GOVERNACIDE: Illegal alien Criminals — including killers — were preotect by Biden

Secret Documents Reveal Biden’s Border Crisis Was An Intentional Policy
Sarah Arnold  | January 14, 2024 9:00 AM

“Increased cooperation between ICE and local law enforcement is critical and makes our communities safer, so of course, this administration wants to limit that effort,” IRLI Executive Director Dale Wilcox said in a statement. “There is no benefit to this country or its legal residents by keeping criminal aliens in the country, yet it appears to be a priority of this White House. The American people own those emails, yet we are not allowed to see them because it might embarrass this administration and expose their extremist agenda.”

Amazing how much the Gooferment politicians and bureaucrats hide their actions.

So everyone is a risk as a result of this action.

Regardless of where you are politically,  we can all agree that criminals, who are illegal aliens, should be IMMEDIATELY deported.

INSPIRATIONAL: There are no Wrong Decisions

There are no Wrong Decisions

“Learn to view every decision as an opportunity for growth, regardless of the outcome. Embrace the uncertainty and use it as a stepping stone to learn and evolve.”

# – # – # – # – #

I used preach that there are no “bad” decisions.  First, not making a decision is really a decision in disguise. Second, you ALWAYS make the “best” decision you can based on all the dikw (i.e., data, information, knowledge, wisdom) available.  Some of those “best” decisions turn out to be “wrong” in retrospect.  Usually due to insufficient data, wrong information, missing knowledge, or a lack of wisdom.  Just because a decision turns out badly does NOT make it “wrong”.  That’s why it’s always important to do an After Action Report and Lessons Learned.

I really wish I’d done more but again that was a human failing on my part not to learn from my “mistakes”.  Hope you do better than I did.

Sir Isaac Newton, the famous English scientist, once said, “If I have seen further, it is by standing on the shoulders of giants.”

How Do We Navigate Uncertainty In These Perilous Times?

  • Investigating the Mysteries of the mRNA Vaccines

A Midwestern Doctor  —  Jan 5, 2024

*** begin quote ***

One of the great challenges in life is that many of the dilemmas we face have no clear cut answer, and frequently, diametrically opposed solutions to those dilemmas emerge which are both arguably correct but also arguably incorrect.

For instance, I know of more cases than I can count of someone “trusting” someone else they thought they had every reason to trust then get taken advantage of by that individual. Conversely, I know many people who have have been scammed in the past and are hence so distrustful they close the door to immensely beneficial opportunities that periodically come their way and greatly set themselves back in life by doing so.

Much of my life has revolved around a fascination over what constitutes “the truth,” and in this, I find a similar issue emerges. If you are too trusting of the sources you come across, you will inevitably come to believe falsehoods, whereas if you are too skeptical of the sources you encounter, you will inevitably fail to recognize critical truths.

*** and ***

Ultimately, there is no correct solution to this dilemma, as no matter how hard you try to calibrate yourself, you will either be too skeptical or too trusting of some of the information you come across. This in turn has led many to adopt the wise words “trust, but verify.”

My own solution to all of this has essentially been to do both. A third of my mind entertains and considers a lot of ideas which are quite out there, another third of my mind sees reason after reason to doubt everything I come across (and effectively debates those ideas with the first third of my mind), while the final third acts like a “judge” and tries to weigh which side is more correct.

*** end quote ***

I have grown more cynical over the last decade than ever before in my life.  I remember hearing that “FDR knew about the Pearl Harbor attack before it happened” from my maternal uncles and again by several of the Christina Brothers that taught me in grammar school who were vets.  I never thought much about that fact and how that assertion differed from the common “knowledge”.  How stupid was I?  Later when I read Robert Stinnett’s book Day of Deceit: The Truth About FDR and Pearl Harbor. I re;ized that what teyhy told me was true.  Decades later, I know wonder how much else I “learned” was not true either.  Go down the list of Conspiracy Theories and be amazed at how many were really true.  The Federal Reserve System enables the Gooferment spend on “guns and butter”.  The Gulf of Tonkin attack on American ships.  The Japanese American’s internment.  The slaughter of the buffalos and the American Indians.  Iraq’s weapons of mass destruction.  The Covid pandemic.  The Military Industrial Complex’s forever wars.  Big Pharma and reulgatory capture. The FDA, CDC, and the Medical Establishment. And, on and on.

There’s a joke that goes around social media that “I Need New Conspiracy Theories All My Old Ones Came True”.  Unfortunately, that is NOT a joke.

