BOA HR RETIREE has cancelled by health coverage presumably because I moved to FL from NJ. Bear in mind I’ve moved from NJ 2 VA 2 NJ 2 NH 2 NJ, and never had a problem. One befuddled soul on a 3 hour conference call including 2 BOA HR, 2 UHC specialists, and me that my zip code 34787 wasn’t in the USA. P.S., I share the zip code with Disney Orlando. Argh!
And, BOA has sent “voluntary disenrollment” to UHC and CVS. Argh! FML!
