Connecticut just became the tenth blue state to pledge to cast its electoral votes for whichever presidential candidate wins the popular vote nationally.
Why?
Because according to the measure’s proponents, the electoral college — along with everything else that’s more than 10 minutes old — is backward and stupid.

Why we shouldn’t subvert the Dead Old White Guys’ “Electoral College”!
Take a look at the post Dead Old White Guys’ First Ten and see how they screwed up the country. Some are confused and confusing (i.e., the 14th) — subject to misinterpretation; at least one was stupidly wrong (i.e., the 18th) — lead to organized crime that even the 21st couldn’t fix; and the biggest disaster (i.e., the 17th) — direct election of Senators — that deprived the States from preventing the Federal Gooferment from unfunded mandates and “buying” States cooperation with “Other People’s Money”.
Now we complain about “too much money in politics”, just repeal the 17th! Put the State Legislators back on the hot seat. Argh!

That adamant assertion came into question Friday night when the Republican majority on the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence released portions of Mr. Comey’s closed-door testimony. The section had been classified when the panel’s Russia report was first released last month.
In the now-declassified pages, Mr. Comey is quoted verbatim as saying agents, in fact, assessed Mr. Flynn as not being deceptive. Agents questioned him about his phone calls during the presidential transition with Russian ambassador Sergey Kislyak.
Mr. Comey testified, “The agents …. discerned no physical indications of deception. They didn’t see any change in posture, in tone, in inflection, in eye contact. They saw nothing that indicated to them that he knew he was lying to them.”

So what is the remedy for Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn; where does he go to get his reputation back?
And, what is the penalty for James Comey; he either lied to Congress or to the American People? Has he ever been interviewed by an FBI agent and lied? (Remember Martha Stewart?)
So many questions; so few answers. Where’s the “truth”?

Bully a plant, a live experiment with two IKEA plants and with thousands of children, to help to raise awareness around Anti-Bullying Day on 4th May in the Middle East.The live experiment involved IKEA taking two of its very own plants and installing them at the school, where one plant was fed compliments and words of encouragement, while the other was verbally bullied with hateful words. The students were encouraged to record their own voices to share their love with the first plant and give words of criticism to the second, either first hand or via social media interaction.
