Moment Chicago commuter, 20, leaps onto subway tracks to rescue man who had fallen onto electrified third rail after a brawl and pulled him to safety: ‘I could feel the shocks through my body but it didn’t stop me’

  • Anthony Perry, 20, was stepping off of a train when he saw the man lying with his head against the third rail and 600 volts of electricity coursing through his body
  • Perry acted immediately, and despite being shocked himself, managed to pull the man to safety
  • With the help of a witness, Perry was able to administer CPR and keep the man alive until emergency services arrived
  • The man who was electrocuted is in serious condition at the University of Chicago Hospital
  • Police are investigating what led to the man falling on to the tracks with witnesses alleging he spat on another commuter and instigated the fight
  • A local Chicago community leader honored Perry at a ceremony on Wednesday and even gifted him a car

A 20-year-old Chicago man is being celebrated as a hero after he leaped into action to save the life of a man who fell on the subway’s potentially deadly third electrified rail.

Anthony Perry, 20, was honored in a ceremony on Wednesday by a local community leader who awarded him a new car for his heroism.

Perry told WGN TV about the moment he saved the man’s life: ‘I don’t think I was thinking about what could happen to me at the moment. It was more of what do I have to do to make the situation peaceful. I felt a little shock. I felt it all over my body actually, and then I just didn’t let that stop me.’

Great love hath no man …

Call it “courage” (the ability to do something that frightens one), “bravery” (showing mental or moral strength to face danger, fear, or difficulty), or “nerve” (presumptuous audacity).  Whatever you want to label it, this man risked his own life to save another.

Like always, everyone else just stood around frozen or videoing.  But then there are some, who some how some way, act!  Perhaps, not thinking but just reacting to do the “right thing”.

After all the bad press about Chicago and killings, Perry said: ‘Good does win. Good always wins.’

Hope I can save a life sometime.

Three frat boys are charged over hazing death of MSU student, 21, who died from acute alcohol intoxication after being found passed out in a dirty basement covered in urine and vomit along with three other pledges

  • Phat Nguyen, 21, died last November after a night of hazing at Pi Alpha Pi
  • He was found passed out in a basement covered in urine and vomit
  • One had blood dripping from his nose and was ‘convulsing’

Three Michigan State University students have been charged over the hazing death of a teenager who died last year from acute alcohol intoxication after being found passed out in his frat house covered in vomit and urine.

Phat Nguyen, 21, died in November after a brutal night of drinking at the Pi Alpha Phi off-campus fraternity house in East Lansing, Michigan.

Ethan Cao, Hoang Pham, and Andrew Nguyen were all charged with one count each of felony hazing resulting in death, and three misdemeanor counts of hazing resulting in physical injury for three other boys who were also taken to the hospital on the night of the incident but who survived.

Sorry, but there ought to be a law. Your fraternity “hazes”; your frat is dead!

It’s a Gooferment Skrule, so by extension it is permitting this to happen under its auspices.

Maybe MSU should do penance by suspending all student activities for four years?

At the very least, the MSU administration should be fired for “failure to supervise” and “loss of confidence in their ability to lead a University.”

SARS-CoV-2 infection in hamsters and humans results in lasting and unique systemic perturbations post recovery

Abstract

The host response to severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) infection can result in prolonged pathologies collectively referred to as post-acute sequalae of COVID-19 (PASC) or long COVID. To better understand the mechanism underlying long COVID biology, we compared the short- and long-term systemic responses in the golden hamster following either SARS-CoV-2 or influenza A virus (IAV) infection. Results demonstrated that SARS-CoV-2 exceeded IAV in its capacity to cause permanent injury to the lung and kidney and uniquely impacted the olfactory bulb (OB) and epithelium (OE). Despite a lack of detectable infectious virus, the OB and OE demonstrated myeloid and T cell activation, proinflammatory cytokine production, and an interferon response that correlated with behavioral changes extending a month post viral clearance. These sustained transcriptional changes could also be corroborated from tissue isolated from individuals who recovered from COVID-19. These data highlight a molecular mechanism for persistent COVID-19 symptomology and provide a small animal model to explore future therapeutics.

If this “vaccine”, that should be really called “gene therapy”, had been properly tested, then maybe people would not be panicked, vaccine injured, crippled, or killed unnecessarily.

Maybe it should have been tested on hamsters FIRST!

