Certainly, shrink-wrapped licenses, HIPPA forms, and all manner of paperwork shoved in your face at time of purchase is NOT “Informed Consent”.
I’d be interested if this ever becomes a bone of contention in a courtroom.
I’d certainly find that there little ever “Informed Consent”!
