UK Government Wins 2-Year Battle to Withhold Data Linking COVID Vaccines to Excess Deaths

  • Under a ruling last week by the U.K. Information Commissioner’s Office, the UK Health Security Agency is not required to publicly release data that could link COVID-19 vaccines to excess deaths. The ruling, which ended a two-year battle over the data, has led to accusations of a “cover-up,” according to The Telegraph, which first reported the story.

Breaking: Federal Court Reopens Case of 24-Year-Old Who Died of COVID Vaccine-Induced Myocarditis

  • A federal court today reopened a lawsuit against the DOD filed by the family of George Watts Jr., a 24-year-old college student who died from complications of COVID-19 vaccine-induced myocarditis. Watts believed he was getting Pfizer’s fully licensed Comirnaty vaccine, but instead received the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine authorized for emergency use.

FDA had approved the Pfizer Comirnaty vaccine on Aug. 23, 2021 — and his second dose on Sept. 17, 2021.

However, the hospital gave Watts the emergency use authorization (EUA) Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine, not the licensed Comirnaty shot, because the DOD didn’t make the FDA-approved vaccines available to the public.

According to the lawsuit, the DOD “capitalized on a quintessential ‘bait and switch’ fraud,” using the fact that Comirnaty was FDA-approved to bolster its claims that the Pfizer-BioNTech EUA vaccine was “safe and effective,” misleading the American public in the process.

COVID-19 vaccines are classified as a “covered countermeasure” under the PREP Act. The act prevents anyone injured by a vaccine that was authorized during a public health emergency from suing the vaccine manufacturers or those who administer the vaccines.

However, there’s one exception — if the person who was injured can prove that the vaccine maker or the person who administered the vaccine engaged in “willful misconduct.”

Bottom line: The man is dead and only by quirk does the issue come before a judge.

Who in their right mind would EVER allow Big Pharma to have such an immunity free of liability?

Informed consent goes out the window when there is Big Bucks to be made.

  • Germany’s foreign intelligence agency determined with 80%-95% certainty in 2020 that the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic originated with a lab leak at the Wuhan Institute of Virology in China — but successive governments kept the information “under lock and key,” according to a German investigative report published Wednesday.

Germany’s foreign intelligence agency, the BND, determined with 80%-95% certainty in 2020 that the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic originated with a lab leak at the Wuhan Institute of Virology in China — but successive governments kept the information “under lock and key,” according to a German investigative report.

The report, published jointly on Wednesday by Die Zeit and Süddeutsche Zeitung, was the result of an 18-month investigation.

The investigation found that in 2020, then-German Chancellor Angela Merkel commissioned a BND operation code-named “Project Saaremaa” that targeted Chinese agencies and research institutions.

When the BND’s investigation concluded that a Wuhan lab leak was the most likely source of the COVID-19 pandemic, the Merkel government prohibited the spy agency from releasing its results to the public.

If so, then how can we believe ANYTHING they said.  And the whole “plandemic” with the “it’s not really a vaccine” by Big Pharma was a fraud.
