I’m a believer and big fan. The watch detected and alerted before any human had a clue. And, I was in the cardiac care unit at the time. It took the docs the better part of a week and me finally having bad symptoms necessitating a trip to the ER to get a clue.
YMMV (Your Mileage May Vary) but I wear mine all the time.
