The Madoff case was the biggest cover-up in New York’s legal history. The lawyers have made nearly $2 billion and that does not count the fees lawyers on the opposite side charged the victims. NEVER will any journalist EVER dare to risk their career by ever reporting the truth. As for that journalist who called me, she never published the story.

Two Yemenis on FBI Terrorism Watch List Apprehended at Border in California

El Centro Sector Border Patrol agents arrested two Yemeni nationals who illegally crossed the border into the U.S. in separate incidents during the past two months. Agents identified both men as being on the FBI’s Terrorism Watch List and the No-Fly list.

The worst new car fee is the destination charge – Roadshow

Destination fees are likely a nice profit center for carmakers, but I can’t say that definitively because there is little transparency about what goes into them or why they differ radically between makes and models. But I do believe shipping and dealer prep are as essential a part of bringing a car to market as conducting crash tests and should be folded into MSRP the same way.

  • Japanese native Ryo Nagaoka, 60, has lived in the East Village apartment for more than 20 years 
  • He works in midtown, at a noodle restaurant, and lives alone with his pet tortoise, Kame-san, which in English translates to Mr. Tortoise
  • In January, he was rushed to the hospital after being found unconscious in his apartment by his super 
  • He spent two months in hospital and then an out-patient facility being treated for complications 
  • Nagaoka returned to his apartment on Wednesday and found the locks had been changed 
  • When he eventually got inside,  he found all of his possessions had been thrown out aside from his piano 
  • Someone had rescued his tortoise andeighbors said they assumed he had died because no one had seen or heard from him for so long 
  • Now, a GoFundMe page has raised more than $30,000 for him; Barbara Corcoran donated  $12,000

The final proof that the press has abdicated its role was clinched when the president refused to say when he would allow more media access to the border detention facilities. He said it would have to wait until his team got its new programs working. If Trump had said that, the sky would have fallen and democracy would be declared dead. But when Biden says it, the media rolls over. So add transparency to the list of things that don’t matter anymore.

A reminder…. 50 FBI agents were enlisted within the Trump-Russia investigation to push a narrative. 13 FBI agents were dispatched to Talladega speedway to investigate a garage pull-down rope and push a narrative.  Thousands of FBI hours have been spent investigating the January 6th Washington DC protest… and once again another terrorist carries out a mass shooting where the FBI knew the suspect in advance. The FBI knew in advance the Pulse Nightclub shooter (Omar Mateen) and were tipped off by the local sheriff.  The FBI knew in advance the San Bernardino Terrorists (Tashfeen Malik). The FBI knew in advance the Boston Marathon Bombers (the Tsarnaev brothers) tipped off by Russians.  The FBI knew in advance the Garland, Texas, shooters (Elton Simpson and Nadir Soofi).  The FBI knew in advance of the Parkland High School shooter (Nikolas Cruz). The FBI knew in advance of the Fort Hood shooter (Nidal Hasan); and now the FBI knew in advance of Ahmad al-Aliwi Alissa. Those are just off-the-top of my head…  Anyone notice a pattern?