Long complicated read, BUT maybe the “smoking gun” as to how the Jab is killing and maining people.  I found it “interesting”.   I’m not a doctor but as fat old white guy injineer I found it completely plausible within my experience and whatever expertise I have collected over the years.

HEALTH: These novel white fibrous clots are killing people and the FDA / CDC are ignoring them

Embalmer survey 2023: Over 75% are still seeing novel white fibrous clots

  • These clots were NEVER seen before COVID and the COVID vaccines. The CDC isn’t interested in investigating. After all, it’s only in around 20% of cases or around 600,000 Americans. No big deal.

Steve Kirsch  —  Jan 10, 2024

*** begin quote ***

The good news is that in 2023, just 20% of cases had these novel clots, down from 30% in 2022.

The CDC and FDA are still ignoring this. They still don’t want to know, even though nearly 80% of the embalmers surveyed are reporting seeing them.

These clots were never seen before COVID and after the COVID jabs, even more embalmers noticed them.

When will this get on their radar?

It sure is on everyone else’s radar!

For all the politicians and bureaucrats slavering about the issue, little gets done.  In this day and age, one would think that if the Gooferment would just get out of the way with all its diktats and “regulations”, private charity could “solve” the problem.  Like the lessons from the Great Chicago Fire, intelligent help can do wonders. Quick-Thinking Hero Saves Trapped Woman and Toddler From Sinking Car by Lashing it to Bridge
By Good News Network – Jan 6, 2024

A hero dad saved a woman and her three-year-old daughter after he saw their car being swept away in a flooded river.

Liam Stych leapt into action fighting a raging torrent after hearing the woman screaming “Help me, help me, please save my baby!”

A video shows the woman’s car being dragged under a footbridge as floods surged through Birmingham, England on Tuesday following Storm Henk.

The highway engineer then sprinted back to his work van and grabbed a set of 3.5 ton ratchet straps.

“Once the baby was safe I ran to get the straps and climbed back to the car and smashed the back passenger window.”

Wow, I know that took a set of stones that the average Joe Sixpack doesn’t have.  I’d like to think we all could do it, but would we.  And, even if willing, would we be capable of it.  After all who has the tools at hand to tie a car to a bridge?

Hope the fellow wins the lotto. He earned it.

Nolte: Best Buy to End Sales of Blu-Rays and DVDs

  • Best Buy will stop selling physical media this year, according to numerous reports.

*** begin quote ***

“The move away from physical media has been attributed to the changing habits of [stupid] consumers, who increasingly prefer streaming and digital downloads over traditional physical formats,” per the report. “This trend has been evident over the last decade as DVD and Blu-ray sales have experienced a significant decline.”

*** and ***

What’s the matter with you people?

This is our art! And you’re going to leave it in the hands of left-wing multinational corporations like Disney, Apple, and Amazon?

Hey, it’s no skin off my nose. I got mine, and I’m going to keep right on getting mine. But if you have a movie or book or TV show or video game you love, you are facing a future where it will either get disappeared, be censored, or made available only through a monthly subscription service.

I refuse to live in that future.

*** end quote ***

I learned this lesson when all my books on cassette were made obsolete and I was urged to rebut the same content on CDs.  I griped to anyone who listen and fell on the deaf ears  of all the politicians and bureaucrats. I refused to buy it all again.

Then the car makers dropped the cassette players.  And, I was really screwed.  So I used drive with a portable cassette player in my truck and my car.  Finally the tapes began to wear out and I just gave up.

I still hate the Gooferment politicians and bureaucrats for “copyright” law that makes me “license” content that I “buy”.

Sorry, but I’m not buying into the whole scam.

Like “lifetime guarantees”, the value of a dollar, and “jumbo shrimp”, I can recognize a scam from a long way off and here comes the next one.  Before long, every streaming “service” will force you to pay for everything al la carte IN ADDITION TO a low monthly “membership fee”.

Argh!

And the rubes aka “We, The Sheeple” will hail “progress”.   Not me.

DISCOURAGING: Mercy for terminal patients might be abused

Cancer-stricken Connecticut grandma who pushed for Vermont to expand ‘assisted suicide’ to out-of-state residents finally receives LETHAL medication after years-long fight

  •     Lynda Bluestein, 76, who had terminal cancer, ended her life in Vermont on Thursday and her husband described it as ‘comfortable and peaceful’
  •     Her last words were ‘I’m so happy I don’t have to do this (suffer) anymore,’ her husband Paul wrote in an email to the group Compassion & Choices
  •     The organization filed a lawsuit against Vermont in 2022 on behalf of Bluestein, of Bridgeport, Connecticut, and Diana Barnard, a physician from Middlebury

Over 200 terminally-ill people have chosen to receive life-ending drugs in Vermont in the past decade since the state legalized assisted suicide in 2013.

