Tayler Hansen Loses YouTube Account Days After He Is Mentioned in a DOJ Indictment as the Victim of an Alleged Crime

On Wednesday, the Biden-Harris Regime announced it was launching a “whole government action” to purge so-called ‘Russian propaganda’ and ‘disinformation’ ahead of the 2024 election.

Biden accused Russia of a sustained effort to influence the upcoming election, according to CNN and NBC News.

Then, on Wednesday afternoon, the Department of Justice announced that employees from Russia Today’s media outlet had invested in a $10 million scheme to create and distribute content to U.S. audiences with hidden Russian government messaging.

Crooked AG Merrick Garland announced, “The Justice Department will not tolerate attempts by an authoritarian regime to exploit our country’s free exchange of ideas in order to covertly further its own propaganda efforts, and our investigation into this matter remains ongoing.”

*** and ***

According to the Biden DOJ, the RT employees set up Tenet Media, a media startup company linked to conservative heavyweights Tim Pool, Benny Johnson, Dave Rubin, Lauren Southern, and Tayler Hanson.

These leading conservative talkers quickly condemned the allegations by Joe Biden’s lawless DOJ.

But the damage was done, and the DOJ tied these prominent conservatives to their latest “Russian scandal.”

It didn’t take long before these conservatives, despite being innocent, were targeted by the social media elites.

On Friday, YouTube banned Tayler Hansen’s account. Tayler had hundreds of videos of his undercover work over the years. Now it is gone. They don’t even warn you so you can save your videos!

Sure, and it just so happens that this is right in front of the election.

How about holding announcements until you’ve won in court?

Just because Merrick Garland says something, it must be true.

After Police Didn’t Take it Seriously He Exposed an International Bike Theft Ring on His Own
By Andy Corbley – Aug 30, 202

*** begin quote ***

As one might imagine, the police in counties like Sonoma, Santa Clara, and Santa Cruz didn’t listen to him. “We’re not Interpol” they would say.

*** and ***

Hance had been clued into the Colorado bike smuggling ring with a Modus Operandi extremely similar to that of the one he believed was behind the thefts all over California, but was even more bold—bike thieves at one point smashed through the front of a bike shop with a van, loaded up the van with a dozen bikes, and drove off.

As to the California smugglers, Hance believes the man at the end of the trail is operating out of Jalisco, and Hance’s sleuthing turned up perhaps the chief fence on this side of the border. Victoriano Romero—who was then subsequently raided by police and found to be in possession of bikes similar to ones reported stolen on Bike Index, along with $200,000 cash in a strongbox in his San Jose auto shop.

The arrest of Romero hasn’t disrupted the network, and Hance still sees that the Jalisco seller routinely offers high-end bikes for sale on his social media pages: accessible only because Hance uses a VPN to funnel his connection through Mexico.

*** end quote ***

Maybe the politicians and bureaucrats of Sonoma, Santa Clara, and Santa Cruz should put Brian Hance in as their Police Commissioner?

I can’t imagine a bigger slap in the face than a private individual cracking international crime rings.

DISCOURAGING: Crime is going up; the stats are being manipulated

ABC’s David Muir Lied About Crime Falling Under Biden-Harris
John R. Lott, Jr.  | Sep 11, 2024

*** begin quote ***

DAVID MUIR: “President Trump, as you know, the FBI says overall violent crime is coming down in this country, …”

In fact, Trump was correct about the increase in crime under Biden. While violent crime fell by 17 percent under Trump, Biden has seen it rise by 43 percent.

Muir doesn’t understand what the FBI is measuring. The FBI counts the number of crimes reported to police. Trump was right that less than half of police departments are now giving that data to the FBI, but, more importantly, Trump was discussing what was happening to total crime, not just the number of crimes reported to police.

There are two measures of crime: One, the FBI’s Uniform Crime Reports (UCR), counts the number of crimes reported to police yearly.

The other, the Bureau of Justice Statistics’ National Crime Victimization Survey, asks about 240,000 people each year whether they have been victims of crime, in an attempt to measure both reported and unreported crimes.

