POLITICAL: Will SCOTUS punt or stand up for honest elections

Can the Supreme Court Unite to “Decimate” Texas’ Original Jurisdiction Case?
 — Could the Chief bring everyone together for a single merits ruling in a short time?
JOSH BLACKMAN | 12.11.2020 5:35 PM

Tom Goldstein writes that the Supreme Court should do more than dismiss Texas’s original jurisdiction case in a summary order. He says that the Supreme Court should “decimate” the motion with a written opinion.

It is perfectly ordinary and appropriate for the justices to write an opinion explaining the various reasons why they are rejecting Texas’ request. . . A simple five-page per curiam opinion genuinely could end up in the pantheon of all-time most significant rulings in American history. Every once in a long while, the court needs to invest some of its accumulated capital in issuing judgments that are not only legally right but also respond to imminent, tangible threats to the nation. That is particularly appropriate when, as here, the court finds itself being used as a tool to actively undermine faith in our democratic institutions — including by the members of the court’s bar on whom the justices depend to act much more responsibly.

Disclaimer: I’m not any kind of a lawyer. As a little L libertarian, I don’t like either the d’s or the R’s, but I have followed the anecdotal stories and the statistical analysis of the 2020 Election carefully.

If SCOTUS doesn’t address the blatant fraud in SOME fashion, I fear we will never have an honest election ever again. Why shouldn’t the “political parties” lie, cheat, and steal in ANY election they can? NO ONE is ever held to account, especially the rich and powerful politicians and bureaucrats. Maybe a few peons will get their wrist slapped but that’s about it.

Corrupt elections have been a national joke since the JFK’s dad stole the Presidency from Nixon. We joke about the “graveyard vote”, non-citizens voting, and all sorts of scams around registering to vote. Never mind, “harvesting” the nursing homes, homeless, and felons. And don’t forget the “walking around money” that gets distributed.

No, if SCOTUS punts on this, then it sends the wrong message to the power players to clean up their act. If SCOTUS was to disqualify the five or so States from sending electors, then that, by itself, would send a STRONG message about “law and order”. Anything less, means that the Republic is lost until the next revolution.

POLITICAL: SCOTUS wiffs on the fraudulent election in PA!

Tuesday, December 8, 2020

Supreme Court REJECTS Republican plea to overturn Joe Biden’s victory in Pennsylvania without even hearing it – as Donald Trump’s campaign admits his only chance now is to get Congress to void Electoral College

  • Supreme Court rejects Republican bid to void the Pennsylvania election result out of hand without even hearing it
  • Republican U.S. Rep. Mike Kelly of northwestern Pennsylvania and other plaintiffs pleaded with the justices to intervene after the state Supreme Court turned away their case
  • The Republicans argued that Pennsylvania´s expansive vote-by-mail law is unconstitutional because it required a constitutional amendment to authorize its provisions
  • Case was slammed by Pennsylvania in its submission to justices, with its AG calling it ‘one of the most dramatic, disruptive invocations of judicial power in the history of the Republic’
  • Justices rejected it just after Texas’ Republican AG, Ken Paxton, launched lawsuit to try to void the popular vote in Pennsylvania, Michigan, Wisconsin and Georgia
  • Hail Mary to Supreme Court asks the justices to rule that mail-in ballots in the states were ‘illegal’ on constitutional grounds
  • Supreme Court does not have to consider the move, which comes after stream of defeats for Trump and his allies
  • Paxton is under FBI investigation over bribery and abuse of his office for a donor and has also admitted affair with a state senate aide
  • One Texas law professor called suit ‘insane’
  • Rebuke came shortly before House ignored veto threat to pass Defense bill

So this means that you can cheat in ANY election and there is NOTHING that will hold you to account.

Why bother voting at all?

POLITICAL: OSTA (the One Subject at a Time Act) has already been introduced in both the House and Senate

Sunday, December 6, 2020

https://downsizedc.org/act/one-subject-at-a-time-act/

One Subject at a Time Act
Don’t let Congressional leaders combine unrelated bills.

*** begin quote ***

OSTA will prohibit congressional leaders from clustering up unrelated proposals into a single bill. They will no longer be able to pass bad, loser proposals on the back of popular proposals. Bills will become shorter and easier to read. And government growth will slow – this is a Downsize DC idea, after all.

*** end quote ***

OK, now that the election has been “decided”, or stolen, depending upon your own bias, it’s time to keep throwing “roadblocks” in front of the political machines.

OSTA will force them to consider different topics individually.

Maybe the scrutiny will stop parts if we can’t stop the whole “steam roller”.

Argh!

POLITICAL: Theft by computer algorithm?

How the Election Was Stolen in Michigan
https://www.lewrockwell.com/2020/12/paul-craig-roberts/how-the-election-was-stolen-in-michigan/

*** begin quote ***

This is an extremely important explanation of the Computer Algorithm used in Michigan to commit election fraud, which is organized fraud committed by election officials, not fraud committed by voters.  Experts give a clear explanation in the video below, but it is often helpful to have an overview before the lesson begins.  I will have a shot at providing one:  Experts show that the higher the percentage of Republicans in a voting precinct, the lower the percent of the vote that went to Trump.  The lower the percentage of Republicans in a precinct, the higher the percent of the vote to Trump.  Trump starts off doing well in non-Republican precincts, but as the precincts become more Republican, he does less and less well.  Trump’s vote goes from doing 7% to 12% better than the Republican vote in heavy Democrat precincts to 25% worse than the Republican vote in heavy Republican precincts. The only explanation for the decline in Trump’s vote as the precincts become more heavily Republican is vote-weighting in which votes are allocated not by how they are cast but by computer algorithm.

Theft by computer algorithm?

And, the manual for the system explains how to do it.

