There should be a way Americans could vote for term limits and bypass Congress.
If 90% of the American people support term limits, it shouldn’t be blocked by 500+ corrupt members of congress.

Of course, I’d add a few:
- Maximum age for politicians and bureaucrats should be the full retirement age of social security
- Minimum age for politicians and bureaucrats should be 21
- Only politicians, who are vets, can vote to send the military in harms way
- ALL politicians MUST be native born in the USA with each parent being a US Citizen
- ALL bureaucrats MUST be a US Citizen
- Politicians and bureaucrats may NOT hold “dual citizenships”
- All politicians and bureaucrats must publish all “investments” 90 days before executing them
- Politicians and bureaucrats must publish ALL tax returns for the last 20 years
- Politicians must publish ALL campaign contributions and “gifts” within 7 days of receipt
- Bureaucrats must publish ALL “gifts” within 7 days of receipt
- All politicians and bureaucrats must disclose all employment agreements within 7 days of receipt
- Any Federal Budget deficit makes ALL Federal politicians ineligible for reelection
