GUNSTeens beat a 15-year-old girl before stealing her sneakers and phone

That’s why the Dead Old White Guys wanted folks to have guns.

Let’s imagine we are not in the Pepuls Republik of Nu Jerzee, os as in this case the Pepuls Republik of Nu Jerk, and this young woman was “packing heat”.   Say a “small 380” like a RUGER – LCP II with 7 in the magazine.  OK, rerun the incident.  The mob of 20 chase her, she stops, pulls out her gun, and takes a firing stance.  Who’s going to be first to rush her?  No one ever wants to be down range of a crazy woman with a gun; let alone one who’s in fear for her life!  True, she only has seven shots. But I assume she’ll have extra mags. I bet the “mob” will beat feet for safer targets.  And so what if she “puts down a few animals”?  I’m pro-choice and pro-life, but the RKBA means the right to be secure in your person.  Aggressors have no rights.

I’m firmly convince this would have be  another in yet a long list of DGUs (Defensive Gun Use) incidents where no shots are fires and the threat disappears.

Bernie Goetz all over again. Mugged once; armed the next time.

GOVERNACIDE: Coronavirus: Who is controlling your information? (PODCAST) | Sharyl Attkisson

Tuesday, March 3, 2020

Is the government giving us the full picture on Coronavirus and other health epidemics?Government officials haven’t always done so in the past when it came to swine flu and flu shots.Do you trust them to control your information online?

Source: Coronavirus: Who is controlling your information? (PODCAST) | Sharyl Attkisson

# – # – # – # – #

In a podcast that is sure to reignite the vax – antivax debate, Sharyl Attkisson blows the lid off what should be a national expose.  In this podcast, she demonstrates that the politicians and bureaucrats are controlling what information “We, The Sheeple” can find online, that they are deliberately overstating the number of coronavirus infections — “You never let a serious crisis go to waste. And what I mean by that it’s an opportunity to do things you think you could not do before.” — Rahm Emanuel —, and that the regular flu vaccine kills older over-65 people.  AND that the Gooferment knows it is doing this.

Time for draining the swamp.  The CDC, FDA, and all the others involved to be terminated.  Not reprimanded, demoted, or give any other slap in the risk.  They can’t be trusted to work at a McDonald’s without retraining.

I’ve always been suspicious of the safety of ALL vaccines because of the mere existence of the  “Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System”!

Now Attkisson has reported the overstatement of the coronavirus numbers as well as the problems when FDS / CDC “fast track” approvals.

The Gooferment is immoral, ineffective, and inefficient. As well as untrustworthy.

This just proves how you can’t trust the Gooferment with your health and your life.

No flu shots for me.

INNOVATION: Forget leap day, there’s a serious plan to replace it with an extra week

Monday, March 2, 2020

At a glance, having a permanent calendar that’s the same year to year makes sense, and February has arguably been getting short shrift for far too long. But what about those extra weeks every few years? How does that even work? Unless companies are going to report earnings for a special seven-day period, it seems most logical that we just shut everything down for those days and hit the beach. And as if all this weren’t enough, the duo also propose doing away with both daylight savings time and time zones in favor of Universal Time (essentially the UK’s time zone) being used worldwide, everywhere.

Source: Forget leap day, there’s a serious plan to replace it with an extra week

I can certainly agree with the elimination of time zones!  They are just dumb.

A new and improved calendar is worth considering.  (imho)

Another Whistleblower Suicide: the Immediate and Unquestioned State Narrative of Philip Haney’s Death – LewRockwell

Sunday, March 1, 2020

SECOND OF TWO BLOG POSTS ON THIS TOPIC — SPECIFIC RANT ABOUT “Philip Haney”

*** begin quote ***

The latest so-called “suicide,” which has all the markings of a planned assassination, is that of Philip Haney. Haney was a whistleblower, and one of the founders of Homeland Security. He was a true insider that had evidence, and wrote about it in his book, “See Something, Say Nothing,” about the Obama administration’s orders to destroy the raw material that had been collected concerning Islamic terrorist groups.