POLITICAL: An inventory of the frauds to date

What you’ve been asking for: A (fairly) complete list of (some of) the most significant claims of 2020 election miscounts, errors or fraud.
DATED: NOVEMBER 29, 2020 BY SHARYL ATTKISSON 56 COMMENTS

It’s easy to find articles claiming that there was no election fraud, or that it was “not widespread,” or that it was not enough to “make a difference.” It is less easy to find some of the actual complaints and allegations, unfiltered and undistorted.

Here is a (fairly) complete list of (some of) the most significant claims involving 2020 election miscounting, errors or fraud.

Please note that this resource lists allegations. It is intended neither to validate nor disprove any particular claim. The information and links help provide counterpoints to widespread, one-sided media reporting so that you can research and make your own judgements. All elections officials accused of improper counting or fraud have denied any improprieties.

The legislatures of Pennsylvania, Michigan and Arizona are holding public hearings on election fraud issues.

When someone asks where’s the evidence, show them this list of assertions.

To me, it looks like a fraud upon “We, The Sheeple” big time.

POLITICAL: The left-wing news media didn’t just poison the information environment … … …

SPECIAL REPORT: The Stealing of the Presidency, 2020
Rich Noyes
November 24th, 2020 1:00 PM

*** begin quote ***

The left-wing news media didn’t just poison the information environment with their incessantly negative coverage of President Trump going into the 2020 election. They also refused to give airtime to important arguments of the Republican campaign — both pro-Trump and anti-Biden — which meant millions of voters cast their ballots knowing only what the media permitted them to know about the candidates.

To measure the true effect of the media’s censorship on the election, the Media Research Center asked The Polling Company to survey 1,750 Biden voters in seven swing states (Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Nevada, North Carolina, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin), six of which (all but North Carolina) were called for Biden (survey details below). We tested these voters’ knowledge of eight news stories — all important topics that our ongoing analysis had shown the liberal news media had failed to cover properly. We found that a huge majority (82%) of Biden voters were unaware of at least one of these key items, with five percent saying they were unaware of all eight of the issues we tested.

This lack of information proved crucial: One of every six Biden voters we surveyed (17%) said they would have abandoned the Democratic candidate had they known the facts about one or more of these news stories. A shift of this magnitude would have changed the outcome in all six of the swing states won by Joe Biden, and Donald Trump would have comfortably won a second term as president.

*** end quote ***

Sounds like a significant portion of the Biden votes may have “buyer’s remorse”.

Over and above that, it appears that there is a “conspiracy” against DJT45.

I don’t know how you can prove it, but it certainly seems like there is a core group directing the messaging.

POLITICAL: WaPo Columnist’s Meltdown Over Alleged Voter Fraud Is Precisely What’s Wrong with the MSM

Tuesday, November 24, 2020

If there was only one or two issues in a small city, that would be one thing. The fact that there are various types of allegations in different parts of the country – predominantly in swing states – is why so many of us are insisting that elected officials get to the bottom of these concerns. Every single politician at every level of government should want to know about these allegations, if there’s any merit to them and, if so, how to fix them. That should be their top priority, especially when 70 percent of Republicans – roughly 35 percent of the population – does not trust the election system.

POLITICAL: Canceling student-loan debt makes working class subsidize elites

Sunday, November 22, 2020

By that metric, it will be very revealing if one of Joe Biden’s first actions as president will be to forgive student debt. That’s an idea swirling around Democratic circles — particularly among the progressive base. The base turned out for Biden, and now they want their pay-off — literally so, in the case of massive debt forgiveness.

Last week, a coalition of 236 progressive groups led by teachers unions called on Biden to cancel student debt on his first days in office. Biden himself has already urged Congress to cancel $10,000 as part of a pandemic relief package.

Source: Canceling student-loan debt makes working class subsidize elites

# – # – # – # – #

This is just immoral and wrong on so many levels.

How about all the people who have sacrificed to pay off their debt?

How about all the people who didn’t go to college because they didn’t want to be debt slaves?

How about all the people who have to pay for this forgiveness?

Note since the USA is “broke” and the only way to do this is to print more money and incur more debt!  That means inflation!  And even if taxes are raised, everyone pays the “tax of inflation”!

Sorry but this us a further evidence about how out of touch politicians and bureaucrats are.  And that Gooferment is immoral, ineffective, and inefficient. As well as untrustworthy.

POLITICAL: New Stats Analysis Reveals Potential ‘Stuffing The Tail’ Voter Fraud Scheme Similar to 2008 Sub-Prime Mortgage Meltdown

Tuesday, November 17, 2020

“The data are fit well with a simple line.Biden2020 = -21215.45 + 1.1943149*Democratic“This means that the number of Biden votes in ten of the outlier counties was 101%± of registered Democratic voters (vs the majority of other PA counties where it was 70%± — an extraordinary statistical difference). That is not logical or reasonably explainable legally.

The most likely explanation is that excess votes were added to the Biden total that did not come from voters.“

POLITICAL: Some Weird Stuff Happened In That Election

Saturday, November 14, 2020

Finally, and most importantly, why doesn’t anyone in journalism care? I get that they’ll never embrace the idea that the election was stolen, but why not investigate in order to discredit the idea? If they’re so sure fraud played no role, expose it and bestow on Joe Biden a legitimacy he otherwise won’t have. It’d be a lot more effective than simply being angry about it and attacking anyone who asks questions, wouldn’t it?

That the left isn’t at all interested in rooting out voter fraud, even if there wasn’t enough of it to impact the results, is telling. Democrats benefit from it. There is no “Republican machine” manufacturing votes in deep red areas, but the dead voting in Chicago has been a joke since long before I was born. Why is that accepted anywhere?
