When UHC hit me with a “new” formulary, I would usually spend some amount of my time, attention, effort, and whatever dikw was needed to play “Find Waldo” (i.e., look for changes that affect me in a mass of mouse print)!
Now with AI in my tool chest, I downloaded the formulary pdf, and then uploaded it to CLAUDE_AI (which I weirdly call CLAUDIA). I upload my drug list and give CLAUDIA the go ahead.

Before I can say the MAGIC WORD — Shazam! — CLAUDIA tells me no surprises.
Since my short-term memory sucks,