A new report by the Vermont Department of Health revealed that 203 patients chose to ‘die with dignity’ between May 2013 and June 2023.

In May 2013, the Vermont General Assembly passed Act 39, which allows capable, terminally ill adult patients to request and obtain a prescription for life-ending medication to hasten their death. Participation by patients and doctors is entirely voluntary.

I remember Sarah Palin calling Obamacare out for “death panels”.   She was right.

When will this “mercy” become applied to the frail old people, the chronically ill, “defectives” at birth, and the hopeless drug addicts?

When will the wacko Left get to apply it to “the deplorables”?

Nice to know I have this as an option when I run out of money and become a drag on “society”!

Can anyone spell “slippery slope”?

What today is “voluntary” is tomorrows’ “mandatory”!

Ukrainian Post-Mortems Starting to Appear

Clark, who served previously in the British Army, didn’t learn a damn thing during his time in Iraq and Afghanistan. He ain’t fighting goat herders and camel jockeys. (Come to think of it, those camel jockeys kicked Western ass.) He continues, like many other delusional Western analysts, to insist the current state of the war is a stalemate. How is it a stalemate when Russia is outproducing Ukraine and all of the NATO countries in tanks, artillery shells and drones and is building up its standing Army to the tune of 42,000 men per month? While Putin’s war machine is on a roll, Ukraine can’t even come up with a workable plan to conscript new cannon fodder. Word to Clark, this ain’t a stalemate bud.

It would be nice if “We, The Sheeple” could get an honest post mortem on US foreign policy,

Not the word salad of speeches, but an inventory of what the policy “cost” in innocent lives.  Who knew what and when would also be useful.  As well as the details around the US / UK sabotage of the 2014 peace agreement.

All those found “guilty” of malfeasance or stupidity should be sentenced to work in the Post Office in Alaska far from the public legislative venues where they could do as little harm as possible.

I could not ever imagine that 30 years later, I would be sitting in a bunker and watching a similar picture, and both the bunker and the picture would be as real as it gets.

Our bunker is just a mile from the frontline, and it is well hidden underground. It can probably survive a direct hit from a 500-kilo KAB [Russian air-guided bomb]; no one would want to check if that is true, of course. But chances are high, as Russians constantly use their air sovereignty and KAB’s as the last argument, up to 10 times a day.

I am a guest here, but the bunker is a temporary home for four army men. It is equipped with four bunk beds, Starlink, boxes with ammunition, and food.

An operator sits at the table and monitors online streaming from the drones. Casually clicking the mouse and choosing one live stream over another. Another two soldiers are playing backgammon. The fourth is cleaning his AK rifle.

‘Look guys, that might be interesting!’ calls the operator. All of us are glued to the screen. A drone detected a group of four Russian soldiers.

The FBI-Tainted Whitmer ‘Kidnap Plot’ You’ve Heard Next to Nothing About
By Julie Kelly, RealClearInvestigations
January 3, 2024

*** begin quote ***

In RealClearInvestigations, Julie Kelly reports how a much-hyped, supposedly white-supremacist “plot” to kidnap Democratic Gov. Gretchen Whitmer of Michigan has been exposed as more like a broad conspiracy by law enforcement to entrap Americans with unpopular political views.

Highlights:

  •     Details revealed during largely successful appeals by defendants – proceedings mostly ignored by national media – make the operation sound like something out of an over-the-top Hollywood script.
  •     Public defenders have identified at least 12 FBI informants and three undercover FBI agents managed by numerous field offices.
  •     The plot line features secretive FBI cash payouts; drug parties; a wife-beating FBI investigator; a career felon turned bureau asset and later accused as a “double agent” – all wrapped up with a dramatic FBI takedown scene at the end.
  •     FBI informants met with their targets to brainstorm how to blow up a bridge outside Whitmer’s summer cottage; kill her security detail; take her to a nearby boat launch; and perhaps bring her across Lake Michigan to Wisconsin for a “citizen’s trial” over her COVID-19 lockdowns.
  •     The reported plot mastermind was not, as originally portrayed by prosecutors, a bigoted extremist, but a homeless man, dubbed “Captain Autism,” living in the dilapidated basement of a vacuum repair shop with no running water or toilet.
  •     A 2020 protest at the Michigan state Capitol in Lansing appeared to presage FBI tactics during the Jan. 6 Capitol siege, with similar optics. The head of the Detroit FBI field office was promoted to run the Washington, D.C., FBI field office three months before the protest — the episode three years ago today that lives on as a cudgel for President Biden and the left to attack Donald Trump.

