EAST BRUNSWICK, NJ – Memorial Day, originally known as Decoration Day, to commemorate those who died during the Civil War, was observed in East Brunswick this afternoon before several hundred citizens in attendance at the Veterans Park at the Municipal Complex in town. It was the 20th Annual Memorial Day Observance in East Brunswick with Mayor Kevin McEvoy hosting the event as Master of Ceremonies.