*** and ***

Philip Haney was, according to those that knew him, a very happy man, had just recently gotten engaged to be married, and was attempting to publish a follow-up to his tell-all book. But do I know for a fact that he did not commit suicide?

*** and ***

The Epstein story was disappeared almost immediately, and held much more interest to the ignorant masses, so how long before this likely murder is disappeared from view?

*** end quote ***

Here’s the story about the death.

Here’s another “apparent suicide” that does seem to be “kosher”.

Like Epstein, it doesn’t make any sense.  Happy about to be married?

Convenient for BHO44 that he “suicided”, maybe it’s like ARKAN-cide?

If anyone decides to be a whistleblower, then they better have a depot of data “in case of my death”.

GOVEROTRAGEOUS: New FAA drone rule is a giant middle finger to aviation hobbyists | Ars Technica

Sunday, March 1, 2020

In many cases, it may not even be possible for people to upgrade their existing aircraft to the new standard. The FAA rule states that a compliant drone needs to have a serial number that was issued by the device’s manufacturer in compliance with the new rules. Yet many RC aircraft are built by small companies who never intended to get into the commercial drone business. They might not have the technical resources to comply with the new standards or the legal resources to get FAA approval.

FIRST OF TWO BLOG POSTS ON THIS TOPIC — GENERAL RANT ABOUT “Conspiracy Theories”

It seems due to the brainwashing of the American commoner, and the almost total indoctrination machine of the state that is used to dumb down the populace at large, that apathy has become so rampant as to allow the general acceptance of fallacious state narratives. These narratives that concern the very suspicious deaths of any that challenge the ruling class or their political puppets, and almost without question, seem to be never-ending these days. There are an unbelievable number of victims of so-called “apparent suicides,” assassinations, outright murder, disappearance, strange car crashes, poisonings, and any other number of unlikely death scenarios of those that have damning information about the state, its wars, and its secrets, and have the guts to tell the truth. Coincidence is no longer a reasonable argument concerning these deaths, and actually never has been legitimate.

I’m fed up with the Establishment, the Deep State, Politicians, and Bureaucrats feeding us “barbara streisand” and expecting us to take it without question, confirmation, evidence, or even “reasonability”.  “Don’t Pee on My Leg and Tell Me It’s Raining” … book title by the pre-eminent jurist of our day Ms. Judy Sheindlin.  That’s how I feel. She’s also famous for: “If it doesn’t make sense, it’s not true.

I think the reason, that “Conspiracy Theories” take root and hand on, is that they try to apply “common sense” to what appears implausible, impossible, or just a ridiculous explanation that we are supposed to believe and shut up.

Over the years, I’ve been building a taxonomy of the various “Conspiracy Theories” (e.g., JFK; Pearl Harbor; Lusitania) and their subsections — like 9/11 has the 1&2 WTC collapse, Pentagon, 7WTC, and the Saudi-gate (both the connection to the Saudi Royals and that they were hustled out before they could be questioned)!!!

This article has nice set of “attributes” — “apparent suicides,” assassinations, outright murder, disappearance, strange car crashes, poisonings, and any other number of unlikely death scenarios!

I’m going to get more rigorous on that taxonomy.

The CIA Coined the Term Conspiracy Theorist In 1967. Just to discredit objections.

Well that doesn’t work with me.  I’ll just adjust my tin foil hat and keep asking questions.

GOVEROTRAGEOUS: Gopher: When Adversarial Interoperability Burrowed Under the Gatekeepers’ Fortresses

Monday, February 24, 2020

When Apple’s App Store launched in 2008, it was widely hailed as a breakthrough in computing, a “curated experience” that would transform the chaos of locating and assessing software and replace it with a reliable one-stop-shop where every app would come pre-tested and with a trusted seal of approval.