Recently, I heard an incredible story of vaccine injury that is a stunning example of why the vaccine isn’t safe for anyone, no matter how young or old you are:

Nine residents of Palo Alto Commons were given the jab and less than 1 week later, six were dead.

One of the dead was a former Federal Judge: Joan Stevenson Brennan Passell, but there was no obituary I could find. You can call up the public records office and, if you have a name, you can verify the deceased which I will do tomorrow.

I reached out to Palo Alto Commons, but nobody would comment. They all referred me to the Palo Alto Commons Executive Director Li Li:

NJ Nursery Closes After 100 Years, Affordable Housing Will Replace It

WESTFIELD, NJ — Now slated to be the location of an affordable housing complex, Williams Nursery in Westfield announced they will soon be closing for good, after serving the community for over a century.

The family-owned plant nursery’s last day will be July 3, according to a lengthy Facebook post, signed by the Williams and Jackson families who own the garden. They wrote that shutting down a business that is 102 years old is “a difficult thing.”

“There have been countless wonderful customers that have passed through our doors,” the owners wrote on Facebook. “We are going to miss sharing the smiles, and chats. We know that some of you used our store as an oasis in a bump in your lives. We are grateful that we got to help smooth the edges of those bumps.”

*** and ***

Brindle said the Williams Nursery has been zoned for affordable housing since the 1990s, and this project will help Westfield meet its state-mandated affordable housing obligations.

Brindle explained that the Williams Nursery cannot be repurposed for another use, even for green space, because any property previously zoned for affordable housing must either:

Maintain its current use; or Be developed into inclusionary multi-family housing once the owner chooses to sell.

Unless buyers pay fair market value and are willing to maintain the property as a nursery, Brindle said the property must be sold and developed for the purpose of affordable housing.

That’s according to a new report by the election watchdog group Public Interest Legal Foundation, which notes that the average life expectancy in New Jersey is just under 81.

A bipartisan investigation of the Capitol riot would dig into the security breakdown and not ignore questions that didn’t conform to a Democrat Party narrative, said Rep. Jim Banks, whose appointment to a select committee was blocked by House Speaker Nancy Pelosi.

“If I were ranking member of the committee, we would be asking the tough questions that Pelosi doesn’t want the committee to ask, because she’s responsible but she hasn’t been held accountable for the security failures at the Capitol and [on] Jan. 6,” Banks, R-Ind., told The Daily Signal.

“The more we learn, the more we realize that there were serious security failures at the Capitol, and why doesn’t this committee want to dig into that?” Banks added later. “They don’t want to dig into it because it deviates from their political narrative.”

The Most Terrifying Reality about School Shootings
By Charles Turot

*** begin quote ***

Here is the terrifying truth: the radical left wants mass murders in schools. They are useful for gaining power. I can no longer blame friends who imagine that the killers are some sort of Manchurian candidates, released to further a narrative and serve the purposes of the left. I don’t believe that, but the idea follows logically from the same conclusion I’ve drawn about school shootings: the left likes them. The left is powerful. There will be more. We could prevent them. We won’t.

Of course, we have to harden the “soft targets”, end “gun free zones” aka target rich environments, and allow people to defend themselves.

Throughout the questionary, some interesting insights were shared such as:

  • 88% of the respondents are aware of Bitcoin.
  • 73% of no-coiners who know a bitcoiner, are likely to buy bitcoin.
  • The percentage of people optimistic about bitcoin’s future is slightly higher for high-income individuals.
  • Asia has the highest optimism in bitcoin’s future.
  • Adoption is significantly higher on countries with high inflation.
  • 51% of the people not buying it, don’t know enough about it.

There is definitely an area of opportunity in improving education to gain further adoption.

I’ve been silent for some weeks. Forgive me.

The truth is: I’ve been rendered almost speechless — or the literary equivalent of that — because recently I’ve had the unenviable task of trying to announce to the world that indeed, a genocide — or what I’ve called, clumsily but urgently, a “baby die-off” — is underway.

*** and ***

The WarRoom/DailyClout Volunteers have confirmed: that Pfizer (and thus the FDA) knew by December 2020 that the MRNA vaccines did not work — that they “waned in efficacy” and presented “vaccine failure.” One side effect of getting vaccinated, as they knew by one month after the mass 2020 rollout, was “COVID.”

