Chicago’s mayor-elect says the city should not demonize the teens who organized a ‘Teen Takeover’ of the Loop over the weekend, even after the event turned violent with cars burnt cars and minors shot. Brandon Johnson, 47, said Sunday he does not ‘condone the destructive activity’ and that it’s ‘unacceptable and has no place’ in Chicago, but that it should not be used as a way to vilify the group. ‘However, it is not constructive to demonize youth who have otherwise been starved of opportunities in their own communities,’ said Johnson, a progressive Democrat. Shocking footage showed some teenagers jumping on top of a bus while others started a massive brawl after descending on Millennium Park and attempting to breach barricades. Gunshots rang out with some rounds striking two teenage boys aged 16 and 17. Sorry, but I disagree.  This is behavior that should be demonized and punished severely. 

These were criminals and thugs rioting.

“Law and Order” is a joke in these Democratic cities.

Nor, for that matter, are regularly employed working-class blacks.

For States or other Gooferment unit that declare themselves as sanctuaries, no Federal funds for any purpose. 

If they’d like to secede, let them. 

When we run out of criminal illegals, then reassess the situation.

This is simply incredible. He is criticizing Florida for locking down when the truth is that 1) he ordered lockdowns nationwide, 2) blasted Georgia for being the first to open, and 3) dismissed and criticized Sweden the whole time!

I think back to the Apprentice TV show.  Pre-presidential DJT at the end of one show, he sympathized with one of the contestants and reviewed how he failed and what he might have done.  Then ended with the classic line: “You’re Fired!”

So too, DJT45 has to own his role in the national Covid disaster.  I can sympathize that “everyone” was in a panic, he got bad advice from characters who had a hidden agenda to see him fail as well as a financial motivation for everyone getting the Jab.  But, as a NYC builder, he should have been much more savvy.

So, DJT45, “You’re Fired”.

Go to the sidelines and help the country avoid future disasters.

If I were you I’d urge ending the CDC, the FDA, the FBI, the CIA, and DHS.  Become this era’s Andrew Jackson.

Feinstein is 89 years old; she will be 91 come the 2024 election. In any reasonable world, having had a more-than-distinguished career, she would now gracefully bow out and make room for the next generation—or even the one after that. She should have done so in 2018, but insisted on staying in the race, scaring off most challengers. The one senior figure who did enter the contest was then–California Senate president pro tem Kevin de León; in the top-two-advance primary, Feinstein received about 44 percent of the vote, and de León came in second, with 12 percent. In the general election later that year, she got 54.2 percent to de León’s 45.8. Her rival went on to be elected to the Los Angeles City Council, and then self-destructed in 2022 when he was caught on tape, along with several colleagues, using racially inflammatory language to mock another council member and his adopted child.

Four years later, Feinstein is approaching 90, and, by all accounts, is a pale shadow of her former self. Last year, the San Francisco Chronicle ran a long article quoting colleagues of Feinstein’s who questioned her mental fitness to remain in office. To date, however, despite ever-louder discussions about her impaired short-term memory and her difficulty performing her senatorial duties, Feinstein has not indicated any retirement plans. Like Strom Thurmond and Robert Byrd before her—the former of whom served in the Senate until six months before his death, at the age of 100 in 2003, and the latter of whom died in office at the age of 92—at least one part of the aging senator’s psyche seems to believe that eternal membership in the Senate is some sort of birthright.

The Dead Old White Guys, in their inifinite wisdom, put an age requirement to be a Senator.  

The Seventeenth Amendment took the selection power from the various State legislators and created a whole different system. (Like taking the brakes out of a car!)

So it seems time for a Consititional Amendment to repeal the Seventeenth and introduce 70 as a maximum age.

(I can’t blame the Dead Old White Guys for not envisioning the increase in life span that exceeds the human brain’s capacity in old age.)

Two men wrongfully-imprisoned for more than two decades were able to spend Christmas with their families after a podcast and non-profit advanced evidence of their innocence.

Darrell Lee Clark and Cain Joshua Storey were just teenagers when they stood trial for a murder of their 15-year-old friend he died of gunshot wounds at a party in 1996.

Clack had all the charges against him dropped after a motion for a new trial was field on his behalf by attorneys from the Georgia Innocence Project. He was released Thursday along with Storey.

The details go like this. At a party, 15-year-old Brian Bowling shot himself in a game of Russian Roulette with a gun allegedly provided by Storey. Manslaughter was to be the original charge, but Bowling’s distraught family urged for the charge to be stiffened to murder, and charged Clark who had a corroborating alibi of his absence from the whole situation, in a conspiracy to murder.

The Proof podcast hosts interviewed the party hostess, who admitted that the police had coerced her into making false statements regarding Clark and Storey’s testimony. The second witness was a hearing-impaired man, and Simpson and Davis got him on record as not being able to separate the Bowling murder details with a very similar case from ten years later in 1976.

The “death penalty” eliminates any chance of rectifying an injustice.

The police coerced a false statement; they should be punished severely.

Qualified immunity is a joke.  I’m sure all involved are enjoying their pensions.

I keep getting annoyed by the word “democracy”.  The USA is no a “democracy”.  In fact, “democracy” means mob rule.

Is “blatant partisan gerrymandering” any different than all the recent Election Day frauds which appeared in the last few elections?  And, how about the Deep State (i.e., CIA, FBI, DOJ, DHS) violating the First Amendment to swing the election?

So let’s stop kidding ourselves about what type of environment we suffer under.

It’s imho a tyrannical oligarchy in which different “gangs” have a kabuki dance to decide who gets to screw the Taxpayer.

