There is a reason why you pay the Cruise Line their “vig” for an official Cruise Line sponsored “local tour”.  If an  “official tour” is late, then the boat waits for you.  Otherwise, you’re on your own.  Not worth saving a few bucks!

ESPN’s Stephen A. Smith recently promoted the idea of “equality of opportunity” over the more egalitarian “Equality of Outcome” that left-leaning theorists extoll.

Smith made his somewhat surprising position on the subject known during an interview on the PBD Podcast hosted by Patrick Bet-David, in which he said that “people who produce more ultimately end up more successful than those who don’t.”

“One of the things that I have a problem with when I look at things that are transpiring in this country, you can’t in the same breath talk about capitalism, talk about how it’s equal opportunity that we want, but everybody doesn’t deserve the same, it’s about your level of production,” he said.

“Some people are high-end earners, some people are high-level producers and stuff. And you know, they’re getting treated, they might earn more than somebody that just don’t have that skill set. That’s the world we’re living in,” he added.

I was pleased that someone repeats Doctor King’s wish about “content of character” rather than color.

The NBA is a classic example of the best rise to the top.  Is the system perfect?  No.  But it does demonstrate what is possible when we have “equal opportunity”.

Now if we could just have equality in the law, then we ca get back to doing productive work.

I have bones to pick with Cadbury, not the least of which being that American ‘Cadbury’ is pretty much just Hershey and thus crap chocolate. I was also not happy when Cadbury decided that their Easter Egg was too large, so they shrunk it, and now it’s awful. And, weirdly, was sold for the same price as the former perfectly balanced treat.

But call an Easter egg a “Gesture Egg,” and I am done. Ten kinds of done.

Besides the asteroid belt, there are Centaurs, TNOs, Damocloids, and Trojans which may be part of the Planet V debris cloud. Some of them have ephemera that clearly resonate with the asteroid belt, and a couple of them may be lost moons of Planet V, as well.

So do we have any evidence that any of this scenario is even approaching reality?

Why, yes, we do.

The two most stunning confirmations have been the presence of asteroid moonlets and that comets appear to be the same as asteroids.

While this may TL;DR for most readers, I found this to be most persuasive.

Could an advanced alien civilization have existed on Planet V?

Far beyond my abilities, but certainly seem an interesting possibility.

The footage shows the cargo ship never got in the approach lane in the channel. You have to be in the channel before you get into that turn. Location was precise/deliberate: chose a bend in the river where you have to slow down and commit yourself – once you are committed in that area there is not enough room to maneuver.

I’m not convinced yet that it was NOT an accident!  

But she does bring up some interesting “factoids”.

I am skeptical about how quickly the Gooferment responded to rule out “terrorism” or a “cyber attack”.  How could anyone have enough time or data to make such a judgement.

At the very least, the Gooferment has not done a very good risk assessment on the nation’s infrastructure if one “bridge / boat” collision can have such an impact.  Where are the risk mitigation efforts planned if this should happen.

Once again, like so many times before, the Gooferment is asleep at the switch/

Have to see what comes out in the next 20 years.

Checking the Conspiracy Theorist “thermometer”  — it’s “category 5  — possible” pending further evidence.
