Well RFKjr is certainly not a “libertarian”, but he is impressive on a lot of the issues I care about: WWW3 / Ukraine, dismantling the Deep State particularly the CIA, opposing the Central Bank Digital Currency, maybe ending the FED, and prosecuting the villains responsible for the COVID19 pandemic. He is certainly shaking up the UNIPARTY like DJT45 does and moving the Overton window of “allowable opinions”. Only Tucker Carlson has had a more dramatic impact on the 2024 Presidential election by “killing RINOs”.

Why Vaccines are Treated Differently from Other Products

Attorney Aaron Siri of the Informed Consent Action Network (ICAN) who has worked a great deal on vaccine-related issues like vaccine injury claims, vaccine exemptions and vaccine policy work, gave testimony to the Arizona State Senate on May 25th. His impressive two-hour presentation sought to answer the question: How can this system that people rely on fail us so badly? But to understand the failure is to understand the context within which the new vaccines arose. We need to understand what happened 37 years ago.
In 1986, Congress passed the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act (HR5546). This is an historic act because it removed liability for childhood injury vaccines. Removing liability tends to alter the behavior of entities that benefit. Indeed, it turned out that pharmaceutical companies were no longer liable for injuries caused by their products. That has been the law since 1986.
Attorney Siri says that he knows of no other product that has that kind of immunity. Not planes nor drugs. But since 1986, big pharma has not had any market force check of any significance. “Think of all the products out there that warrant safety precautions, and the one you give immunity to is the one you give to babies. Think about that.”

Time to repeal that law and hold Big Pharma accountable for its products.

Europe doesn’t allow advertising.
We should NOT allow doctors to profit from Big Pharma “bribes”.
The system is corrupt; time to address it.

No Labels insists there’s a path forward for a third-party candidate, citing a recently conducted poll where an independent candidate, on the ballot with Mr. Trump and Mr. Biden, starts the race with 21% support. The group insists it would be able to increase that base into a winning margin and not be a spoiler.
No Labels says its polling shows the public is open to a third-party candidate. According to an NBC News poll last month, 44% of registered voters say they are willing to consider supporting a third-party or independent presidential candidate if Messrs. Biden and Trump are the two major-party nominees in 2024.
No Labels is already on the ballot in five states, and hopes to get on all 50.

Perhaps this might be the year, if the D’s split by RFKjr and others, and, the R’s split by the “never trumpets”, then the Libertarian Party which has ballot access in all 50 states just might “win”. If by “winning”, that it hands the Electoral College and throws the race into the House where each State gets ONE vote.

If Democrats stick with Biden under those circumstances, they’ll be inviting the second coming of Trump.

Sounds like we need to put a mandatory retirement age along with term limits amount some of the other changes need to cut the Gooferment down in size and intrusiveness.
At the very least repealing the Seventeenth Amendment would put the State Legislatures back in charge of Senators and eliminate “carpet bagging” individuals from buying seats to the big graft bonanza.
A mandatory retirement age tied to the Social Security “full benefit” retirement age might be a nice touch.
Then kill many if not all of the TLAs (i.e., three letter agencies). If we do need a small Department of Agriculture to help the States coordinate, then they should reside in the State they are coordinating for but I bet the States could figure out how to do it faster, cheaper, and easier.
Argh!
