Let’s Kill Cain’s Campaign
Liberal reporters feel Herman Cain is no Bill Clinton. So there’s no reason to delay adultery charges. They rushed on the air with the claims, followed by sneering political death notices.

Ginger White’s charges sound a lot like Gennifer Flowers in 1992 saying she has a 12-year affair with Bill Clinton. So many in the press pounce on Flowers as unequivocal evidence of the media’s sense of balance.

Like there was any doubt that there was a difference between Bill Clinton’s treatment and that of Herman Cain.

RANT: Lautenberg parrots the D talking points

Dear Mr. John:

Thank you for contacting me about taxes. I appreciate hearing from you on this important issue.

On August 2, the “Budget Control Act of 2011” (P.L. 112-25) was signed into law. This law allows the debt limit to be increased by up to $2.1 trillion. In conjunction with this increase, deficits must be decreased by at least $2.1 trillion over 10 years. This law generates $0.9 trillion in initial deficit reduction over 10 years through spending cuts rather than tax increases. At least $1.2 trillion in additional deficit reduction will be identified by the newly-established Congressional Joint Select Committee on Deficit Reduction. This bipartisan committee is charged with presenting a deficit reduction plan by late November, which must receive an up or down vote in both chambers of Congress by the end of the year. If the committee fails to produce a plan, or if the committee’s plan fails to attract the support of a majority of the House and Senate, additional spending cuts of $1.2 trillion over 10 years will automatically occur.