Pfizer knew in May of 2021 that 35 minors’ hearts had been damaged a week after MRNA injection — but the FDA rolled out the EUA for teens a month later anyway, and parents did not get a press release from the US government about heart harms til August of 2021, after thousands of teens were vaccinated. [https://dailyclout.io/pfizer-vaccine-fda-fails-to-mention-risk-of-heart-damage-in-teens/]

Pfizer (and thus the FDA; many of the documents say “FDA: CONFIDENTIAL” at the lower boundary) knew that, contrary to what the highly paid spokesmodels and bought-off physicians were assuring people, the MRNA, spike protein and lipid nanoparticles did not stay in the injection site in the deltoid, but rather went, within 48 hours, into the bloodstream, from there to lodge in the liver, spleen, adrenals, lymph nodes, and, if you are a woman, in the ovaries.

VETERANS: D-Day — anyone remember it?

Monday, June 6, 2022

https://www.army.mil/d-day/history.html

*** begin quote ***

The Normandy beaches were chosen by planners because they lay within range of air cover, and were less heavily defended than the obvious objective of the Pas de Calais, the shortest distance between Great Britain and the Continent. Airborne drops at both ends of the beachheads were to protect the flanks, as well as open up roadways to the interior. Six divisions were to land on the first day; three U.S., two British and one Canadian. Two more British and one U.S. division were to follow up after the assault division had cleared the way through the beach defenses.

Disorganization, confusion, incomplete or faulty implementation of plans characterized the initial phases of the landings. This was especially true of the airborne landings which were badly scattered, as well as the first wave units landing on the assault beaches. To their great credit, most of the troops were able to adapt to the disorganization. In the end, the Allies achieved their objective.

Technician Fifth Grade John J. Pinder Jr.

Unit: 16th Infantry, 1st Infantry Division

Citation: For conspicuous gallantry and intrepidity above and beyond the call of duty on 6 June 1944, near Colleville-sur-Mer, France. On D-day, Technician 5th Grade Pinder landed on the coast 100 yards off shore under devastating enemy machinegun and artillery fire which caused severe casualties among the boatload. Carrying a vitally important radio, he struggled towards shore in waist-deep water. Only a few yards from his craft he was hit by enemy fire and was gravely wounded. Technician 5th Grade Pinder never stopped. He made shore and delivered the radio. Refusing to take cover afforded, or to accept medical attention for his wounds, Technician 5th Grade Pinder, though terribly weakened by loss of blood and in fierce pain, on 3 occasions went into the fire-swept surf to salvage communication equipment. He recovered many vital parts and equipment, including another workable radio. On the 3rd trip he was again hit, suffering machinegun bullet wounds in the legs. Still this valiant soldier would not stop for rest or medical attention. Remaining exposed to heavy enemy fire, growing steadily weaker, he aided in establishing the vital radio communication on the beach. While so engaged this dauntless soldier was hit for the third time and killed. The indomitable courage and personal bravery of Technician 5th Grade Pinder was a magnificent inspiration to the men with whom he served.

Nancy Pelosi Finally Loses Some Money

Saturday, June 4, 2022

DC Schools Spend the Most to Educate the Least At a whopping cost of $23,754 per student, Washington DC schools spend more than any state in the nation besides New York. And what do you receive for their college-priced public schools? Just 23% of eighth grade DC students were proficient in math and reading according to 2019 tests from the National Assessment of Educational Progress. That is the worst performance in the nation. Incidentally, it was a DC school we talked about last week that introduced students to a “fistbook” (not handbook) which asked five year old children to identify which members of their families were racist. And the same school system endorses the “BLM at school” curriculum, which includes “Introduction to Transgender and Non-binary Identities” for preschoolers. This school district obviously has its priorities straight. Unfortunately they don’t include math and reading.

  • Police walk near Robb Elementary School following a shooting, Tuesday, May 24, 2022, in Uvalde, Texas.
  • Uvalde police are allowed to stop any additional 911 records or body cam footage during the school shooting from being released due to a “dead suspect loophole” law, according to a local reporter.

Police may never have to fully account for what went wrong during the Uvalde school massacre, thanks to a quirk in Texas law.

The law, meant to protect people wrongly accused, says police agencies may not release their investigative files unless a person is convicted of a crime.

But when an accused criminal dies before they’re convicted, it enables police to withhold information, an award-winning Texas journalist said.