We know that crime victims report only about 40 percent of violent crimes and 30 percent of property crimes to police.

Like the Covid “vaccine” injury stats, the Gooferment has put their collective “thumb” on the scale.

Elon Musk’s Starlink Offers Free Emergency Phone Coverage in Wilderness Areas Worldwide
By Andy Corbley – Sep 2, 2024

*** begin quote ***

The satellite internet service Starlink is seeking approval to facilitate 911 calls from wilderness areas to help improve search and rescue efforts and reduce deaths.

Elon Musk’s satellite constellation has served a variety of publicized uses, like giving Ukrainians the ability to communicate during wartime. The most recent is a partnership between Starlink and T-Mobile seeking FCC regulatory approval for a direct-to-cellular service that would allow those deep in the mountains and forests to reach emergency services.

“SpaceX Starlink will provide emergency services access for mobile phones for people in distress for free,” Musk wrote on his social media platform X, formerly Twitter.

“This applies worldwide, subject to approval by country governments. Can’t have a situation where someone dies because they forgot, or were unable to pay for it.”

Direct-to-cellular functions would have a greater scope than just emergencies. Speaking about their application to the FCC, the chairwoman of the regulatory agency referred to it as the beginning of the “Single-network future” which she described as one in which the user “won’t need to think about what network, where, and what services are available; connections will just work everywhere, all the time.”

*** end quote ***

Excuse me, but in stead of the the FCC chairwoman “speaking”, why hasn’t this been “approved” without further “Barbara streisand”?

Sorry, but I don’t understand.

Musk made an offer.  The response should be: “Go ahead with all due haste”!

The complaint notes that Goodwolf’s sharing of law enforcement data and the alleged plans to create a website for people to see if their data was exposed interferes with police investigations.

The City seeks a temporary restraining order, preliminary injunction, and permanent injunction against Goodwolf to prevent further dissemination of stolen data. Additionally, the City is seeking damages exceeding $25,000.

A reported by NBC4, a Franklin County judge issued the temporary restraining order yesterday, barring Goodwolf from accessing, downloading, and disseminating the City’s stolen data. The order also requires the defendant to preserve all data that was downloaded to date.

In a press conference about the lawsuit, shown below, City Attorney Zach Klein says that the lawsuit is not about suppressing free speech, as Goodwolf can still talk about the leak, but is aimed at preventing him from downloading and disseminating the stolen information.

A social media craze in Spain where people are encouraged to seek out prospective partners in supermarkets with the help of pineapples has led to some chaotic scenes.

In the city of Bilbao, northern Spain, police were reportedly called by workers after a flash mob of hopeful singles packed a Mercadona store and “overwhelmed” it.

The crowd quickly dispersed when officers arrived, and no one was arrested in the incident.

Singletons have been drawn to branches of the supermarket chain, where it is claimed they can find romance if they visit between 7pm and 8pm and put a pineapple upside down in their trolley.

According to surinenglish.com, Lidl has sent a message to all its customers in Spain entitled: “La hora del amor” (the hour of love).

Lawmakers approved legislation to ban deepfakes related to elections and require large social media platforms to remove the deceptive material 120 days before Election Day and 60 days thereafter. Campaigns also would be required to publicly disclose if they’re running ads with materials altered by AI.

A pair of proposals would make it illegal to use AI tools to create images and videos of child sexual abuse. Current law does not allow district attorneys to go after people who possess or distribute AI-generated child sexual abuse images if they cannot prove the materials are depicting a real person.

Tech companies and social media platforms would be required to provide AI detection tools to users under another proposal.

HEALTH: Fears of a cancer cover-up in state — Conspiracy Theoriey or Real Risk

Fears of a cancer cover-up in state suffering mystery spike in tumors

  • DO YOU HAVE A HEALTH-RELATED STORY? WE’D LOVE TO HEAR IT. GET IN TOUCH: HEALTH@DAILYMAIL.COM

By Maiya Focht In Iowa For Dailymail.Com
Published: 07:48 EDT, 2 September 2024 | Updated: 08:31 EDT, 2 September 2024

*** begin quote ***

A mystery surge in cancer in Iowa has been blamed on alcohol – but locals fear another major factor is being ignored or suppressed.

