A father accused of trying to strangle his teenage daughter in a Muslim ‘honor killing’ has been jailed for almost three years.

Ihsan Ali, 44, stood trial for second-degree attempted murder alongside his wife Zahraa Subhi Mohsin Ali, 40, over the October 18, 2024, attack.

A Thurston County Superior Court jury found them not guilty on July 31, but convicted Ihsan of lesser charges against his daughter Fatima Ali.

It’s obvious that this was a miscarriage of “justice” to this girl.

The report doesn’t say what their immigration status is.

Regardless of what it is, the husband and wife should be either deported or denaturalized and deported.

It further apparent that they have not be good “citizens” hence the felony convictions.

I like Japan’s treatment of “muslims” due to their conduct and failure to live peacefully in civil society.

Islam is NOT a “religion”; it’s an ideology that seeks to fundamentally change society.

Hence, as a gun-owning pro-life pro-choice little L libertarian, they should depart from the USA and return to wherever they came from.  They are not … …

“Give me your tired, your poor,

Your huddled masses yearning to breathe free,

The wretched refuse of your teeming shore.

Send these, the homeless, tempest-tost to me,

I lift my lamp beside the golden door!”

… … “yearning to breathe free” and as such are not welcome to share in the American experiment.

Argh!

PEACE: Using a nuclear bomb should be unthinkable; Hibakusha’s peace prize should remind us of that

Japanese atomic bomb survivor group Nihon Hidankyo wins 2024 Nobel Peace Prize

Japanese organization Nihon Hidankyo, a grassroots movement of atomic bomb survivors from Hiroshima and Nagasaki, won the Nobel Peace Prize on Friday, in a warning to countries who have nuclear weapons not to use them.

Witnesses to the only two nuclear bombs ever to be used in conflict, members of the group, also known as Hibakusha, have dedicated their lives to the struggle for a nuclear-free world.

Using a nuclear bomb should be unthinkable.  But when in a war and you’re losing, suddenly the unthinkable becomes very thinkable.

The USA Gooferment should IMMEDIATELY tell Ukraine and Israel that they will no longer supply money and weapons for their wars.

Russia, who much to my surprise, seems to be the “adult in the room” and has offered to negotiate peace.

Israel and the Arab world must come to the peace table.  And. Since the Gooferment loves twisting arms so much, let that become their number 1 priority.

Finally, NATO, which has long outlived its intended purpose, should shut down and give everyone a “peace dividend”.

INNOVATION: Oubaitori: Avoiding Comparison to Others

7 Japanese Concepts That Can Improve Your Life

*** begin quote ***

Oubaitori: Avoiding Comparison to Others

The characters that spell out oubaitori represent four different trees that bloom in Japan in the spring: cherry, apricot, peach, and plum. Each tree blooms in its own way and in its own time, and each bears a distinct flower and fruit. Oubaitori as a concept grows out of this arboreal image and refers to the idea of avoiding the habit of comparing yourself to others and embracing your unique journey and timeline instead.

Theodore Roosevelt (another appreciator of Japanese culture) famously said, “Comparison is the thief of joy.” Boy, was he right. I’ve noticed that I tend to get most down in the dumps when I start measuring my success against the success of others. Whenever I start doing that, I just remind myself to practice oubaitori. The word serves as a trigger to shift my focus away from others and back to my own path.

Hmmm, my own path?  I’m not sure I have one.  Or, ever had one.  More like adrift on raft at sea.

Sigh!

HEALTH: Preventing Alzheimer’s Disease with Diet; similar evidence exposed the Covid plandemic

Preventing Alzheimer’s Disease with Diet

KEY TAKEAWAYS

  • The dramatic increase in dementia in Japan over recent decades has been associated with an increase in animal products, including meat, and a decrease in rice consumption.
  • Animal fat and meat consumption has gone up by 500 percent in Japan, while calories only increased by approximately 10 percent.
  • Across countries, intake of meat, especially, as well as eggs and high-fat dairy, appears to be the “most important dietary link” to Alzheimer’s disease.
  • Alzheimer’s and cognitive decline have been associated with diets heavy in meat, sweets, and fat, while most plant foods are associated with reduced risk.
  • Many factors have been proposed as the cause of high-fat, diet-induced damage to the brain, particularly with aging, including inflammation and changes to blood vessels and the integrity of the blood-brain barrier.
  • On autopsy, the cerebral arteries of Alzheimer’s patients are so clogged with atherosclerotic plaque packed with cholesterol and fat that they are nearly closed.
  • The standard American diet, rich in saturated fat, cholesterol, and animal products, has been shown to compromise the integrity of blood vessels in the brain.

When did the Covid truth bubble break?

When Israel had a huge number of “breakthrough” deaths.  When Florida didn’t have any spike in deaths despite not locking down and having a lot of old people there?  When college and pro football stadiums were packed with people and no spike?  When the Sturgis motorcycle rally didn’t result in anything with Covid.

Or was it when we saw pictures of politicians, bureaucrats, and “celebrities” frolicking without masks or “social distancing”.

So to here we have strong evidence that the “Standard American Diet” is a cause of all sorts of bad results — one of which is Alzheimer’s!

What can we do?

POLITICAL: “We, The Sheeple” should not be paying for other’s “defense”

Europeans, not Americans, Should Spend More on Europe’s Defense
By DOUG BANDOW

*** begin quote ***

The U.S. plans on filling Eastern Europe with thousands of troops along with vehicles and weapons to equip an armored combat brigade. That will require a special budget request of $3.4 billion for next year.

An unnamed administration official told the New York Times, that the step “fulfills promises we’ve made to NATO” and “also shows our commitment and resolve.” Moreover, said another anonymous aide: “This reflects a new situation, where Russia has become a more difficult actor.”

However, the basic question remains unanswered: Why is the U.S. defending Europe? The need for America to play an overwhelming role disappeared as the continent recovered and the Cold War ended.

*** end quote ***

Clearly, this should be a top priority of any new President. “We, The Sheeple” should not be paying for Europe’s, Japan’s, South Korea’s, or anyone else’s!

Don’t forget “We, The Sheeple” “have” the current 18T+ national debt and the guesstimated 200T+ in unfunded liabilities that our posterity will have to deal with!
