Hello… Hal Dell here. I’m look for a resource to help with an interesting programming project. I need a consultant/programmer in North American that develops VB applications in ASP .NET 2.0 or greater for a Web Site Project plus the person needs to demonstrate the capability to programatically manipulate videos using the Windows Media API. For example if I have a multiple Videos I might want to to replace the audio track on every video with another track.
