  • Logo
  • Build a FAQ
  • Have key text files ready:
    *Challenge
    *YouMadeItIn
    *Monthly
    *Departing
    *Rejected
    *Banned
  • Webpage and domain name
  • Source of invitations list
  • Ask people to sub and unsub without your involvement.

Create the group. Send the Invites. And prep for either a big flop or a lifetime of angst.
