Job Description:
eTrust Expert with strong LDAP background:
· Perform monitoring to trap errors in the environment and duplication within the directory
· Monitor or locate bugs (provisioning or directory application) in the directory environment
· Complete 3rd party patch installations
· Participate in the delivery of necessary 3rd party upgrades
· Deploy schema changes to add attributes within the directory
· Perform test cycles to validate added attributes
· Monitor release cycles for builds
· Write scripts to perform data analysis of the Directory
· Perform daily checks to insure database replication on each Directory Service Agent (DSA) group is functioning within the defined parameters.
· Perform operational checks and daily data analyst verify DSA replication times and replication is working properly
· Analyze the directory logs for any issues
· Build, test, and implement new changes to the directory solutions and services
· Monitor database of customer information stored in the eTrust directory
· Monitor DSA directory service
· Monitor grouping of servers at each datacenter
· Monitor eTrust x500 programming for data reconciliation
