This has caused both average citizens and business owners embarrassment and potential harm to their livelihoods.
While some Canadians supported Ottawa’s decision out of frustration with the protests and blockades of border crossings like the Ambassador Bridge between Detroit and Windsor, Ontario, others were furious. Mr. Trudeau was criticized for abandoning civil liberties, free speech and the right to protest. He’s been called a “tyrant,” “totalitarian” and “dictator.” The Canadian Civil Liberties Association took the prime minister and his government to court last week. Left-leaning newspapers like the Toronto Star have condemned him.

‘The Olympics pretends to only be about sports but of course, the games have always been a bit of a proxy war for which country has the best system.

I was stunned that anyone would go over to China for the “genocide olympics”.
Give Bill Maher credit for calling out a “turncoat”. Maybe that’s harsh. But, I don’t understand the decision, unless it came with a big cash stipend.

I think that these politicians and bureaucrats who say “we are all in it together” are just peddling more “barbara streisand”!

Media outlets that lean to the left ignore the lengthy criminal history of Brianna Kupfer’s alleged killer in their reporting, omitting his mugshot from their homepages as well.
Several liberal media giants – including the Los Angeles Times, ABC News, CBS, and CNN – failed to include information about Shawn Laval Smith’s violent past. Also, his picture, released by police in hopes that the public could help find him, was not included on websites’ landing pages.
It was not mentioned in the LA Times’ article that Smith had prior arrests, or that he had been released on a $1,000 bond for a misdemeanor in October 2020.

This is a tragedy that should be laid directly on all the politicians and bureaucrats in the “legal system”.
Gooferment has very few useful functions. One of which is to be the “night watchmen” and protect the safety of its citizens.

A senior Federal Bureau of Investigations official repeatedly refused to answer when grilled by Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) at a hearing on Tuesday whether the federal agency participated in the riot at the Capitol building on January 6.
Cruz questioned Jill Sanborn, who is executive assistant director of the FBI’s National Security Branch, whether any FBI agents participated in the events that unfolded on January 6, which Democrats have called an insurrection.
Cruz asked Sanborn, “How many FBI agents or confidential informants actively participated in the events of January 6?”
She responded, “Sir, I’m sure you can appreciate that I can’t go into the specifics of sources and methods.”
Cruz asked if “any FBI agents or confidential informants” actively participated in the events of January 6th. “Yes or no?” he asked. Sanborn responded, “Sir, I can’t answer that.”

She and Darius Sullivan, 25 (bottom left), are charged with fatally shooting Bradley police Sgt. Marlene Rittmanic, 49 (top), and critically wounding her partner, Officer Tyler Bailey, 27 (inset), late Wednesday. Bailey is hospitalized at a Chicago-area hospital. ‘At the time Sullivan fired the fatal shots into Sgt. Rittmanic, Sgt. Here’s a case that hard for this anti-death penalty pro-life-er. When they are convicted, a life sentence without parole seems appropriate.
The only wiggle room for me is when a convict demonstrates that they are too dangerous to keep alive by, for example, God-forbid, killing a corrections officer.
I am disgusted at the barbaric criminals we have created.

In essence, PayPal wants to control your choices and tell you which non-profit charities you may and may not support. Pay Pal’s sudden and unexplained action against our donors comes in the middle of our annual end-of-year fund raising campaign.

I like PAYPAL BUT, (and there is always a BIG butt), I don’t think PAYPAL should not discriminate between charities based on politics or viewpoints.
If this policy is not reversed by 31 JAN 2022, then I will have to close my PAYPAL account.
If they can do it to NVIC, then they can do it to anyone. And, I can no longer patronize them.