Dubbed the “dead suspect loophole,” the law has prevented families of those who die in police custody from learning about the circumstances of those deaths, said according to Tony Plohetski, an investigative reporter for the Austin American Statesman newspaper and KVUE.

Argh!

Can we allow them to hide the evidence?

Personally, I’d fire them all!

Argh!

How do we incentivize better?  Privatize.

GUNS: Eliminate “gun free zones” as a small step towards safety?

Finally, always keep in mind that active shooter situations should not be the main focus in the gun debate, whether for gun control or gun decontrol: They on average account for less than 1% of the U.S. homicide rate and are unusually hard to stop through gun control laws (since the killer is bent on committing a publicly visible murder and is thus unlikely to be much deterred by gun control law, or by the prospect of encountering an armed bystander). But people talk about them a lot, so I thought I’d offer a perspective on them for those who are interested.

I read this very calm and seemed to be neutral After Action review of the particular Charleston West Virginia incident.

The only quibble I have is, and I agree, with to paraphrase “criminals are undeterred by laws and probably an armed bystander”.  What about “gun free zones” being an attractive nuisnece.  We know from Columbine that the criminal in that case traveled further to a movie house that was “gun free”.  This assuring that even the slight risk of a “good guy (or gal) with gun” might interfere.

So perhaps eliminating all “gun free zones” and allowing unlimited concealed carry by non-felons, we might make their rage a little more “inconvenient”.

POLITICAL: Using the Electoral College model to eliminate “democracy”?

GOP Candidate’s STATE-LEVEL Electoral College Idea Could Help Rural Areas — and Kill Vote Fraud
The New American ^ | May 21, 2022 | Selwyn Duke

In 2019, the Democrat-controlled Colorado Senate joined a liberal-state pact designed to eliminate our nation’s Electoral College system. Now a Colorado gubernatorial candidate is, far from just mounting a defense against this, taking the offense:

He has proposed instituting an electoral college within his state.

It’s an idea that not only could help rural Centennial State counties, but also could virtually neutralize vote fraud’s effectiveness. The Washington Examiner reports on the story:

One candidate in Colorado’s gubernatorial election has called for eliminating its one-person, one-vote approach in favor of a state-level electoral college….

Greg Lopez, a Republican candidate for Colorado’s governor, has pitched the idea of using an electoral college-based approach for statewide political office, arguing the current system favors large cities at the expense of more rural counties.

*** end quote ***

The Dead Old White Guys hated “democracy”.  They saw the French Revolution mob chopping off heads.

So this fellow seeks to have a similar construct to the Electoral College at the State level.

(I have no idea why the pundit class thinks that it’ll be unconstitutional. Since we have it at the Federal level.)

It would be interesting to try somewhere.

The Pepuls Republik of Nu Jerzee has 21 counties and the “rural” ones are always out-voted by the corrupt city Democratic machines.  Imagine if each county got one vote tor governor regardless of the popular vote.  Might change the election calculus?

And, while we are at it, let’s repeal the Seventeenth Amendment (direct election of senators).  The old system was cheaper and gave the States their voice on unfunded mandates.

Argh!

Not like any new idea will succeed until secession begins in earnest.

That’s not gonna happen. Moscow is fully aware that going public with illegal work on banned biological weapons is an existential threat to the US Deep State. Especially when documents seized by the Russians show that Big Pharma – via Pfizer, Moderna, Merck and Gilead – was involved in several “experiments”. Fully exposing the whole maze, from the start, was one of Putin’s stated objectives.

Will Russia be allowed to let the Deep State “cat” out of the proverbial bag?

What will “We, The Sheeple” think?

If it happens before the 2024 election does it ensure a DJT or Desantis  presidency?

NEWJERSEY: Don’t make “school safety” a political football

N.J. Democrats block GOP school safety bill
May 26, 20222 Matt Rooney

How serious are Trenton Democrats about confronting school safety in the wake of another gut-wrenching school shooting, this time in Uvalde, Texas?

I think you know the answer, Save Jerseyans.

On Thursday, Trenton Democrats blocked a bill (A303) sponsored by Assemblywoman Kim Eulner (R-11) to improve school safety training. A probe is presently underway concerning the police response to the Uvalde shooting amid allegations that the police were unprepared.

Democrat Assembly Speaker Craig Coughlin promptly blocked the motion. Assemblyman John McKeon, also a Democrat, claimed that the motion was out-of-order. Speaker Coughlin ultimately refused to move the bill to second reading.

