Despite Gable being identified as a suspect, he could not be properly accused because “the case was severely hindered by a flawed forensic report issued by the FBI in 1975,” Formella said.

“At the time, microscopic hair analysis techniques led to an incorrect conclusion that the suspect could not have contributed the hairs found at the scene,” the report found.

Other evidence contradicted the analysis results, with Gable’s fingerprints being found at the scene and witnesses revealing that Lord had feared him.

During their investigation, detectives discovered Lord had been afraid of both her husband and Gable for some time because of his “persistent and unwanted advances.”

“Judith told her sister she was afraid of both her husband and her African American neighbor next door, indicating Mr. Gable, because he ‘had made remarks to her about wanting to see her nude,’” the attorney general’s report found.

A solved cold case that should be a warning to everyone.  Don’t stay where there are creepy neighbors.

And maybe this is not the only “mistake” due to the FBI incompetence?

BIGOTRY — RELIGIOUS: A private Christian school doesn’t seem very “Christ-like”

Georgia high school senior allegedly forced to withdraw from Christian school over transgender prom date — weeks before graduation

A Georgia high school senior claims she was forced to withdraw from school weeks before graduation because her prom date was transgender, going against the Christian academy’s values.

Emily Wright feared for her future as her family revealed the tumultuous month she experienced because her guest didn’t meet the standards of North Cobb Christian School, a private preparatory institute in Kennesaw, Georgia, according to Fox 5 Atlanta.

Four weeks before graduation, Wright attended her school’s prom — held at an off-campus venue — where she was allowed to bring a guest who didn’t attend the school, but was threatened with expulsion after the dance.

The senior was questioned for details about her date that would be concerning to the Christian school.

“I was asked, ‘Is there anything we should know about the guest you brought to prom?’ And I knew exactly what they were talking about, so I said, ‘Yes, he’s transgender,’” Wright told the outlet.

The school’s principal then called Tricia Wright to confront her on her knowledge of the date’s gender identity, which the mother confirmed.

Tricia Wright blasted the school for their lack of acceptance to her daughter’s date, saying it went against the institution’s Christian values for the “discriminatory decision.

North Cobb Christian School feels

LIKE HOME

We hear these words continually from parents and students alike. From our founding in 1983 by a few faithful families to today’s thriving student body of over 1,250 learners from K3 through 12th grade on our expansive 55-acre private Christian school campus in Kennesaw, Georgia, NCCS has stayed true to our calling of teaching biblical truth in a uniquely nurturing environment.

I’m sure there are many sides to this one.

Luke 15:1-32 ESV

Now the tax collectors and sinners were all drawing near to hear him. And the Pharisees and the scribes grumbled, saying, “This man receives sinners and eats with them.” So he told them this parable: “What man of you, having a hundred sheep, if he has lost one of them, does not leave the ninety-nine in the open country, and go after the one that is lost, until he finds it? And when he has found it, he lays it on his shoulders, rejoicing. …

and

Mark 10:14 ESV

But when Jesus saw it, he was indignant and said to them, “Let the children come to me; do not hinder them, for to such belongs the kingdom of God.

Seems to me, that the School’s leadership blew a great teaching opportunity.

And, I’m going to send them a letter to this effect.

You can take any action you see fit, but I think it should be calm and respectful.

POLITICAL: Bill Maher makes some good points but misses a couple I’d have liked to hear

Bill Maher urges Democrats to ‘look in the mirror’ after Kamala Harris’ election loss

Bill Maher slammed the Democratic party as “losers” and urged them to “look in the mirror” following Kamala Harris’ presidential election loss to President-elect Donald Trump.

Maher, who once predicted that Harris would win the election, revealed that he “did not vote for the winner,” but accepted the election results — unlike his late-night counterparts earlier in the week.

“We had an election,” Maher said during his “Real Time” monologue on HBO Friday night. “I did not vote for the winner, we’ll see what the winners do now. They won, now they have reality they have to deal with. We’ll see what they do.”

The lady Sarah Isgur made an excellent point about inflation. That everyone just breezed by and ignored. It is one thing to say “inflation is down”. But what is meant is that the rate is down. People are forced to look Iive with the inflated prices. Those prices n ever return to previous values. To real people see that is what they think of as inflation. As Bill Clinton famously told his team “it’s the economy, stupid”. And he was so right. People see the inflated prices as their economy. And the host and liberal guest just breezed by the crux of their “inflation problem”.

Bil Maher made some other excellent points.

  • The floating garbage in the ocean!
  • High stock market and low unemployment.
  • The liberal condecension
  • The R’s became the party of the working man.

But he did not:

  • The missing 15 million Biden voters proving the 2020 fraud
  • The perfidy of Harris and the D’s that Joe Biden was “sharp as a tack”
  • The media’s disinformation was against “We, The Sheeple”

Make no mistake Bill Maher is a liberal with whom I disagree a lot with.  But like Piers Morgan, I think he is an “honest” liberal who I can respect and listen too.  I don’t need an echo chamber.  Although where would a little L libertarian find one?

There’s a meme going around Twitter and Facebook about political opinions.

Different opinions.Different opinions.

Now that I can get behind.  Different opinions but still can listen to what they say.

Louisiana’s outgoing Democratic governor pardoned 40 convicted murderers since October including one of whom had been on death row and another who fatally stabbed a woman 39 times.

Gov. John Bel Edwards has been on a mission to help Louisiana lose the title of being the World’s Prison Capital and has signed the pardons to release 56 total convicts in five separate batches.

Owner Grady Haynes was behind the counter of YQ Grocery and was shot once in the back of the head by Washington who was using a .32-caliber handgun, according to the case brief.

Washington faced the death penalty, but the jury was unable to come to a unanimous decision, which forced the case’s judge to rule he be sentenced to life behind bars.

Another pardon involved a man who fatally stabbed a woman nearly 40 times.

Nick Charles Nicholson, who also received a pardon, was found guilty of fatally stabbing convenience store worker Kelly Ann Gramm in 1981.

Gramm was discovered with 39 stabbed wounds across her body, and a broken tip of a knife lodged in her skull, the outlet reported.

“Democratic” justice?

How will this deter future murders?

I am speechless at the injustice to the victim’s families.

Argh!

GOVEROTRAGEOUS: “Merry Christmas Jerry” saves 24 plus himself by bold action

Buffalo man hailed as hero for rescuing 24 people during winter storm

Around 6 a.m. on Christmas Eve, and after taking turns running the engine and napping, Withey’s truck ran out of gas and the trio was forced to find proper shelter.

“Off to the left, I could see there was a school about 600, 700 feet away from us. I knew the power would be on, there would be heat in there and I was guaranteeing there would be food in there,” Withey told the station.

After some quick thinking, Withey identified others around him who were also stranded and decided to break into the school.

Withey and his crew, a total of 25, including seven senior citizens, made their way into Pine Hill Primary Center and took shelter — respectfully setting up only what was needed. They set up their main area in the cafeteria, helping themselves only to the food they needed and nothing in the fully stocked freezer, according to police.

I found it astonishing that he had to break in.

One would think with the approaching storm, the Gooferment  — at all levels  — would order all public buildings to be unlocked.  Same for the Churches.  I’m sure every school has a Principal and a Custodian.  Someone should be authorized to take emergency action.

Argh!