*** begin quote ***

Several weeks ago, True the Vote published a short paper titled The Aftermath. Written as part of a broader collection of our recent work in Georgia, The Aftermath addressed the impact Georgia’s dirty voter rolls had on the 2020 election and a meeting I had in 2020 with Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger and his team, where we discussed True the Vote’s plans to assist Georgia citizens in challenging ineligible voter records.

*** and ***

Little more than two weeks later, on January 2nd, 2021, Secretary Raffensperger and members of his staff had a call with President Trump and members of his team. On that call, President Trump asked about inaccurate voter records. Both Secretary Raffensperger and General Counsel Ryan Germany stated that they had fully evaluated the various claims of election irregularities and said without qualification there was no evidence to support them, including no problems with the voting records. This statement was knowingly false. Both men were well-aware of that falsity at the time.

*** end quote ***

So, in addition to ignore their duty to clean the voter rolls, they lied to the sitting President.

Surely, there must be some criminal statutes for them to be prosecuted under?

If not, then we are in a sinking ship of state.

It’s The Lusitania Ploy All Over Again
Guest Post by Martin Armstrong

*** begin quote ***

The Germans took the bail and sank the RMS Lusitania, and the USA used that as the excuse to finally enter World War I, which was their objective all along. Even 20 years later, the US continued to deny there were any arms on the Lusitania. However, with modern technology, divers could finally reach the Lusitania. Only in 1982, 67 years later, were divers warned that there were explosives on the Lusitania.

Finally, Archaeology.org recovered ammunition from the Lusitania, proving once and for all that the Germans were correct. What is incredibly critical to understand here is that the Lusitania was used as bait to get the Germans to sink the ship to justify entering the war.

Pay Attention to What Vladimir Putin Says
2 January 2024 by Larry Johnson

*** begin quote ***

Denis Shamalyuk: Comrade Supreme Commander-in-Chief, I am Sergeant Shamalyuk. I have a question. From the very beginning of the special operation, our enemies have been constantly and regularly shelling the territories near the border, killing civilians and children, destroying villages and cities. I have the following question for you. Do you think it is possible and necessary to take tougher measures against the adversary so that the thought does not even cross their minds to commit these atrocities?

Vladimir Putin: What has happened in Belgorod is of course a terrorist attack. Why? Because of what they have done under the cover of two missiles – I think it was Olkha: they fired from multiple-launch rocket systems (MLRS). You, as military people, know what MLRS is. This weapon is not selective, it hits areas. This weapon struck right in the centre of the city, where people were walking before the New Year. It was a targeted strike on the civilian population. Of course, this is a terrorist attack; there is no other way to describe it.

Should we respond in kind? Of course, we can hit squares in Kiev or any other city. But Denis, there are children walking there, mothers with strollers. I understand, because I am quite angry, too, but I want to ask you: do we need to do this, target the squares?

Denis Shamalyuk: No, I am not saying that it should [be] against the civilian population, but specifically against military infrastructure…

Vladimir Putin: That is what we are doing.

*** end quote ***

I’d have hoped that the President of the USA could say this.  Killing civilians is just wrong by any standard.  And, the US Taxpayers should be enraged that we’re paying to enable the Ukraine and Isreal to do this.

My wife and I, along with two small sons, were at a round table with four captain’s chairs across from an Army straphanger and his wife at a similar table. He saw that my wife was exhausted from having handled most of our move while I had concentrated on my boss and that my boss was buzzing me every few minutes with questions about our reception in Washington. An hour or so into the flight, the general motioned for my boys to come to his table. Providers — doctors, hospitals, urgent care facilities — are forced to accommodate the demands of insurance companies, since it is they who pay the tab. When patients think someone else is paying most of their health care costs, they feel little pressure to learn what those costs actually are — and providers feel little pressure to compete on price or value. Add to all that the plethora of coverage mandates imposed by state and federal governments, and it is no wonder that health care pressures have grown intolerable. Many medical practices won’t take new patients. Result: people can’t get the care they want, or can’t get it from the providers they prefer, or can’t get it without having to hunker down for a long wait.

Wonder how many people die while waiting or because of the wait?