*** end quote ***

Unfortunately politicians and bureaucrats don’t think in terms of what is best for “We, The Sheeple”.

As a gun owning pro-life pro-choice little L libertarian, I don’t like the whole concept of Gooferment Skrules. BUT, (and there is always a BIG butt), if “we” have to have them, then they should be like Fort Knox — unassailable.

If the Trenton Democrats have some valid objection to the bill — I can’t imagine what it is — they have an obligation to publicly voice them and propose their own version.  No one can argue that the police in mass shootings seems to be focused on containment and chalk lines.

Personally, I have made note of these names and will remind “We, The Sheeple” when it’s time to vote of their actions.  Maybe it won’t make a difference in the vote totals, but, to quite Donald J. Trump’s immortal line from the Apprentice — “You’re fired”.

  • He locked himself in a fourth grade classroom where he shot dead 19 kids and two of their teachers
  • It took police at least hour to breach the classroom to shoot him – and it’s now claimed they needed a key to get into the room
  • As they struggled to get him inside, desperate parents were held back from the school by cops with tasers
  • In new video, police are shown restraining one frantic man who asked them why they weren’t in the school
  • ‘We’re taking care of it!’ yelled one officer who was holding parents back from the scene
  • One law enforcement official anonymously revealed cops took so long to get into the classroom because they needed a key
  • It was only when a staff member found one for them that they got inside, according to NPR

Timeline of a massacre: How events unfolded in Uvalde, Texas
11:32am Gunman arrives at the school after shooting his grandmother. She survived and called 911, telling them he had fled.

At the school the gunman encounters a school resource officer.

It’s unclear if he tried to shoot him but the gunman was able to make his way inside and barricades himself into a fourth grade classroom

11:43am: Robb Elementary School posts to Facebook that the campus has gone under lockdown due to gunshots in the area.

Parents rush to the scene

12.17pm: The school posts on Facebook that there is an ‘active shooter’ on campus

1.06pm:The Uvalde Police Department reports the suspect is ‘in police custody’ after police broke into the classroom.

By then, 150 cops had descended onto the scene but it took 90 minutes for them to get to the shooter and stop him

Shocking new video has emerged showing Texas cops restraining parents as they tried to rescue their kids on Tuesday after a gunman unleashed terror inside the elementary school, as questions grow over why it took so long to get to the shooter after the first 911 call.

Salvador Ramos, 18, arrived at the school in Uvalde at 11.30am, crashing his car into a ditch.

A school resource officer was at the scene but he failed to stop him from making his way inside.

Two other cops also rushed to the school at that time – Ramos had just shot his grandmother in the face at their home less than five miles away. She survived and called the police.

When they arrived, Ramos is said to have shot at them then ran into the school, where he barricaded himself in the fourth grade classroom and shot 19 kids and two teachers dead.

It took another 90 minutes from that point for police to declare the shooting over.

The “fog of war” seems to have begun to clear.

I’d like to read an “after action report”.  Seriously, “waited to find a key” sounds like “the dog ate my homework”.

I still am waiting to hear if the young criminal was on SSRIs.

In any event, why was it so easy to get into the school. And, I thought that Texas was one of the States that armed teachers.

The “school resource officer” was not very helpful.

As painful as it will be to the parents, I hope someone is seriously looking at the video and taking note what could be dome NOW to prevent the next copy cat.

This is an amazing story. A good story because he got back alive.

So many of our young women and men didn’t.  Of those that made it back, how many were broken?

And politicians and bureaucrats speak glibly about “war”.  Give them and their children a gun and a plane ticket.

“A soldier accepts personal responsibility for the safety of the body politic of which he is a member, defending it, if need be, with his life. The civilian does not.” — Lt. Col. Jean V. Dubois (Ret.) and student, p. 26 Starship Troopers (1959) by Robert A. Heinlein

Remember Heinlein’s Starship Troopers’ universe? One does not merely have the right to be a citizen and vote by virtue of what Heinlein called the mere accident of birth; rather, one has to earn this right through Federal Service that tested one’s ability and willingness to sacrifice for the greater good of the polity. Bet not a lot of vets would vote for all the undeclared wars the USA has been in since WW2?

Let’s fill Congress with vets and see how quickly we get out of meaningless wars!
