Dispersion of this compound and other microorganisms were conducted in America and England without informing the public. The official rationale for these trials was that they were done to learn about germ warfare, but why the secrecy? Who knows what damage “they” caused?

Clearly, the Gooferment, the politicians, and the bureaucrats are all “war criminals”. The Nazis were put on trial for killing their civilians.

I’d call it “tin foil hat”, but there doesn’t seem to be any dispute as to what happened. And, there doesn’t seem to be any outrage.
