CLOUD: Can’t depend on even for-profit websites

Their website lost all my reminders. Emailed in; got a non-responsive auto response. Did these guys study the Obamacare website? I really want websites, services, and products that off-load details. Not lose my stuff for me. I can do that on my own. 

Argh!

Guess one needs a paper backup of everything.