DailyMail.com visited Iowa and spoke to doctors and locals who had cancer themselves or knew of dozens who had, but one common thread stood out – none of them were heavy drinkers.

And while a report published in early 2024 highlighted alcohol as a major health concern, locals are trying to raise awareness about another contributor: agricultural chemicals – of which Iowa uses more than any other state.

*** and ***

Neil Hamilton, a lawyer and the former Director of the Drake Agricultural Law Center, told DailyMail.com: ‘There seems to be a surprising lack of curiosity [from] the agricultural companies and agriculturalists and farm groups.

‘And, you know, maybe that’s predictable, because they maybe are concerned about what might be found if we started scratching a little bit deeper.’

*** and ***

He regularly reported on high levels of nitrates in the various waterways across the state – including those citizens swam and fished in. A blog he ran through the University of Iowa that shared this pollution data and his opinions about water policy gained a large audience in the state.

In May 2023, two members of Iowa’s state legislature allegedly approached university officials about stopping Mr Jones’ blog, The Chronicle of Higher Education reported.

Mr Jones told The Chronicle the message from them was: ‘You guys can’t be over here asking for money for these various programs and at the same time allow this blog to continue.’

He added, ‘Now, is that a threat? Is that a threat to defund something? I think it’s definitely something you better take seriously.’

Shortly after, his blog was shut down, he retired and $500,000 in funding was stripped from his program.

Mr Jones wrote: ‘I’ve written these essays, especially over the last two years, knowing that I was basically a dog chasing cars. Once in a while, even a three-legged dog like me can get too close to the rear wheels, and well, that happened.’

One of the lawmakers named in the Chronicle, Senator Dan Zumbach, who is also a farmer, said ‘no threat to funding was ever made because of the content of a blog,’ and those claims are ‘reckless and potentially defamatory.’

Senator Tom Shipley, also named, told the Chronicle a conversation had occurred about Mr Jones’ blog, but declined further comment.

*** end quote ***

Sure sounds like that “three-legged dog” got close to “The Truth”.

What First Amendment?  Those two Iowa state legislators should be investigated and prosecuted.

The blog was “conversed about”!  That sure sounds fishy.

On my taxonomy, I’d rate this as “Class 5 Possible” in the “Governmental Conspiracy Theory” and “Health Conspiracy Theory” categories.

GUNS: NSSF in partnership with ATF launched Operation Secure Store

Smash-and-Grab Gun Thefts Threaten Communities, Small Businesses. NSSF Has Real Solutions.
By Lawrence G. Keane | 4:01 PM | August 30, 2024

*** begin quote ***

NSSF in partnership with ATF launched Operation Secure Store®. It’s just one part of NSSF’s Real Solutions. Safer Communities® initiatives to provide answers to the problems the firearm industry faces. Operation Secure Store (OSS) proactively educates federal firearms licensees (FFLs) in identifying and quantifying vulnerabilities and risks associated with the business of firearms commerce and industry-related operations as a whole. NSSF offers firearm retailers a free Risk and Security Self-Assessment Tool to begin to understand how firearm retailers can layer security to help stop these crimes.

Operation Secure Store started when ATF noticed a concerning trend and approached NSSF to help stem the problem. That led to OSS. ATF now responds to every burglary to work with the FFL and local law enforcement to ascertain the number of firearms stolen and put the information into the stolen gun database. This is not a compliance inspection. The ATF treats the FFL as what they are – a victim of a violent crime. ATF will also alert firearm retailers in the area to be on guard because these gangs will often victimize other local area gun shops, and even at times hit the same firearm retailer a second time.

For any firearm retailer, regardless if they are an NSSF member, a security consultant team is available to help with this. NSSF set up a hotline for any firearm retailer to get more information – 1-800-FLLNSSF. That’s not just for security questions, but also federal regulatory compliance questions, lead and noise Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) noise compliance questions and access to NSSF suicide prevention resources.

