
by Philip Giraldi, July 18, 2013

*** begin quote ***

Unlike TWA 800 and the U.S. press, there has been a continuing lively interest in the European media regarding Itavia 870, possibly a tribute to the Italian public’s painfully acquired belief that its government is, of course, nearly always lying and covering up about nearly everything. Most Americans, in spite of the travails of the past twelve years, would apparently prefer to think otherwise in spite of the contrary evidence so the story of TWA 800 hardly resonates and is easily pushed to the back burners prior to once again disappearing completely down the memory hole. Should one ask if the United States military just might have accidentally shot down a civilian airliner and then initiated a cover-up? It could seem preposterous to think that that should have occurred, but most certainly the question ought to be asked, particularly when credible witnesses have surfaced who claim that to be a distinct possibility.

*** end quote ***

Yup, the Gooferment is always covering up its activities.

You have to laugh when it pretends to be “transparent”!

And, there is always misdirection.

GX/TM distracts from Chicago bloodbath.

Abortion debates distract from debt and Obamacare.

It’s not like we don’t have real problems to solve.

TINFOILHAT: Hastings, the guy who brought down General McChrystal

The Michael Hastings Wreck–Video Evidence Only Deepens The Mystery
By Michael Krikorian – David J. Krajicek on Jul 14, 2013

*** begin quote ***

The Man Who Brought Down General McChrystal

Nancy and I got in my car and went home. I went on to Watts to do some reporting on another story and later to Gardena. That afternoon, I got an email from a friend to whom I had mentioned the crash. It included a link to an L.A. Times story about the wreck. My friend wrote, “The driver was a well-known journalist: Michael Hastings. What a drag. Obviously a talented guy. Wonder why he was driving so fast?”

I went online and read about Michael Hastings, the guy who brought down General McChrystal. The conspiracy theories were already being spun on the web: that a bomb had been planted in the car, or that its controls had been hacked and the crash was engineered remotely by an unseen hand.

For nearly five years, McChrystal served as chief of the Joint Special Operations Command, which oversees the military’s commando units, including the Army Delta Force and the Navy Seals. This was not a paper-pushing general. McChrystal was a soldier’s general who would go on raids with his men. A reporter brings him down—and then dies in a mysterious crash three years later. If this had happened in Russia, wouldn’t we all figure it was some dark military conspiracy?

This doesn’t smell right!

RANT: Wheel of Misfortune; never speak to the police

George Zimmerman Acquittal Reflections and Lessons Learned

*** begin quote ***

Sanford, FL–This sad case began with a tragedy. Travon Martin was a troubled lad who made terrible choices. The data recovered from his cell phone and was later unlawfully hidden from George Zmmerman’s defense lawyers by prosecutors showed that Martin was heavily involved with illegal guns, drugs and fighting.

Judge Debra Nelson later ruled that cell phone evidence inadmissible and that was not at all unusual in our courts. It may seem unfair to some but that’s what they normally do.

As for Martin he apparently had personal issues with what he called, “crappy assed crackers” and was the one actually profiling Zimmerman clearly by race. To me it’s logical and believable that Martin caused his own death by assaulting Zimmerman. However we all must recognize that there are no witnesses or video to establish this fact with absolute 100% certainty.

We must not never lose sight of is the fact that we don’t require accused people to prove their innocence and that burden is the government’s to prove that self-defense was not somehow necessary. In the Zimmerman case both the government and media led us astray in that regard.

What is certain are the injuries to Zimmerman obviously inflicted by the stronger and faster, Travon Martin. They’re not serious injuries but they clearly substantiate an attack by an aggressor. The police carefully investigated the case and there was simply no probable cause to arrest Zimmerman.

Zimmerman could have avoided his horrible and expensive ride on the Wheel of Misfortune by simply asking for a lawyer rather than cooperating and answering every question put to him by the cops.
The cops were fair and also the first set of prosecutors however; a special prosecutor shanghaied the case. In the end the only evidence they had was Zimmerman’s admission that he shot Martin. His verbal claim to police of self-defense became a confession they used to file the case!

*** end quote ***

Continued advice is: “Invoke your Fifth Amendment right and then shut up”.

Argh!

The average citizen has no friends, but his lawyer.

THE BIGGEST HUSTLE IN HUMAN HISTORY

*** begin quote ***

Obama applied for a position as an adjunct and wasn’t even considered. A few weeks later the law school got a phone call from the Board of Trustees telling them to find him an office, put him on the payroll, and give him a class to teach. The Board told him he didn’t have to be a member of the faculty, but they needed to give him a temporary position. He was never a professor and was hardly an adjunct.

The other professors hated him because he was lazy, unqualified, never attended any of the faculty meetings, and it was clear that the position was nothing more than a political stepping stool. According to my professor friend, he had the lowest intellectual capacity in the building. He also doubted whether he was legitimately an editor on the Harvard Law Review, because if he was, he would be the first and only editor of an Ivy League law review to never be published while in school (publication is or was a requirement).

*** end quote ***

So who on the BoT made that call and who pressured them?

Enquiring minds want to know!

If you just have to eat yogurt, choose plain, or you guessed it — read the label. Here’s an easy rule to go by: Don’t eat any ingredients that your grandmother wouldn’t have heard of!

Neither my maternal grandmother, and surely my paternal grandmother, ever used “strange foods”.

The pilot really missed the glide path.

Don’t know enough to make any comment.

Seems that all systems and people failed.

Was any one watching from the tower?

Why was the rescue response so slow?

FUN: After action report @tswift13 concert

Dear Ms. Swift (@tswift13):

Re: 13 July 2013 MetLife appearance

You are missing a large sales opportunity. Clearly, from the extremely long lines at your merchandise sales booth, you are missing a LARGE volume of sales. May I suggest that some one on your staff immediately look into these lost opportunities. While many swiftees will seek your merchandise online, some percentage of sales are lost forever. As well as the bad image!

Since I know you bring your own displays, you should consider your own vending machines to augment the process or at the very least include in a venue contract a maximum line length.

I am, of course, will to consult on this matter with you at no cost to you at you convenience.

To the Met Life operators:

Good job reassigning most mens rooms to the ladies. Mond putting up some temporary signs direct us men to the few you have.

Bad job on the parking lot and traffic control. With all the engineering schools in the area, I can believe that exit traffic, and to some extent entering, is a disaster. I’ve been to many large venues that with bigger crowds empty faster. Last night, I saw an ambulance and trailing EMT truck stuck in the traffic with lights and sirens.  In addition, I’m astonish there wasn’t injuries mixing pedestrians and cars. I know I could do a better design job and I’m not that type of engineer.

RANT: Jury got it right

George Zimmerman found not guilty of murder in Trayvon Martin’s death

In this case, from what I have seen, the Jury got it right.

I think the Prosecution lived up to the expectations of Gooferment bureaucrats.

If I was the Judge, I would sight the Prosecution for malpractice (about the disclosure) and incompetence (overcharging and using the GZ interviews).

If I was the Governor, I would take the Judge aside and suggest another line of work.

If I was GZ, I’d move and change my name.

If I was MSNBC I’d switch to be an all comedy network; they are a joke.
