Virginia 6-year-old who wounded teacher Abigail Zwerner with gun boasted: ‘I shot that bitch dead’

The 6-year-old Virginia boy who shot and wounded his teacher with his mother’s gun later bragged about it to a school employee – shockingly claiming, “I shot that bitch dead,” according to newly unsealed search warrants.

After the first-grader shot Abigail Zwerner at Richneck Elementary School in Newport News on Jan. 6, reading specialist Amy Kovac held the boy until cops arrived, according to the documents obtained by WTKR.

“I did it … I shot that bitch dead,” the pint-sized pistol packer bragged, the docs show. “I got my mom’s gun last night.”

In a statement to WTKR, the Newport News School District said in response to the search warrant that “unfortunately, FERPA, the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act, prevents schools from releasing information from a student’s education record.

“U.S. Department of Education guidance states ‘schools must have written permission from the parent or eligible student in order to release any information from a student’s education record,’” the statement says.

“Newport News Public Schools is unable to comment on this matter in accordance with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act,” it adds.

Sorry but it sounds like the prosecutors are letting this go to easily.

Lot of blame to go around, but let’s focus on how the 6 years old gets a gun into school and learns to talk like that.

And, the school district seems to be hiding behind “privacy” to hide the records.

Argh!

Seems like Gooferment Skrules are as dangerous as prisons!

RANT: An unramed trio is robbed by four thugs with a gun

Chilling video shows Chicago dad robbed at gunpoint in front of home as wife, kids slept inside

A chilling video captured the moment a Chicago resident was robbed at gunpoint by a group of masked thugs in front of his home as his wife, kids and other relatives slept inside.

Victor Galena Sr. was on his way to work about 6 a.m. Friday in the Windy City’s Hermosa neighborhood when he and two companions were accosted by a group of robbers wearing black ski masks, CBS News Chicago reported.

“They started pointing a gun at my dad and [one of his companions] who was up here on those stairs,” the victim’s son Victor Galena Jr. told the news outlet.

The group had been counting the money that they planned to spend on construction tools that day when they were attacked by thugs.

“It’s the people that you look up to that you call right away when you need someone to defend you, and if they can’t defend you, then who are you going to call if you’re defenseless by yourself?” he added.

Police said the same group of brazen thieves later committed the same crime against at least 10 other people — part of a string of robberies in which they target residents leaving for or arriving at their jobs.

Sure glad that Chicago is “gun free”.

Wait until the vigilantes start to protect themselves.

This gang could be caught in a “honeypot”.  Early AM counting money with armed back up hidden away.

End of gang of robbers.

But then the liberal woke politicians and bureaucrats would be after their scalps.

Argh!

Hard to believe that “We, The Sheeple” have ALLOWED politicians and bureaucrats to disarm us.

“I particularly like unlimited concealed carry. If the criminal regards the general public as sheep to be shorn, then let’s sprinkle in a few “sheepdogs” with big teeth in the flock.

Guess which gay to bash? Buzz, wrong, you picked a Pink Pistol and you’re dead!

Guess which woman to bash? Buzz, wrong, you picked a Paxton Quigly and you’re dead!

Guess which brown person to bash? Buzz, wrong, you picked a Massad Ayoob and you’re dead!”

GUNS: Let’s sprinkle in a few “sheepdogs” with big teeth in the flock

I still believe this is THE solution to crime in “our” cities.

Johnson, who faces one count of second-degree murder and two firearms charges, and Taylor are scheduled for arraignment on Friday.

The sheriff’s office in Fulton County, Georgia, issued an arrest warrant for the suspected murderer in July after he allegedly skipped court.

He had been scheduled to appear on felony gun and cocaine-dealing charges.

The following month, he was investigated in the Poughkeepsie area as a key suspect in a gang-related murder, law enforcement sources told the news outlet.

Johnson previously did time for robbery and burglary and was released on parole in August 2018, state prison records show.

Parole?  Guess that system needs to end!

Skipped in July?  What did the various State and Federal agencies DO to recapture this felon BEFORE he killed an innocent citizen.

Argh!

California man survives frigid five-hour night swim with a friendly seal as his guide

His fate was seal-ed.

A California man thought he would die when he fell off his fishing boat and into the frigid Pacific Ocean — but a friendly harbor seal showed up in the nick of time and helped get him to safety.

Scott Thompson, a sea urchin diver, blamed a lapse in judgment for the mishap that sent him falling off his boat into the Santa Barbara Channel in the middle of the night last month.

“I thought to myself, ‘Great, this is how I’m going to die. Today is the day I’m going to die,’” Thompson, who was wearing nothing but his shorts and T-shirt at the time, told KABC-TV.

“Even putting on a wet suit, being prepared, getting in that water, and swimming to the platform was horrendous,” Paul Amaral, president of towing company Channel Watch Marine told KABC.

“I can’t imagine being in the water with shorts and a T-shirt at night. There was no moon, I mean it was pitch black,” he said.

In his post, Thompson wrote: “I’m a believer that there is a higher power now. I don’t know what it is, but there is a power greater than me. That was shown to me and I will never doubt that for the rest of my life.”

Guess someone can enumerate for all us land lubbers what this fellow did wrong.  I’ve read about dolphins and porpoises rescuing sailors adrift and downed military pilots.  It was always chalked up to the animals being “playful”.  But, maybe it’s just “Guardian Angels” is wet form.

In any event, an inspirational story.
