Sounds too good to be true.
But, there’s a fine balance to be found here.
Druggies stealing the stereos get the death penalty?
That’s over the top.
But what were the donut eaters doing for these businessmen? Taking reports.
If we ended the “(pseudo) War on (some) Drugs” then theft probably wouldn’t necessary to support a habit.
