A New Study Confirms That Reopening Texas ‘100 Percent’ Had No Discernible Impact on COVID-19 Cases or Deaths
Reason (analysis)

“Anthony Fauci, Biden’s top COVID-19 adviser, said lifting mask mandates ‘is really quite risky,’ because ‘when you pull back on measures of public health, invariably you’ve seen a surge’ in cases and deaths. Rochelle Walensky, director of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, said she had a ‘recurring feeling’ of ‘impending doom,’ warning that premature relaxation of ‘public health prevention strategies’ could lead to a ‘fourth surge.’ More than two months later, the public health disaster predicted by Abbott’s critics has not materialized.”

But putting on my “infectious disease” costume, white coat and all, and I think it is factual to say that we don’t know squat about the WuFlu.

And certainly should be taking “medical advice” from new readers, celebrities, Gooferment bureaucrats, or politicians.

Major publishers want to censor research-sharing resource Sci-Hub from the internet, but archivists are quickly responding to make that impossible.

More than half of academic publishing is controlled by only five publishers. This position is built on the premise that users should pay for access to scientific research, to compensate publishers for their investment in editing, curating, and publishing it. In reality, research is typically submitted and evaluated by scholars without compensation from the publisher. What this model is actually doing is profiting off of a restriction on article access using burdensome paywalls. One project in particular, Sci-Hub, has threatened to break down this barrier by sharing articles without restriction. As a result, publishers are going to every corner of the map to destroy the project and wipe it from the internet. Continuing the long tradition of internet hacktivism, however, redditors are mobilizing to create an uncensorable back-up of Sci-Hub.

*** and ***

For example, there are federal bills like the Fair Access to Science and Technology Research Act (FASTR), or state bills such as California’s A.B. 2192, which can require government-funded research to be made freely available. The principle behind these bills is simple: if the public-funded the research, the public shouldn’t have to pay again to access it.

Scientists predict the maximum human lifespan – and suggest 150 is the oldest age we’ll EVER reach

  • Researchers used extensive medical and fitness data from UK and US volunteers
  • This included blood test results, daily steps taken and information on their DNA
  • This was fed into an artificial intelligence system to calculate maximum lifespan
  • The authors found that resilience and biological age play key roles in lifespan
  • Finding that the maximum a human can live naturally is from 120 to 150 years

Covid Vaccines May Bring Avalanche of Neurological Disease
LewRockwell
by Joseph Mercola

*** begin quote ***

How Can You Protect Yourself From the Vaccine or Exposure to Those That Were Vaccinated?

Indeed, that is the question of the day. We talked about shedding from the vaccine. Obviously, the vaccine does not classically shed virus particles but it can easily cause people to shed spike proteins, and it is these spike proteins that may cause just as much damage as the virus.

While Seneff’s paper didn’t delve deeply into solutions, it provides a major clue, which is that your body has the capacity to address many of these problems through a process called autophagy. This is the process of removal of damaged proteins in your body.

One effective strategy that will upregulate autophagy is periodic fasting or time-restricted eating. Most people eat more than 12 hours a day. Gradually lowering that to a six- to eight-hour window will radically improve your metabolic flexibility and decrease insulin resistance.

Another beneficial practice is sauna therapy, which upregulates heat shock proteins. I have discussed this extensively in previous articles. Heat shock proteins work by refolding proteins that are misfolded. They also tag damaged proteins and target them for removal.

Another vital strategy is to eliminate all processed vegetable oils (seed oils), which means eliminating virtually all processed foods as they are loaded with them. Seed oils will radically impair mitochondrial energy production, increase oxidative stress and damage your immune system.

Seed oils also are likely to contain glyphosate, as it is heavily used on the crops that produce them. Obviously, it is important to avoid glyphosate contamination in all your food, which you can minimize by buying only certified organic foods.

Finally, you want to optimize your innate immune system and one of the best ways to do that is to get enough sun exposure, wearing in your bathing suit, to have your vitamin level reach 60 to 80 ng/ml (100 to 150 nmol/l).

“FDR ended the Depression.” (Yeah, only eight+ years into his administration, and then with a war and new forms of privation.)

“Street protests ended the Vietnam war.” (Lessee: Begun in 1964, 1968 was their biggest year, U.S. didn’t get out of Vietnam until 1975. Nope.)

