how can I adjust microsoft word columns on their document list?

Guess when they were copying UI they forgot to steal” the idea of adjustable column sizes EVERYWHERE!

In Mac osx, one printer is off line the other online, why does osx default to alpha order?

Should be able to some how define the printer / lan combinations!
