Um, no.
There is NO WAY to remove any part of the Bill of Rights, without nullifying the entire constitution and the republic that it purports to create and define.
The constitution was ratified under a binding contract between the Federalists and the Antifederalists, to the effect that the ratification was conditional upon the passage of a Bill of Rights. Therefor, if any part of the Bill of Rights is violated by any means, and that includes its repeal by a new “amendment”, then the whole contract is null and void.
If the contract is void, the ratification is void.
If the ratification is void, the constitution is void.
If the constitution is void, the republic is void.
If the republic is void, there is no “legitimate government” in any legal sense.
If there is no “legitimate government”, there is, de jure, political freedom in the territory previously governed by the former republic.
Since the bill of rights has been violated by direct act of the congress, the presidents and the courts — the ratification contract, the constitution and the republic are null and void, in any legal sense. No new “amendment” violating the bill of rights or the ratification contract is now needed to produce this result.
The argument form is modus ponens. The conclusion is inescapable, to my mind.
So, in legal contemplation, the part of North America between Canada and Mexico, the Alaska Territory, the former Kingdom of Hawaii and the Crown Colonies are, de jure, in a state of anarchy and political freedom, while being illegally occupied by Imperial Usa, a foreign military power.
For such a state of affairs to transit from de jure to de facto, it only requires that the american militia remove t he invading pretender-government now throwing its weight around.
I recommend 5GW strategy.

I’ll be the first person to admit that I’ve done things in the past I’m not proud of. I think most people can say that. Even if you always try to be a good person, you can end up doing something bad once in a while.
Sometimes it’s hard to look back on those past actions and rationalize them away. They can stick in your mind and make you feel bad.
But you can’t beat yourself up over them. Sometimes you just have to accept the things you’ve done and move on. Just because you did some bad things in the past doesn’t make you a bad person.

I learned this from watching my Mom, Dad, and other family members literally drive themselves crazy. Crazy in hospital, or bottle, or worse.
Hence I formed this meme.
Even something that is less than a year old is hard to characterize as a “mistake”.
You may have made a choice that didn’t work out the way you thought. Does that make it a mistake?
There’s no VCR in life where you can retry stuff.
Think the movie “Groundhog Day” with Bill Murray. Not only is it funny; it’s downright philosophical.

Executive Branch Illegalities Go Unsanctioned

Now that the U.S. is openly arming groups in Syria, it has openly admitted that it has been training rebels for several years in secret bases in Turkey and Jordan. Up to now, those who reported or wrote of this were using other sources of information as here. The Guardian reported this on March 8, 2013. The U.S. had to admit this because of these reports, if nothing else. Obama likes to conduct his wars in secret.
When I speak of “illegalities”, I mean that the executive branch of the U.S. government constantly breaks either the Constitution, international laws, solemn pledges it has signed, treaties it has signed, or laws it has previously made (passed by Congress and signed by some president). Even if there were no moral case against the U.S. actions, which there is, there is a legal case (and a pragmatic case).
There has been no war declared on Syria. There is no Syrian aggression against the U.S. There is no legal basis for training rebels or arming them. The U.S. government is an outlaw rogue regime, constantly lying, constantly manipulating information as in this case, constantly hiding critical information, and worthy only of great disrepect.

Clearly, this is yet another example of abuse by the Executive branch. This is not a D or R thing. Both sides of the supposed “aisle” do the same thing.

The information was submitted by Taitz to Division Three of the Fourth Appellate District Court of Appeal in California, noting the new information is of important and urgent public concern and weighs in favor of granting her appeal in the case of Taitz v. Obama, Feinstein, Emken (G047746).
Because of fear of retaliation by Obama and the Obama administration, Taitz asked the court to allow the whistleblower to be able to submit identification information under seal and any testimony to be done in camera (in private).

Astonishing results by a medical doctor in her own care.
Call it confirmation bias for me as it “confirms” an opinion I have that I have lost weight on Paleo. And could stand to lose even more if a I was a better eater.
I have basically given up pizza. Now if I could just give up beer.
For the most part, I’m down to one or two cups of coffee per day. I never drink soda any more. And, I take a lot of vitamins.
We’ll see if it makes a difference.
Next big hurdle is beer. Gotta give that up; substitute some red wine instead.
Argh!
Any way. Watch this TED talk and tell me I’m missing something?

That was not the only Atlanta address theoretically occupied by thousands of “unauthorized” alien workers receiving millions in federal tax refunds in 2011.