“Abraham Lincoln freed the slaves.” (Only if you believe we really had to be the only nation on earth to conduct a bloody war to do what the entire civilized world was already coming around to; only if you believe the Emancipation Proclamation was anything other than a PR gesture meant to undermine the South’s war effort; only if you pretend not to notice that Lincoln continued to preside over four slave states himself and excluded them from the so-called emancipation.)

And once established, these gigantic urban myths never seem to get debunked.

It won’t work, and it brings to mind a particularly vivid example I once heard about a balloon disaster that still makes me cringe when I think of it:

A group of people were embarking on a balloon ride and as they were just a foot or two off the ground, the burner erupted into flames. The balloon pilot realized immediately what this meant and he leapt from the gondola which was still only a few feet off the ground.

One or two of the passengers were quick witted enough to realize what this meant and followed him. This set off a feedback loop: as the fire expanded, its hot air forcing the balloon higher, combined with the weight reductions as the first few people bailed out, the situation very quickly escalated past a point of no return.

The balloon had accelerated very rapidly to heights from which it was no longer possible to leap safely. The unfortunates who had hesitated and were trapped in a gondola being propelled higher by a fireball, to their inevitable doom.

That’s what our entire situation feels like today. The balloon is still hanging a foot or so above the ground, the canopy is on fire, and the people who have figured out what this means are bailing out while they can and in doing so they are accelerating the ultimate burn-then-crash of the entire system.

Economics is called the “dismal science” for a very good reason.

It’s based on the idea that ALL resources are scarce and there are “laws” that describe how resources are used

It’s “dismal” because rarely are there enough resources to satisfy everyone’s “wants”.  (Notice I didn’t say “needs” because that’s a much lower standard. (Think what passes for a “good life” in a Third World country and you’ll have my idea of “needs” versus “wants”.)

In today’s economic climate, the “wants” have outstripped our Gooferment’s ability to supply the resources need to satisfy them. (Note the tax  & borrow to spend  on “wants”.)

So like the balloon example above, get off before the disaster.

When asked why, most former statin users, or discontinuers, cited muscle pain, a side effect, as the primary reason for stopping the pills. By far the most prevalent and important adverse events, up to 72 percent of all statin side effects are statin-associated muscle symptoms. Taking coenzyme Q10 supplements as a treatment for statin-associated muscle symptoms was a good idea in theory, but they don’t actually appear to help. Normally, side-effect symptoms go away when you stop the drug, but sometimes can linger a year or more. Corkball: The Mutant Baseball Game That’s a St. Louis Tradition

*** begin quote ***

Welcome to corkball: a mutant baseball game hailing from the streets of St. Louis, that you just might want to import to your own neighborhood.

The Origins of Corkball

In the 1840s, Irish and German immigrants came pouring into St. Louis. Many of the latter brought beer recipes from Deutschland and opened breweries that mass-produced German lagers for the country’s growing population. While brewing companies like Anheuser-Busch were innovating beer-making with pasteurization and refrigeration, the employees at these breweries were making innovations to American baseball and created a version of the game that allowed them to play with a limited number of players, in a limited space, without the usual regulation equipment.

Legend has it that corkball got its start in an east St. Louis tavern sometime around 1900. Some bored, slightly drunk dude popped the cork bung off a beer barrel and wrapped some tape around it. He then tossed it to a drinking buddy who tried to hit it with a broomstick.

Boom!

Corkball was born.

The most significant difference between corkball and baseball was that corkball had no runners, so there were no bases. Because there were no bases or runners, men didn’t need a big space or many players to play corkball. They could technically get a corkball game going with just four total — two to a team.

The Rise of Utilitarian Extremism, and How to Recognize It
Analysis by Dr. Joseph Mercola
May 10, 2021

STORY AT-A-GLANCE

  • Proof of vaccination requirements for travel are rare, and limited to travel to certain destinations where the risk of contracting a disease and bringing it back to a population with nonexistent immunity against it is high
  • The U.S. government’s job is to protect the Constitutional rights of all Americans. Allowing or encouraging businesses to create a two-tier society where unvaccinated people are barred from participating in civic society is unconstitutional
  • Proof of vaccination against COVID-19 will not ensure safety. It won’t even promote it, as the so-called vaccines are designed to merely reduce symptoms of the infection
  • Utilitarianism, which is now being increasingly promoted, is a discredited pseudo-ethic that has repeatedly been used to justify horrific human rights abuses. It is based on a mathematical equation that some individuals can be sacrificed for the greater good of the majority
  • Utilitarianism appears to be at work already. The European Union’s vaccine injury reporting system had logged 330,218 adverse event reports, including 7,766 deaths, as of April 17, 2021, and the U.S. reporting system had logged 118,902 adverse event reports as of April 23, including 3,544 deaths and 12,618 serious injuries, yet all of these injuries and deaths are simply ignored and people are told to get the shot, no matter what

