Should be the same for all “secret societies” including the police. People need to be willing to be held accountable for their actions. The Conspiracy Theorists, who are complaining that the J6 participants were Feds, are absolutely correct since why should the Feds be anonymous.

Israel-Gaza Conflict
Israel announced a full siege of the Gaza Strip yesterday as the conflict between the two regions entered a third day, with Israel drafting 300,000 reservists and cutting off food, electricity, and fuel to the Gaza Strip, which was already under a 16-year blockade imposed by Israel and Egypt. Israel’s full blockade comes after Hamas, which runs Gaza internally, took at least 150 civilians and soldiers hostage following a wide-ranging surprise attack on Israel over the weekend (see previous write-up).
Hamas has threatened to execute an Israeli hostage each time an airstrike hits civilian homes in Gaza without warning. The US and the EU designate Hamas as a terrorist group due to its history of armed opposition against Israel (see overview). At least 900 people have died so far in Israel, including at least 11 Americans, and at least 687 Palestinians have died in Gaza. More than 6,000 have been injured from both sides since Saturday.
Israel also exchanged fire yesterday with neighboring Lebanon’s militant group Hezbollah after Palestinian militants had infiltrated Israel’s northern border. The US is among governments designating Hezbollah as a terrorist group (see overview).

How does Israel deal with terrorism and adversaries that want to literally destroy the State of Israel?
Hamas has clearly escalated the conflict.
From an Israel POV, I believe that the they mist regard the “hostages” as if they were dead strategically, On a tactical basis, it MIGHT be possible to rescue some. But, that’s a long shot.
While as a little L libertarian, I believe in the Non-Aggression Principle. I can’t sort out fact from fiction, right from wrong, or what is true. Acknowledging that, my position is that killing innocent civilians is just wrong. And, the USA should use all means to end the killing. At the very least, there should be a strict neutrality observed.
I mourn that after lesson after lesson, humans still haven’t learned to live in peace with each other.

My now-former pediatrician installed on the wall of every exam room a “Safe Zone” rainbow triangle sticker with the words “sexual orientation,” “gender expression,” and “gender identity.” Meticulously placed in front of the exam table and at a child’s eye level, it was the first thing my daughter noticed on the otherwise blank walls. She asked me to read the words and tell her what they meant. She was five years old and just learning to read.
I told the doctor this was inappropriate sexual content on the wall and there will be no talk of this sticker with my daughter, but when my daughter asked about the sticker again, the doctor told her, “it’s about being inclusive.” This confused my daughter even more.
After a tense disagreement (in another room) about the politics of the sticker, my doctor agreed that it was reasonable to place younger children in exam rooms without the sticker. But she never placed my children in another room or returned my follow-up calls. Instead, a doctor called me and “invited” me to leave the medical practice. It is illegal to discharge a patient without thirty days’ notice in Rhode Island.

If you leave a few singles in a jar by the register, you assume the recipients are the staff who work there. We have no idea where the Square POS tips go. Recall Doordash and other weasels pocketing driver tips during the pandemic (we should make sure that’s not happening here). All POS tip demands should be mandated to show a disclosure as to where the money goes — and both Square and the retailer should be on hook if it does not go where advertised.

I remember first seeing this at Olive Garden when they first mandated that all Users paying by credit card use their POS (point of sale which happened to be a Piece of <synonym for excrement>) device. It automagically “suggested” 18% “tip”. I had no idea but a sneaky suspicion that this was not on the all up and up. So I always tipped in cash — and not 18%. After all I was now doing some of the work and we used to get thin mints with the receipt.
It would seem that “tipping” needs to be disclosed. Who gets it and how much does the server have to “tip out” to others. I’m most concerned that this is nothing more than a “DoorDash” price increase.
Argh!

NYC college professor cursed out anti-abortion students tabling at school

A Manhattan college (NB: not manhattan.edu) professor flipped out on a group of students who set up an information table opposing abortion inside the school building — cursing and tossing their pamphlets, video of the interaction shows.
Shellyne Rodriguez, an adjunct professor, told the pro-life students they were “triggering” her students by tabling inside Hunter College in Manhattan earlier this month.
The footage was posted to Twitter by Students for Life of America.
“You’re not educating s–t. This is f–king propaganda,” the art professor told the students tabling on May 2. “What are you going to do like anti-trans next?”
A male student behind the table calmly told her, “I mean no, we’re talking about abortion” and said he was sorry about “triggering” her students.
Rodriguez claimed their demonstration was “violent” and yelled at the male student behind the table that he wasn’t sorry “because you can’t even have a f–king baby,” the video shows.

This is secular “higher” education.
How can you reason when the Leftists refuse to keep the peace?
Disgraceful and un-American.

Two boys, both 14, killed after Dodge Ram smashed into their car on Long Island highway as ‘drunk driver’ told police he thought he was in New Jersey

Two 14-year-old boys died after their Alfa Romeo car was struck by a suspected drunk driver who was traveling the wrong-way on a Long Island expressway.
Drew Hassenbein and Ethan Falkowitz died near Jericho late Wednesday night after Amandeep Singh, 34, crashed his Dodge Ram into them, the New York Post reported.
They were pronounced dead at the scene, while two other boys, aged 16 and 17, who were in the car suffered internal injuries. They were in a stable condition in hospital.

I really don’t understand how parking lot owners can stop wrong way drivers (i.e., tire shredders), but Gooferment highway “engineers” can’t.
It seems real simple to me.
I bet the tire makers would applaud the new business. I’m sure all the victims of these killers would as well.