Maybe I’ve become a real “get off my lawn” senior citizen, but I don’t see anything changing anytime soon.  When the “suckers” stop the “parasites” from feeding off them, then maybe we will have a “revolution”.  Til then, don’t make me laugh or annoy me with these pretend “Constitutional issue”.

Since 2020, the old proportional-representation admissions quotas have expanded into weird “reparatory” admissions. Purported “marginalized populations” have often been admitted at levels greater than percentages in the general population.

Consequently, “problematic” standardized tests are damned as biased and antithetical to “diversity.”

To accommodate radical diversity reengineering, the only demographic deemed expendable are white males. Their plunging numbers on campus, especially from the working class, are now much less than their percentages in the general population—regardless of grades or test scores.

At Yale, the class of 2026 is listed as 50% white and 55% female. Fourteen percent were admitted as “legacies.” In sum, qualified but poor white males without privilege or connections seem mostly excluded.

With the race called Tuesday night by The Associated Press, Warnock held a slim 51.2% to 48.8% lead with 98% of the vote counted.

Nothing matters to them: inflation, Hunter Biden, rampant cheating in the past elections, crime, debt, deficit, unfunded mandates, cultural decline, mass illegal immigration, insider trading, corruption of Big Pharma, the endless wars … …

Hence, I don’t want to hear anyone complain about the results.  You got what you voted for.

From now on, I’ll vote a straight Libertarian ticket; as if that matters in the Pepuls Republik of Nu Jerzee.

The only way we’re going to have a great future in America is if we welcome and embrace immigrants, the Dreamers and all of them, because our ultimate goal is to help the Dreamers but to get a path to citizenship for all 11 million or however many undocumented there are here.”

The honesty was breathtaking. For so long, Schumer (D-NY) and his party have danced around the truth: They want to legalize anyone coming over our border for any reason.

Schumer wasn’t always this brazen about wanting open borders for all. In 2014, he bragged that President Barack Obama was serious about enforcing immigration law and had “deported more people than any other president.” Schumer used to at least mouth some lines about securing the border when pushing for legalization. No more.

I think that we should pick US Senators the osd fashioned way by eliminating the Seventeeth Amendments.  And US House Reps by a random drawing like the Lotto.  Everyone who’s willing can get one ticket and, if they win, they get a small salary to represent the district; one term limit for sure, then they return to their real life.

It couldn’t possibly be any worse than what we have now.

I’d like the Pepuls Republik of Nu Jerzee to have a lower house selected by a random draw from the general population and an upper house selected by a random draw from only taxpayers.

Like any of this could happen!

I don’t trust any “computer system” to be “honest”.  

So let’s get back to paper.

I have no problem with a digital device that prepares ballot that is readable by the human being.

Given that scanners can OCR stuff with high precision that can speed the process.  

Add voter id and “Election Day” (I,e,: not election month).

The system should be verifiably trustworthy.

How does crime maim a great city like Chicago? Let us count the ways.

For starters, regular visits to the excellent news website cwbchicago.com reveal a comprehensive, if depressing, chronicle of murders, robberies, assaults, carjackings, drag races on city streets and other crimes exacting a terrible toll on the city that used to work. And all too frequently, accounts of children cut down by stray bullets sprayed by punk gunslingers.

Or track the numbers, as the Sun-Times does with murders. It counts 578 people killed in Chicago so far in 2022. That rate is down a bit from the last two years but still way ahead of the toll before the Antifa/Black Lives Matter riots blighted American city centers with looting, arson, assault, an explosion of crime and the defund the police movement crippling law enforcement across the land.

Or there’s the regular Monday adding up of the previous weekend’s mayhem and havoc. The most recent weekend tally — 35 people shot, five of them fatally, according to ABC-Chicago.

Or there’s the outbreak of fear-inducing crime in neighborhoods once deemed safe, like Chicago’s affluent Lakeview neighborhood in the shadow of world-famous Wrigley Field

There were five separate armed robber/abduction/kidnappings reported there recently over a couple of days.

Or there’s the soon-to-be unleashed wave of criminals returning to the streets under Gov. J.B. Pritzker’s bill to eliminate cash bail, a measure opposed by virtually every state’s attorney in Illinois — except of course the criminal-coddling Cook County alleged prosecutor Kim Foxx.

Or, speaking of far-left extremist George Soros’ favorite Chicagoan, a CWB Chicago analysis shows that on Foxx’s watch, the average sentence for carjackings is 9.4 years, down from 12.4 years in the seven years before she became Cook County state’s attorney.

On and on it goes, the ways to count Chicago’s misery from crime.

Braxton / Guiliani cleaned up NYC by focusing on crimes and removing the bad element of society.

I can’t imagine living in Chicago which is like a third world shithole with rampant crime.

Liberal DA’s are doing “We, The Sheeple” no favors.  Why bother arresting people if they can be back out on the street before the paperwork is done?

Violent crimes should require some bail that is tiered based on the crime, likelihood of reoffending, and will they show up for court.  Repeat offenders already out on bail or probation should be remanded.

Let’s take a few average JoeSixpacks in the court to decide if they agree with the bail recommendations?  That should be entertaining.  Put it on Pay Per View or have a live TV show vote.

There’s no transcript of @Laura Logan’s rant but in a nutshell she points to human trafficking of children across the border who then “disappear” to who knows where. 

That’s upsetting and outrageous.  These children are human beings and deserve to be treated humanely.

It also brings to mind Epstein’s and Maxwell’s “little black book of Clients” that has never been disclosed.

The Gooferment is immoral, ineffective, and inefficient. As well as untrustworthy. And, this lady needs o ur support to expose the truth.
