Apparently, no one recognized the potential seriousness of an “upper respiratory sinus infection”.
It would seem that before that infection gets to the lungs, us old farts should get to the doc before an ER visit is necessary. Heaven forbid, you need to be hospitalized. Better to be extra careful around a potentially deadly disease.
For all those that say “I’ll never be in a racing simulator!”. I’d remind everyone that roller coasters, minor car accidents, and falls can result in the same shock.