TINFOILHAT: Cut the crap; the WuFlu came from that lab with USA taxpayer money

Sunday, May 16, 2021

It’s getting harder for the MSM to ignore the narrative around COVID lab origin

Some readers took exception to the item last week about the possibility that COVID-19 came out of a Wuhan Lab that was conducting gain-on-function experiments on Coronaviruses instead of a naturally occurring zoonotic transfer from bats at a wet market a few hundred meters away from that lab. It’s still very much verboten to bring this up in polite company (meaning social media platforms or mainstream media) and anybody who does so is subjected to ridicule and condemnation.

In the past week The Bulletin of Atomic Scientists reprinted an article by New York Times science correspondent Nicholas Wade on the lab origin theory of COVID (The Bulletin are the folks who maintain the Doomsday Clock that’s been estimating how close the world is to ‘midnight’, which their shorthand for a global thermonuclear exchange. They’ve been doing this since 1945 and right now they put us at 100 seconds to midnight).

Wade’s piece  looked at the two theories of the origin, and found both scenarios to be plausible. He also added that statements favouring the first scenario, espousing zoonotic transfer, which was heavily amplified by the mainstream media and Big Tech “were not at first examined as critically as they should have been.”

Which is understandable, because anybody who questioned that narrative was deplatformed. Wade specifically calls into question the statement in the Lancet by a group of virologists that said “We stand together to strongly condemn conspiracy theories suggesting that COVID-19 does not have a natural origin,” as being “too soon to call.”

Indeed it was, given what later emerged was that statement was organized and drafted by a member of an organization who funded coronavirus research at the Wuhan Institute of Virology, which is the very same lab that everybody who suspects lab origin believes COVID-19 escaped from (not intentionally, it is important to note).

The important excerpt from Wade’s article was:

“It’s documented that researchers at the Wuhan Institute of Virology were doing gain-of-function experiments designed to make coronaviruses infect human cells and humanized mice. This is exactly the kind of experiment from which a SARS2-like virus could have emerged. The researchers were not vaccinated against the viruses under study, and they were working in the minimal safety conditions of a BSL2 laboratory. So escape of a virus would not be at all surprising. In all of China, the pandemic broke out on the doorstep of the Wuhan institute. The virus was already well adapted to humans, as expected for a virus grown in humanized mice. It possessed an unusual enhancement, a furin cleavage site, which is not possessed by any other known SARS-related beta-coronavirus, and this site included a double arginine codon also unknown among beta-coronaviruses. What more evidence could you want, aside from the presently unobtainable lab records documenting SARS2’s creation?”

Even World Health Organization (WHO) head Dr. Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus admitted that the WHO had not been able to investigate the Wuhan Labs adequately enough to be able to rule out the lab origin theory, and that “as far as the WHO is concerned, all hypotheses remain on the table.”

For now, the Nicholas Wade piece is being picked up in more places, but the mainstream press is either avoiding it, or waiting until they have their hit pieces crafted to debunk it.

I think it’s time to fire all the brain dead politicians and bureaucrats who ignored the OBVIOUS warnings.

One would hope that “We, The Sheeple” would take out their torches and pitchforks and tar and feather all involved.

I hear that McDonalds is hiring.

And, as far as “not intentionally”, that remains to be seen.  What better way for China to become a “world power”.

*** begin quote ***

Back on November 30, 2020, Maricopa County elections witness Jan Bryant testified before the Arizona legislature.

Jan has a strong project management background. She could not believe what she witnessed during the 2020 election in Maricopa County, Arizona.

Jan said back on November 30, 2020, that Maricopa County officials DID NOT RUN THE ELECTION!  Dominion employees John and Bruce did.

Jan’s testimony might explain why Maricopa County officials do not have Admin passwords or access to the Dominion voting machines.

Therefore, the election was fraudulent.

Per se, it’s flawed.

Everyone connected with it should be fired and a grand jury empaneled to indict any violations of the law.

Argh!
