It dawned on me today (okay, I’m a little slow on the uptake) that the legacy media is using the same gaslighting technique in reporting on Joe Biden and the War in Ukraine.

  The term “gaslighting” comes from the 1938 play Angel Street, which was later adapted into the film Gaslight, in which a man tries to convince his wife that she is going insane so he can steal from her. When he turns on the lights in the attic to search for her jewelry collection, and the gas lights dim downstairs, he tells her it’s all in her imagination. Gradually she begins to question her own memories and perceptions.

The legacy media’s repeated insistence over the last two years that Ukraine was whooping the tar out of Russia on the battlefield, is the same tactic as the media’s claims that Joe Biden is a certifiable jeopardy candidate who could run circles around Albert Einstein were he still with us. Both messages are designed to bamboozle the public. But it is a failed tactic once visual, certifiable facts are on display and can no longer be dismissed as “conspiracy theories.”

Gaslighting is both a political tactic and technique designed to persuade you that you did not see nor hear what you saw and heard. Tonight’s interview on ABC of Joe Biden by Clinton protege, George Stephanopoulos, is a departure from the gaslighting and represents, instead, Biden’s last chance to persuade top Democrat officials and donors that last Thursday’s debate debacle was an aberration. It was not. Biden failed the test. The Democrats wanted it done on Friday night because it is not a big TV ratings night and any stumbles by Biden would be less damaging than if he did a full public melt-down in Prime Time like last Thursday’s debate.

Good headline but text “Russian missile barrage” was bad. Could it have been a false flag? Remember Ukraine shot a missile into Poland and blamed Russia. The timing is too convenient and the Russians have been extremely careful about what they hit and very circumspect about firing back.

I’d say the facts are not yet fully known to assign blame.

Missiles Strike Ukraine

At least 36 civilians were killed and more than 100 wounded across Ukraine after a Russian missile barrage hit multiple targets yesterday, including the country’s largest children’s hospital in the capital of Kyiv. The daytime attack is considered the heaviest single-day bombardment in the last four months of the Russia-Ukraine war, which is now in its 29th month (see updates). 

Ukraine’s air defenses shot down 30 of the 38 missiles, with officials saying the weapons consisted of aerial, ballistic, and cruise missiles (see the difference). At least 50 civilian buildings were damaged across central and eastern Ukraine by Russia’s airstrikes. The UN Security Council will hold an emergency meeting today to address the strikes.

Russia’s latest attack comes as Western leaders will meet in Washington, DC, today to kick off a three-day NATO summit. The agenda includes discussions over Ukraine’s potential membership in the military alliance and a new support package.

This is a ten on both the hypocrisy and propaganda scales. Check it for yourself. Do an internet search on the following — “Ukraine strikes Sevastopol.” Only cursory coverage. No blaring headlines in the NY Times or Financial Times or any other major paper. Ignore it. But this? Intense coverage.

Only one problem with the story — it is BULLSHIT. The children’s hospital was hit by an errant air defense missile fired by Ukraine. Whoops! What is really telling is that there was ZERO news coverage of the other sites hit by Russian missiles in Kiev. You know why? Because they were military targets and there were probably Western casualties. Russia delivered this blow in daylight during working hours in order to inflict maximum casualties on those engaged in producing or repairing weapons.

Ukrainian authorities also lied about the number of Russian missiles shot down. The Ukie Air Force claimed it downed 30 of 38 Russian missiles. Check out the following videos. You can see at least five successful Russian missile strikes in Kiev, including some secondary explosions, which normally are associated with a weapons storage facility. (We’ll see how long YouTube allows the first video to stay online. I will also post on BitChute.)

But I got to say something about the Electric Vehicle scam. It is bad for the environment. The rare earth minerals needed to produce these extravagances requires mining operations that exploit the very poorest people on the earth. And, despite all the nifty technology that adorns these electric vehicles, they can’t handle the cold.

The push in the West to eliminate fossil fuels and “replace them” with this so-called clean energy would be a damn funny joke if the consequences of these decisions were not so serious. Wealthy liberals who virtue signal by driving their Tesla believe they are smart, but fail to contemplate how the energy is produced to power these expensive turkeys. Most owners infatuated with EV technology failed to consider the fact that the batteries that power these expensive golf carts will eventually need to be replaced. Elon Musk insists they will last 20 years, but that prediction is not based on evidence. It is a scientific guess. If you do have to replace it expect to shell out an additional $25,000 dollars for the battery. That does not include the labor costs of installing a new one.

I particularly like all the useful idiots who think that “electricity” comes from the plug in the wall.  Not a care in the world as to what is behind that plug.  Like the old “tea break” power outages in the UK when everyone would plug in their kettles during a TV commercial break, what happens when everyone comes home from work and plugs in their electric car? 

The saddest part of the story is the exploitation of the poorest people on Earth to mine the rare earths.

How is it a stalemate when Russia is outproducing Ukraine and all of the NATO countries in tanks, artillery shells and drones and is building up its standing Army to the tune of 42,000 men per month? While Putin’s war machine is on a roll, Ukraine can’t even come up with a workable plan to conscript new cannon fodder. Word to Clark, this ain’t a stalemate bud.

It would be nice if “We, The Sheeple” could get an honest post mortem on US foreign policy,

Not the word salad of speeches, but an inventory of what the policy “cost” in innocent lives.  Who knew what and when would also be useful.  As well as the details around the US / UK sabotage of the 2014 peace agreement.

All those found “guilty” of malfeasance or stupidity should be sentenced to work in the Post Office in Alaska far from the public legislative venues where they could do as little harm as possible.

I’d have hoped that the President of the USA could say this.  Killing civilians is just wrong by any standard.  And, the US Taxpayers should be enraged that we’re paying to enable the Ukraine and Isreal to do this.

Putting maybe a killer but he seems to be an ethical one.

The events leading up to the Russian incursion are ALL poking the bear.

Perhaps one reason, that the USA urge Ukraine to fight, was to keep the financial Biden records and the various USA funded bio labs concealed.

Blowing up the Nord Stream pipeline was designed to keep Germany in line with the war policy and keep Russia from the gas revenue.

Risking WW3 may make sense to the politicians and bureaucrats, but not to me.
