Joe Biden is rejecting another executive privilege claim by Donald Trump as he tries to invoke the right in order to withhold the White House visitor logs from the House select committee investigating the January 6 Capitol riot.

In a letter sent to the National Archives on Tuesday, Biden’s White House Counsel Dana Remus told the archivist of the U.S. David Ferriero the agency should provide the material to the panel within 15 days. 

Former President Trump is attempting to invoke executive privilege to keep the panel form obtaining the logs, just as he did with other White House documents that were turned over to the committee earlier this month.

The White House plans to inform Trump Wednesday morning of the rejection for his executive privilege claim. 

Trump could try to block or slow the release of the logs like he did with other White House documents and materials.

I think the Bush’s, Clinton’s, and Obama’s would be very enlightening.

THE BORDER GETS WORSE AND WORSE. These days, the Biden White House talks a lot about the border. At press briefings, there are many questions about the border. But it’s the Russia-Ukraine border. Meanwhile, the situation on the U.S.-Mexico border is deteriorating daily.

Two new developments. One, we are learning more about the administration’s covert effort to relocate thousands of illegal border-crossers — single, adult males, not families — into the nation’s interior. We’ll talk about that today. And tomorrow, the second development — new information about the changing makeup of the thousands of people crossing the border illegally each month.

First, the relocation effort. Last week, Fox News broadcast body camera footage from security officers at New York’s Westchester County Airport, about 30 miles outside Manhattan. It was the middle of the night. An unmarked passenger jet had just landed, and a steady stream of single, adult men came down the plane’s steps. They were accompanied by federal contractors.

The public knows very little about this process. How many illegal immigrants have been relocated? Where have they been sent? How many have been charged or convicted of crimes? How many have complied with the requirement to check in with immigration authorities? What nongovernmental organizations are assisting them? How much is the federal government paying for this? Is there a limit on how many will be relocated? And more.

The bottom line: Yes, the news is filled with reports on Ukraine, or COVID, or the latest twists and turns of the Biden agenda on Capitol Hill. But what’s happening on the border — the U.S.-Mexico border — is important news, and you need to know more about it.

What can we do to get the Biden administration to follow the law?

They are just trying to upset the voting balance of the country and penalize the “red states” for their political votes by loading them with social costs (i.e., crime, welfare, homeless).

President Biden’s topic was one of utmost importance Wednesday — crime and gun violence. But you wouldn’t know it from the way he spoke.

He slurred his words. He called the ATF “the AFT.” At one point, he talked about the history of the Second Amendment and “the blood of patriots” before concluding that someone would need nuclear weapons to take down the government. If you weren’t confused, you were horrified.

Biden was obviously tired, speaking in barely a monotone. He couldn’t pronounce “cognitive.”

As I said on Facebook, Biden and his speech writes are ignoring the Afghan irregulars, who armed with late 1890’s and early 1900’s weapons, fought the USSR and the USA to defeat.

Imagine what would happen in the USA where ⅓ of the population is armed with modern weapons, the hunters are even more dangerous, and our “drug gangs” have to be the finest light infantry in the world. (And “light” maybe a miss categorization.)

Argh!

The arrogance of politicians and bureaucrats!

Advocacy groups, including Brady, Giffords, Everytown and parents of victims of the 2018 Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School shooting, have met with Domestic Policy Council Director Susan Rice and Biden adviser Cedric Richmond in recent weeks.Anti-gun violence advocates, including some who attended meetings with Biden officials, told The Hill in February that, through executive order, Biden could eliminate ghost guns by defining what constitutes a gun.

The term ghost guns refers to guns available for purchase, typically without a background check or a serial number, that are not fully finished or may have a missing part.

It’s clear to me that the Federal Gooferment is prohibited by the Second Amendment from any action to restrict gun rights.

Everything they do is unconstitutional.

And thus null and void.

The implications of this are so enormous that it’s currently difficult to assimilate all of them, let alone understand what needs to be done to hang on to American liberty.
