This month, pharmaceutical company, Mylan, crowed that they smashed second-quarter expectations; with earnings of $2.56bn, up 8% from the year before. Their CEO’s salary has ballooned 671% over the past eight years. The corporation was able to accomplish this in part, because they are the maker of a medical device called the EpiPen, which delivers a life-saving drug to stop an anaphylactic allergy attack. The company has raised the price of this medication 461% since 2007. Mylan’s latest announcement – that it would offer various new pricing concessions to families on lower incomes and those who have to pay out of pocket, cannot alter this stark fact.

Now before we take the “capitalist pigs” out and lynch them, can we make some inquiries?

1. Is this the only epi pen on the market?

2. Is it patented? If so, how many years left?

3. How is the FDA involved in this process? How much did / does Mylan spend on regulatory compliance?

4. Has there been any “political” involvement?

5. Does a corporation have to “justify” it’s prices? (In a truly free market, the “invisible hand” would prompt supply from competitors very quickly!)

I’d like answers before “we” “hang” them!

This July marks the 20th anniversary of the crash. Yet the media continue their virtual blackout, failing to ask questions as to whether this was a terrorist incident or a naval exercise gone wrong. One has to ask some serious questions about the Gooferment version. Like why did they have to “cook the books” on the various witness statements?

If that is suspect, then there are only two logical explanations:

   (1) the Navy did it; OR

   (2) the terrorists did it.

I’d almost that the Navy did it by accident. At least, that would NOT have the implications that terrorists did it.

So, if it was terrorism, then why not repeat it?

Maybe they can’t. Maybe the Gooferment has taken steps to protect against it. Maybe they are just saving it as part of a larger plan.

One of the many unexplained (at least not officially) anomalies of the persons claimed to have carried out the Boston Marathon bombings is the presence of  key CIA figure in the direct family of the accused brothers.

Ruslan Tsarnaev, the outspoken uncle of the brothers was married to Samantha A. Fuller until 2004. Samantha’s father is Graham Fuller, the senior CIA person who was the architect the Afghan Islamic fundamentalist Mujahideen war against the Soviets. He is also involved in creating a global jihad network, presumably acting on behalf of CIA interests.

Ruslan Tsarnaev, who changed his name to Ruslan Tsarni, lives in a posh Washington DC suburb of Bethesda Maryland. He has worked in the past for companies tied to Dick Cheney’s Halliburton as well as a “consultant” in Kazakhstan with the State Department’s USAID which has been identified as a CIA front.

Take it all in The two brothers, Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, Tamerlan Tsarnaev, accused though never proven in a court of law to have been responsible for the Boston Marathon bombings, had an uncle, the same uncle who agreed to bury the remains of the one dead brother. This uncle was married to the daughter of Graham Fuller, one of the most important CIA architects of using Islamic Jihadists/terrorists against the USSR during the Cold War and after, throughout Central Asia, including Chechnya and Kazakhstan.

On April 18, 2013, the FBI identified the culprits from a private street video, showing the brothers Tsarnaev on Boylston Street prior to the explosions. Two still-frames from this street video were used in FBI posters advising the public of the identity of the suspects. These two still-frames do not clearly portray what these young men were carrying on their backs. But a third still-frame from the same street video shows Dzhokhar from the rear, carrying over his right shoulder a small, light-weight, white backpack, with no bulging or sagging as would have appeared if he had carried a heavy pressure cooker bomb as claimed by the FBI and alleged in the indictment. Because the white backpack Dzhokhar carried is not the black backpack carried by the accused bomber as stated in the indictment, Dzhokhar stands excluded as a suspect and is necessarily not guilty as charged. Alleged confessions or statements of self-incrimination introduced against Dzhokhar Tsarnaev are disproved by the findings of the FBI crime lab and the street video used by the FBI to identify the culprits.  In other words, the street video shows that the backpack carried by Mr. Tsarnaev does not match and has the opposite characteristics of the backpack which the FBI crime lab determined was carried by the guilty party.  Therefore, no alleged admission of guilt by Dzhokhar can be true.

“Why does it matter?” to quote a certain Presidential candidate.

I think it matters BECAUSE the Gooferment classified all the documentation and told lies for other purposes. 

Think all the German rocket scientists that were “acquired”.

Cui bono? The CIA in the new Cold War that keeps “We, The Sheeple” fearful and needing the Gooferment to protect the flock?

And, the Gooferment can’t have anyone believe that the Chief Villain in this costly war got away scott free.

Argh!

And, most importantly, since I believe that the Gooferment is immoral, ineffective, and inefficient. As well as untrustworthy. One should take anything that we are told with a huge dose of skepticism.