*** and ***

Politicians Punish Firearm Retailers

These Real Solutions are imperative because gun control politicians see these crimes as opportunities to punish firearm retailers with state-level laws that make it increasingly difficult and costly for small business owners. They want to treat the victim of the crime – the dealer – as the criminal and blame them for the crime committed by gangs. Washington state passed a law earlier this year that requires gun shop owners to have bars, grates and security screens on all windows and commercial-grade metal doors at each point of entry. The law mandates firearms be stored overnight in a fireproof safe. The state also requires security alarms systems monitored by a remote base that’s capable of notifying law enforcement and retain those recordings for seven years. Those systems must include motion and sound detectors. Those system also require monitoring of customers.

*** and ***

Jason Rantz, a talk-show host for KTTH, called these requirements an effort “to put gun shops out of business with insurmountable, frivolous costs under the lie that it’s about public safety.”

He’s not wrong. And it’s happening. Stan’s Merry Mart in Wenatchee, Wash., announced they would no longer sell firearms after 11 years in the business because of the new burdensome requirements.

*** end quote ***

Politicians and bureaucrats don’t want to solve the gun problem.  They just want to restrict law abiding people from exercising their natural right to keep and bear arms.  Crime would shrink drastically if the victims MIGHT be armed.

“Victim disarmament is the view that it is somehow better to see a woman raped in an alley and strangled with her own pantyhose, than see her with a gun in her hand.” — T.D. Melrose

“I particularly like unlimited concealed carry. If the criminal regards the general public as sheep to be shorn, then let’s sprinkle in a few “sheepdogs” with big teeth in the flock. Guess which gay to bash? Buzz, wrong, you picked a Pink Pistol and you’re dead! Guess which woman to bash? Buzz, wrong, you picked a Paxton Quigly and you’re dead! Guess which brown person to bash? Buzz, wrong, you picked a Massad Ayoob and you’re dead!” — GUNS: Let’s sprinkle in a few “sheepdogs” with big teeth in the flock

Arizona mom arrested for criticizing officials at public meeting sues for rights violation

Eat your heart out, North Korea.

An Arizona mom was arrested for violating a bizarre authoritarian-style city law that forbids anyone from criticizing city officials at public meetings — outraging a free speech group that now plans to sue, officials told The Post.

Rebekah Massie, 32, was speaking out against a proposed $12,000 raise for Surprise City Attorney Robert Wingo — who reportedly already earns $266,000 annually — at a city council meeting on Aug. 20, when she was cut off by Mayor Skip Hall.

*** and ***

It wasn’t immediately clear how Massie could be arrested for trespassing at a meeting that was open to the public.

Surprise Police Chief Benny Pina and Mayor Skip Hall didn’t return calls from The Post Friday.

Sgt. Richard Hernandez, a public information officer for the city, told The Post a person may be charged with trespassing if they are asked by a “police officer or the owner of a property” to leave and refuse.

He said the police chief had not asked Massie to leave the meeting — but declined to elaborate on how the law applies to the incident, considering Mayor Hall doesn’t own Surprise City Hall, where the meeting took place.

*** end quote ***

Governor of Arizona Katie Hobbs. $95,000.

Attorney General of Arizona Kris Mayes. $90,000.

Arizona Secretary of State Adrian Fontes. $70,000.

So why is Surprise City Attorney being paid 266,000?  That’s more than the top THREE state officials.

And, no now seems to understand that the First Amendment applies to the States under the current Supreme Court concept of “incorporation”!

I’ve often thought that Gooferment salaries were out of line and this just proves it.

If I was an Arizona citizen, then I’d insist that no one can be paid MORE than the Governor.  Just like no one should be paid more than the President of the United States.

