The proposal to join Idaho isn’t the first effort Oregonians have made to leave the state. In 1941, residents of southwestern Oregon tried to secede by creating a state of Jefferson with northern Californians.

SAD: Jose Altuve tattoo conspiracy should heighten MLB’s hunt

Really, in light of the high emotions surrounding this matter, shouldn’t Altuve proactively display his alleged tattoo, which Correa first mentioned to The Athletic? The shortstop said that his double-play partner wanted to hide the ugly, unfinished artwork on his collarbone, which on the surface sounds just as ludicrous as the other given explanation, that Altuve’s wife didn’t like it when he disrobed up top. Adding to the intrigue, social-media detective Jomboy pointed out that Altuve put on an undershirt late in the notorious American League Championship Series Game 6, then removed it prior to stepping to the plate in the bottom of the ninth.

Short Hills Man Passes Away In Lift Accident At Vail Ski Resort | Patch

The accident occurred on the ski lifts, according to a follow up report in Vail Daily.The cause of death was positional asphyxiation, which apparently occurred after Varnish started to fall through the chair.

This seems dishonest by both the dealer and the borrower.

Like the sub-prime mortgage fiasco, the banks are letting the “originator” off the hook.

The fix is easy.  Make the originator responsible — both jointly and severally — for the loan when and if it defaults.

Problem solved.

Be it any kind of loan, everyone needs to have skin in the game!

I can’t image the logic that ignores the history of “rent control” and it’s impact on the housing market.

Maybe it’s time for a NY-Exit, like BREXIT, but for the states that are unsalvageable.
