RANT: Why does NJ have duplicate road “authorities”?

NJ has the Turnpike Authority, the Garden State Parkway Authority, the Atlantic City Expressway Authority, the Delaware Bridge Commission, and the DOT.

If I was King of NJ, then I’d nuke ’em all.

Do we think that roads and bridges can only be done by the gooferment?

Even if it was true, why can’t we have just one DOT?

It should remain the same way it is now with the Turnpike making 800 million dollares a year and the Parkway making 300 million dollares a year we just need better adminastration of the money in trenton. Why would anybody want to give something up that makes so much money now and in the future. Maybe the governor has made deals already with companys like who Goldman Sachs, they can only stand to make a billion dollars if the Turnpike gets leased to one of there clients. Why would the governor consider making a deal with a company he used to be the ceo of,and many of his right hand men down in trenton who are also ex Goldman Sachs people. Leave them alone to make money and keep ownership to the people on NJ
