As a Conspiracy Theorist, I think this a “Likely” and “Political”.

Checking the Conspiracy Theorist “thermometer” — I think it’s overwhelmed by all the myriad of crimes committed by the Political Class. It’s almost like “Conspiracy Theory” fatigue. So many are true and there is never anything done about it.

So, for example, the “autopen” Conspiracy Theory sucks all the “air” out past Conspiracy Theories.

“We, The Sheeple” don’t know what to believe and even if they did believe nothing appears to be able to be done.

Trump just “resurrected” the one about all the Hillary suicides; but, after a brief flash of Twitter outrage, business goes on as usual. Chelsea’s wedding and house grift out of USAID for Haiti gets similarly ignored.

Guess I should create a list on this blog of ConspiracyTheories and a link to my post about them?

I am indebted to fellow Substack author, Jon Fleetwood, for drawing my attention to a deeply intriguing memo that was part of the JFK files that were just dumped. Fleetwood’s piece on the memo is linked below.

The CIA memo, dated 19th July 1967, opens with a long quotation from an article published in Ramparts, June 1967.

The totality of circumstances—including the fact that the CIA insisted on keeping this memo top secret until now—suggests that Underhill knew what he was talking about and that his stated fear was well-founded.

To be sure, it’s possible that Underhill did not know—or chose not to disclose to his friends—the extent of the activity in which the “CIA Clique” was involved. It may have been more than just gun-running, narcotics, and other contraband.

When I saw this, it immediately reminded me of the tail of a White-tailed deer. When I was a boy, my dad told me that if you are watching or hunting White-tail bucks, it’s important NOT to focus too much on their white tails when they run away. Your eye gets padlocked on the tail, but then the fleeing deer will tuck it, and you will lose sight of him. Better to focus on the entire animal as he runs away.

I would like to preface the following by stating that I am merely musing. As a true crime writer, I often begin with a hunch and muse about it for a few days. Acquiring more data will either enable me to develop the hunch into a plausible theory or to dismiss it as mere fantasy.

Reviewing the timeline, I wonder how the NYPD went about connecting the young man who checked into the hostel on Nov. 24 with the murder of Brian Thompson on Dec. 4. Can detectives be sure the guy who checked into the hostel is the same guy who shot Thompson?

Did they track the movements of his cell phone—a cell phone he purportedly ditched in an alley a couple of blocks from the murder scene? NOTE: the fact that the killer ditched his cell phone makes me wonder if it is a red herring—that is, I wonder if he wanted the cell phone to be found.

Reviewing the above timeline, I wonder about the critical period between 5:30, when the suspect left the hostel, and 6:44, when the suspect shot Brian Thompson. Again, can the NYPD be sure that the guy who stayed in the hostel on the Upper West Side is the same guy who shot Thompson? If so, how? By Chief Kenny’s own admission, there is a gap in their video surveillance of the suspect between him leaving the hostel at 5:30 and purportedly arriving at the Hilton at 5:41.

I think this fellow is onto something.

And, remember that what the “authorities” say publicly may or may not be “true”, what they are really thinking, or all the “facts” they have.  

I give his musing about the phone as a key fact that can’t be overlooked.  Killers maybe crazy but they are rarely stupid.  He made sure that the authorities saw him making calls and dropped it maybe to be found?

All these red herrings and possibly a doppelgänger have all the makings of a good Conspiracy Theory!  Too soon to tell but definitely a possibility,

Brian Thompson, CEO of UnitedHealthcare, the insurance division of UnitedHealth Group, was shot and killed yesterday in what police called a targeted attack in Manhattan.

The company was holding its annual investor day at the Hilton Hotel. A search for the suspect is underway. The 50-year-old Thompson was arriving around 6:45 am ET when the suspect, wearing a ski mask and a dark hooded sweatshirt, fired three shots at his back and leg using a handgun before escaping on an e-bike. Police say the suspect was lying in wait for several minutes before the killing. Authorities have not publicly identified a motive as of this writing, but they say Thompson had recently faced several threats.

UnitedHealthcare is the largest private health insurance provider in the US, serving roughly 50 million customers. Thompson had worked at the company for more than 20 years, becoming CEO of UnitedHealthcare in April 2021.

Now that all of the principals who were alive when John Fitzgerald Kennedy was murdered in Dallas, Texas on November 22, 1963 are dead, there are only two reasons — neither mutually exclusive — to explain why the complete files have not been released — 1) The CIA is implicated in the assassination and/or 2) A country with influence in the United States is implicated.

While many have speculated that the CIA is hiding evidence that Cuba was involved, the CIA has no reason, in my judgment, to withhold evidence of Cuba’s guilt. I have shied away from pursuing the various JFK assassination theories, but I recently came across a video by Ryan Dawson that suggests a credible reason for keeping the files from the public — Israel is implicated.

What!!!??? That was my first reaction.

This does not prove that Israel or some of its agents helped kill Kennedy, but there is circumstantial evidence warranting further investigation. This would not be the first time that Israel attacked the United States. Just ask the survivors of the USS Liberty. However, this provides one reasonable explanation for why the CIA wants to keep the files locked away.

Keeping the files secret no longer makes sense. President Trump is now on the record, vowing to release the files. Let’s see if he keeps his promise.

I’d have to rate it as a “5. Possible”.   

I have no doubt that she received the questions ahead of time.  Not that it can be proven.  But baring putting the candidates in a soundproof Faraday cage booth and picking questions from a spun barrel, I wouldn’t believe that they weren’t leaked.  Where’s the audit firms’, like Price Waterhouse, opinions on the fairness of the debate.  They do it for the Oscars and some quiz shows; so why not here.