YubiKeys are vulnerable to cloning attacks thanks to newly discovered side channel (3 minute read)

The YubiKey 5 hardware token for two-factor authentication has a cryptographic flaw that makes it vulnerable to cloning attacks when physically accessed by an attacker. Yubico has confirmed that all YubiKey 5 models are susceptible to cloning due to a side channel vulnerability in the Infineon microcontroller used in various authentication devices. Updating firmware on affected YubiKeys is not possible, leaving them permanently vulnerable to potential attacks.

“I watched them pass the trash right in front of me,” said the woman, now Ashley Rolen, 39, an Oklahoma City entrepreneur married to a pastor. She is working to publicize the problem of sexual misconduct, particularly among K-12 school employees. “My story is significant but not unique,” she notes ruefully.

Sorry, but this should NOT happen. All resignations, “quiet” or otherwise, should be reported to the press and investigated by the police.  Bring the bureaucrats (i.e., principal; the vice; and anyone else in the chain of command) down to the police station, put them in an interrogation room, and ask “routine questions”.  Anyone that doesn’t cooperate is immediately suspended pending an appearance at a Grand Jury.  If crossing state lines is involved the FBI should be conducting the investigation.  I’d insist on an audio and video record be kept.

This <synonym for excrement> would quickly stop.  No “education” bureaucrat would risk their job, pension, and possible jail time to cover for a criminal.  I suspect that there would enthusiastic cooperation.

And, anyone convicted or loses misconduct suit in court is FOREVER banned from school or Gooferment employment at any level.

TLDR Crypto 2024-08-27

Wyoming is pushing crypto payments and trying to beat the Fed to a digital dollar

Wyoming plans to launch the Wyoming stable token, a US-dollar-backed stablecoin, in Q1 2025. Its goal is to facilitate faster and cheaper transactions while introducing a new revenue stream for the state. The token will serve as a model for a federally digitized dollar, and the state will invest reserves into Treasury Bills to fund public schools. If successful, Wyoming hopes to expand to tokenizing other assets like commodities and real estate.

If WY is really interested in building up their State investing in US Treasury bonds is NOT a good long term strategy.  A better one would be to foster Wyoming businesses like ranches, farms, and homes with “friendly” financing for things whole within their State. The North Dakota bank is the exemplar of how to do it. All State, City, and local Gooferments can do their “banking” with the WY Bank and cut Wall Street out of the “supply train”.  By developing Wyoming’s financial infrastructure it can prepare for the hard times ahead.  Think local; act local.  #endthefed

Biden Administration
Biden-Harris Admin Warns Kindergartners Climate Change Will Leave Entire US Cities Underwater

  • Kids warned of ‘inescapable death spiral’ of climate change by federal government

NASA’s “Climate Kids” webpage offers fun environment-related educational activities, films, and video games for children in kindergarten. It also warns children that the world is undergoing cataclysmic warming, sea levels are rising, global ice coverage is diminishing, and their future may very well be doomed.

Climate Kids proclaims that the cost of fossil fuels is “pollution, the destruction of landscapes and natural habitats, oil spills in the ocean, and nasty fracking chemicals in the ground,” while the “biggest problem of all” is global warming. The website separately shows an image of what it says may soon occur to the United States’ Eastern Seaboard: a calamitous sea level rise covering entire cities, including New Orleans and Miami. The website fails to include a timeline for such an event.

Maybe NASA should gocus on warning the billionairs buying beach front property … …

Or maybe how to rescue the astronauts stuck on the ISS because their ride home is broken?

Argh!

The Gooferment is immoral, ineffective, and inefficient. As well as untrustworthy.

And, in this specific incident, “way out of their lane.”

If the Obamas believed in global warming’s sea rise, why to they have TWO ocean front mansions.  Could this be evidence that they don’t believe their own propaganda “mis information”.

Maybe NASA should warn Kindergartners about zombies, Pennywise, and not brushing their teeth,

Argh!

I have an idea, let’s defund NASA.  It’s good start.  Let Wall Street sell off their facilities and use it for the 35T$ of “national debt”.  And, while we are defunding things, #endtheFED.  Repeal the 16th and 17th amendments too.

Argh!