*** and ***

Legislation to stem the tide of Big Tech companies’ abuses, and laws—such as a national consumer privacy bill, an interoperability bill, or a bill making firms liable for data-breaches—would go a long way toward improving the lives of the Internet users held hostage inside the companies’ walled gardens.

But far more important than fixing Big Tech is fixing the Internet: restoring the kind of dynamism that made tech firms responsive to their users for fear of losing them, restoring the dynamic that let tinkerers, co-ops, and nonprofits give every person the power of technological self-determination.

Since the Gooferment has stuck its “camel like” nose into the tent, it screwed up the emerging internet with invisible legal lines.

HEALTH: How Aluminum Damages Your Brain – LewRockwell

Sunday, February 23, 2020

Exley’s conclusion deserves repeating: “No aluminum, no AD.” Without aluminum, Alzheimer’s doesn’t develop. That’s not fake news. This research provides conclusive evidence for concern, which means it would be foolish in the extreme to pretend that injecting infants and young children with aluminum-containing vaccines is harmless.

Source: How Aluminum Damages Your Brain – LewRockwell

# – # – # – # – #

I always seem to be drawn into the vax / anti-vax controversy.

I understand that there is a non-scientific debate about vaccines.  Some “celebrities” take a position and I scoff at them.  (How does being the modern equivalent of the “Court Jester” entitle you to make pseudo scientific pronouncements?)

That being said the very existence of the Federal National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program puts the “vaccines are harmless” pronouncements in doubt.  (Remember Christie Todd Witman’s pronouncement that 9/11 air was safe?)

I have seen the ravages of polio that turned a happy healthy child into a virtual helpless babbling idiot who struggled to make himself understood. (I remember his post-illness goal of someday being a milkman. Yes, they still had such things. And it makes me sad to remember him so many years after his death.) That being said, my family liked up all the children for shots as soon as the vaccine was available. I understand that.

So today, when parents have good-faith concerns, I am sympathetic to their plight. I’d still vaccinate, but I would not have to pick up the “collateral damage” that could result. It may well be playing the odds, but as I always say, “someone wins the Lotto!”. In this case, it’s no prize to win.

I’m blogging about this again in hopes that “we” “We, The Sheeple” can have a reasonable discussion about the “safety issue”. I’d like to see the Gooferment reveal its dikw (i.e., data, information, knowledge, wisdom) about vaccines in a very public manner. Then we’d know once and for all what the true odds of harm are. Is it 1/100, 1/10,000, or 1/1,000,000? Remember with 350M people in the USA, that means somewhere between 3½ million and 350 cases of harm. That’s too wide a variance for my comfort. Then, one has to drill down into some of the differentiating factors (i.e., sex, race, age, region, diet, left-handed versus right-handed). OK, maybe not the “handed-ness that I inserted to lighten up the rant.

I hope that this generates some light; not heat.

INSPIRATIONAL: Inside Japan’s Highly Effective Lost and Found System | Mental Floss

Saturday, February 22, 2020

What prompts the Japanese to be so diligent in handing over items? Respect. Children are taught in school that returning belongings to police is part of their civic duty. It’s also law. The Amended Lost Property Act of 2007 mandates that lost items be turned over to authorities if the owner can’t be located. The same law also enforces a reward that’s a percentage of the value of the item if it’s reunited with its owner.

WOW!  This is something that “we” should import to the USA.

“Finders keepers; losers weepers” is the paradigm for the USA.

(Wonder why this was never addressed in Catholic grammar school that I attended?  I remember other moral lessons.)

“Catholic school taught them that it was their obligation, and could even be a mortal sin, if you didn’t use all your talents to the greater glory of God.” — “Chapter Fifty — Samaritans going to Jericho / Monday November 5, 1962 – Church Day + 17 (continues)” CHURCH 10●19●62 Volume 1 Page 296
