Seems like they have finally hit on what “We, The Sheeple” wants. It’s what I want.

We still have to solve some “illegal immigration” problems cause by the stupidity, malfeasance, and gross incompetence of previous administrations, politicians, and bureaucrats. Especially judges, who see the violent and dangerous felons routinely reappearing in front of them.

(1) Any “illegal immigrant”, who has been here for more that a decade living a good life without welfare or any criminal record, should get a parole and a pathway to citizenship.

(2) Any “illegal immigrant”, who was brought here as a child, and has no criminal record, should get parole and a pathway to citizenship.

(3) Any politicians or bureaucrats, who hinder the efforts of DHS, should be arrested, indicted, and get a fair trial. If guilty, as a condition of sentence, should be barred from political office or Gooferment employment.

(4) Any formal statement — oral or written — in any form (e.g., twitter) — by politicians or bureaucrats — should be considered under oath and subject to perjury prosecution.

That should clean up this mess quickly.

As far as they’re concerned, a stranger (who turned out to be armed himself) was trying to break into their home. Under Florida’s Castle Doctrine, there’s a strong case to be made that the armed citizen acted in lawful defense of herself and her roommates, and the fact that police haven’t filed any charges more than a week after the incident at least suggests that law enforcement is leading to that conclusion. 

The management of the complex, however, isn’t waiting for police to officially determine whether any charges should be filed. It sounds like as far as they’re concerned, the tenants are already guilty of violating the terms of their lease.

So if you discharge a gun, even in self-defense, you’re violating the terms of your lease? What about telling a would-be intruder “leave or I’ll shoot you”? Would that be considered threatening violence by the apartment complex’s management?

I’d love to see these tenants fight the eviction notice, but Lurie says his daughter and her friends plan on leaving the Carlton Apartments in the next few days. Still, he’s speaking out about the letter they received because he’s “shocked” at the policy and the disregard for the particular circumstances involved here, telling Fox 4. “If the intruder had gotten in and harmed the occupants, including my daughter, then they’d be allowed to stay? It just doesn’t make any sense to me.

Sorry, but I think “Carlton Apartments” is guilty of making the victims defenseless against a criminal.  As such, isn’t that some type of “unreasonable restriction”?

I hope the various “Justice” organizations take this to court.

If I was a judge, (I’m not!) then I’d declare that the lease is defective and unenforceable as a against public policy!

When the Gooferment “approves” site plans, why don’t they insist on some, if not all, these “lessons learned”.

Federal and State flood insurance should be the big cheerleaders for these type of actions.

Swales, raised roads, beefed up studs, solar panels  —  all seem to be very cost effective.

  • Chicago, Baltimore, Milwaukee, Pittsburgh, Los Angeles, and Indianapolis—all outside Florida—have the highest black murder rates in the nation.
  • Black Lives Matter has just announced it lost millions of dollars in investments and ran up huge deficits
  • In New York, a threatening subway career criminal with 42 prior arrests was subdued by a bystander and died
  • In almost every American city and town, biological males, with enormous advantages in size and musculoskeletal mass, routinely win women’s sporting competitions.
  • Corporate America has joined this cultural revolution hysteria.
  • Los Angeles Dodgers reinvited the “Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence” to celebrate Pride night at Dodger Stadium.
  • Catholics and Christians had objected to the invitation  —  never dare extend its street-theater blasphemy to other religious groups such as Muslims or Hindus.
  • Anheuser-Busch has nearly destroyed its best-selling Bud Light brand
  • Disney has rebranded it films, amusement parks, and television offerings to reflect radical transgender, gay, and race advocacies.
  • A woke CNN has all but destroyed its once-global audience

All these implosions are not just shocking but surreal. Why are our government, corporations, and popular culture colluding in mass suicide—to the delight of our enemies like communist China?

Refuse to buy from “woke” companies.  Challenge the Left on their perversions.  AND, not be silent about the change.

The families of most of those killed and wounded in the 2018 Florida high school massacre announced Monday have reached a multi-million dollar settlement with the federal government over the FBI’s failure to stop the gunman even though it had received information he intended to attack.

Attorneys for 16 of the 17 killed at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland and some of those wounded said they have reached a monetary settlement with the government over the FBI’s failure to investigate a tip it received about a month before the massacre. 

The 17th family chose not to sue.

I don’t understand Family #17’s decision.  That would be a good follow up story.

OK, what heads rolled at the FBI.

We’ve seen all the instigation and entrapment stories.  Now it’s time for “We, The Sheeple” to lower the boom on the FBI as an organization.

Perhaps in needs to be reformulated into strictly a technical assistance to the appropriate agencies of the State’s.

Perhaps the Secret Service can take over it’s duties as “law enforcement”.