GOVEROTRAGEOUS: Scofflaw finds a way to skate by

Ghost car: Post catches serial scofflaw in the act of removing license plates to avoid tickets , tows

A rogue driver on the Upper East Side has found a loophole to get around parking tickets — removing his license plates.

The Post witnessed a man in a blue Honda Odyssey park on East 85th Street between York and First Avenues, before yanking the Connecticut license plate off the back of the car and stashing it in a plastic bag.

The man then strutted into a nearby apartment building at 424 E. 85th Street, where he works as a super.

Neighborhood residents say the slippery scofflaw had been pulling the same trick for months, to avoid being slapped with parking tickets and being towed.

They said they called the cops multiple times on the serial parking abuser but officials said police are not able to tow vehicles that have no plates — so-called “ghost cars” — unless the city Sanitation Department first marks them for removal.

Here’s a novel idea: team a Policeman, Sanitation official, and a few tow trucks.  Sanitation tags the car, the Police ticket it, and the tow truck takes it away.  Ez Pee Zee.

I like street justice by the Fire Department when someone blocks a hydrane; let the fire folks practice breaking car windows and hooking up a leaky hose for a few hours.  Good practice and I bet you only need the NY Post to photo it.  Problem solved.

Louisiana’s outgoing Democratic governor pardoned 40 convicted murderers since October including one of whom had been on death row and another who fatally stabbed a woman 39 times.

Gov. John Bel Edwards has been on a mission to help Louisiana lose the title of being the World’s Prison Capital and has signed the pardons to release 56 total convicts in five separate batches.

Owner Grady Haynes was behind the counter of YQ Grocery and was shot once in the back of the head by Washington who was using a .32-caliber handgun, according to the case brief.

Washington faced the death penalty, but the jury was unable to come to a unanimous decision, which forced the case’s judge to rule he be sentenced to life behind bars.

Another pardon involved a man who fatally stabbed a woman nearly 40 times.

Nick Charles Nicholson, who also received a pardon, was found guilty of fatally stabbing convenience store worker Kelly Ann Gramm in 1981.

Gramm was discovered with 39 stabbed wounds across her body, and a broken tip of a knife lodged in her skull, the outlet reported.

“Democratic” justice?

How will this deter future murders?

I am speechless at the injustice to the victim’s families.

Argh!

ATT DIRECT TV STREAMING

Lost the ability to adjust the volume.

Started to troubleshoot, by resetting the dongle.

Things now worse

After trying all sorts of “stuff”.

Called their tech support.

They instructed us to do a few thing we’d already done.

Then, they discovered that the definition of what TV was connected was <NONE>.

Reset that to “SAMSUNG”.

Problem solved.

OF course, no explanation of why the problem occurred in the first place!!!

Argh!

Wasted almost an hour on the problem.

2023: Goodbye To All That

It may seem quaint, but there was a time pre-1971 when you could divide the monetary aggregates (there are several) by the amount of gold held by the US Treasury and you would derive the reference price of $35/oz.

And in 1980 when gold soared to $800/oz the dollar was 100% backed by the gold the US held.

What is shocking is the amount of paper money created since that time frame.

If one were to do the same calculation today (monetary aggregates/gold ounces held by the US Treasury) it would take a gold price of $80,000/oz to balance the equation.

    A far cry from today’s $1,950/oz.

Wow, I’m not predicting that will be the price.  I am predicting that the value of the U$D has been largely “inflated” away and the rubes aka “We, The Sheeple” just haven’t realized it yet.

I wonder when Joe-Sixpack in the Weimar Republic in the 1920’s realized that his German Marks weren’t good for anything but as firestarter.  Likewise the folks in Zimbabwe who went out to pan for gold to buy bread.

Things retain “wealth” as folks eventually learn after getting screwed by politicians and bureaucrats with their paper money.

A mom and her teenage son were killed in a car wreck and police have arrested the man they say was behind the wheel while drunk – a suspect who has three previous DUI convictions.

On Thursday, Colorado’s 17th Judicial District Attorney’s Office announced formal charges against Jose Menjivar, 37.

Menjivar is accused of causing a crash in Broomfield on December 12 that claimed the lives of Melissa Powell, 46, and her son Riordan, 16.

Seems like the price would have a BOLO on every DUI convicted driver.

Instead of random checkpoints pursue the repeat offenders.  Give them a special license plate, like the dealer plates that easily are put on and off, that say “stop me for a DUI check”!

Argh!

This is not the first time I’ve ranted about this topic.

The person who loaned him the truck should be prosecuted as well as an “accessory before the fact”. That person had to know him well enough to know he didn’t have license.
